We loved how modern and spacious the room was, but beds not separated from the rest of room. Loved the view for sure, it made for some great pics. Our location and walking distance to things we wanted to do, certainly accommodated as well..😁

Upon booking online it stated that we would receive a studio style apartment, with bedroom and multiple beds that didn't happen we ended with a standard room for 5 people!! Not very accommodating to say the least but we made the most of it... secondly, no pool!! Any hotel worth staying at esp with kids has access go pool/ jacuzzi. Lastly, the breakfast was subpar to say the least, when we found out that Hilton was partnered with this property we know up front that the breakfast would be good, but then when my children went down and ate and said the food tasted weird. Wasn't good. Was old looking and they went down rather early, 8ish am to eat... Improve your details online for what people are exactly booking and improve the breakfast 😀 lol

I had GREAT customer service from the first day I came to the property, Antoine was super nice and welcoming. He made conversation with us and was very friendly. He has great customer service, he was very knowledgeable, greet us with a smile and he gave us brochure. We ate breakfast there twice and the lady and gentleman was great making food was constantly there. I ask for something and they got it for me and smile. I meant Essence when we where leaving, great customer service. I would definitely recommend and would definitely return to this hotel. I wish I could do something for them other than a review!

Breakfast was very good with quite a bit to choose from. The staff was very friendly, and I felt they took extra care of the safety of their guests.

1. We had 6 people in our room, and this was noted at check-in. However, we asked for towels. We didn't receive them until the next morning, when we went to the front desk and asked for them. Housekeeping was very slow and perhaps understaffed. I do understand, as this was one of the busiest times in NOLA. 2. The room we had was facing a side street but we could still hear a lot of outside noise at night.

The first room we got was absolutely wonderful for 2 people.

The room's heater did not work. We tried adjusting the thermostat and finally called about the problem because it was 62 degrees in the room. A maintenance person came by 30 minutes later and after checking the thermostat said it was not working. He would notify the front desk about this. After over 2 hours of waiting I called to check on the move since it was pretty darn cold. We were then moved to another room which was much smaller and hard to get around in with our 4 pieces of luggage that we had. The room was beautiful and not nearly as nice as what we had received before.

I loved the staff and especially the night security guard, Johnathan. He was very warm and helpful providing suggestions for places we could visit during the trip! 5 stars! He needs a raise! I also liked the front desk. One morning, the Deca coffee was cold and I informed her (I forgot her name). She immediately brought a warm container despite the busy morning. The cleaning staff was wonderful too. Thank you staff! You all deserve a raise!

The room phone didn’t work but we had our own phones.

The property was close to the downtown area and extremely convenient for my boyfriend and I. John at the front desk was exceptional and helpful. We arrived a little early but he was able to upgrade us to one of their lovely suites not too long after we arrived. The two ladies at the front desk were extremely helpful as well with information and the checking out process. All in all, we will definitely be back again to stay at this lovely property. 10/10 highly recommend.!!

The hotel was experiencing difficulties with the elevators which was a MAJOR inconvenience for guests. We plan to make a trip back soon and stay at this same location again so I’m hoping things will be resolved with the elevators by then. The staff were polite about informing us about the elevators which helped put me at ease. We had to use the service elevator a few times as a result but it wasn’t a hassle.

The information for the room/pictures - 2 adults, 2 kingsize beds. There wasn't anything advertised for one person. However I was assigned room 512. The room was perfect for me. King size bed - perfect. Livingroom and shower all perfect. I remembered thinking if I stayed here again, under the same circumstances, I'd request this room. The breakfast was as advertised! You will not be disappointed. I really enjoyed my stay at Hampton Inn & Suites.

We arrived early in the day well before checkin time and I just went in to double check about the parking and my reservation and the manager on duty checked us in early!!! When we came back after walking the French Quarter to relax the TV wasn't functioning but a staff came to repair it and was very friendly and promptly took care of the problem. Breakfast staff was friendly and the breakfast was great. The price of the parking garage was economical compared to others in the quarter, it's located behind the hotel and the area was what I expected from a large urban center. The elevator was in working order and yes it is small but it's a beautiful historic building it adds to the charm in my mind.

Didn't have anything that disappointed me about this stay.

It was a great spot to be able to walk everywhere we went without anybody having to worry about drinking and driving. They also had an area where we could store our luggage until our room was ready. The staff was amazing!!!

I requested an early check in. We went to the hotel 3 different times before we could finally check in at 4. All we kept getting told was that "your room is still being cleaned". We arrived at the hotel at 9:30am.
