The rooms were very cute, great location. Wasn't too loud especially with proximity to Bourbon street (at the end around the corner). The balcony was nice to chill on and since it was so close we could make easy trips during the day if we wanted to rest for a little bit. Communication was good, but always on text. They don't accept calls, but very responsive on texts which was good enough for us. Also, allowed us to store bags before check-in, they have a small locked room for bag storage.
Nothing was bad, always would like a cheaper price but not terrible for New Orleans given proximity and being a nice place. As long as you're fine with no front desk person this is a great place to stay.

This place has an incredible amount of charm to it. Extremely great location in the French Quarter. The only reason I couldnât give the staff question a better rating is, well, we never met any. They have a great code for entry to the building and code for your room that checks you in without ever even having to meet someone. Personally, I loved that touch.
I guess I could complain that the room was kind of small and all the beds were just in 1 open area (no separate rooms), but being this IS a historic building, right in the heart of the French quarter, those kinds of modern expectations really has no place for a building like this, so I canât even say I didnât like it.

The room was clean and spacious. Loved having room to sit outside of our room, since it rained most of our stay and we couldn't use the beautiful courtyard. Had an issue with a leak in the ceiling. Although it was after midnight, the maintenance man was there almost before I finished my text to the property owner.đ There were six of us staying. We were quite comfortable. The location was super good. 1/2 block from Bourbon. 5 minutes walk to Decatur. It was worth the money spent, just for the location.
I'm super squeamish. There are rats in the garbage cans on the street next door. But, when there is garbage piled up... Also saw several huge roaches. Mostly outside. But did chase one down in our room. These two things would normally cause me to run screaming into the night. But it was all good man. Will still stay here again and again.

We wanted somewhere close to Bourbon St and something old, this met all our criteria!
We were a family of two adults and three children with the youngest being 10. This room is advertised as sleeping 5 but it is small. If you are 5 adults it would be very uncomfortable. There was 1 queen bed, 1 bunkbed, and 1 chair sleeper. It is advertised as a couch bed but it was a chair that converted into a sleeper that was smaller than a twin. Luckily my 10 year old fit perfectly but my 14 and 16 year Olds wouldn't have fit comfortably.

The patio garden was cozy and the fully equipped kitchen worked beautifully for our trip. The beds were superbly comfortable! PERFECT location to walk to enjoy all areas of the French Quarter, Riverfront, French Market as well as distance to a parking garage for the short time we had for a quick vacation. This location felt safe and secure, and easy to find. Would love to stay here again. Loved Access to secure luggage Storage before check in for early arrival.
Slight humidity control issue with the AC.

Excellent location. They switched the location a day before. Ended up being a nice location and an upgrade so no complaints. Very clean and well kept. Had all the amenities needed for our group.
This place also doesnât have luggage storage, which weâve come to rely on from hotels. This is more of an Airbnb style property. Also no daily cleaning.

Comfortable beds, pillows, and blankets. Great location! I felt safe, but I was also there for the swift concert, and I've heard the French quarter was cleaned up.
There is NO parking. Very limited 2 hour only parking. But no true parking available. If I'd known, I wouldn't have rented a car. I had to pay for a parking space 2 miles away. No elevator and old stairs.

Fantastic accommodation, clean, stylish, comfortable, perfect location in the centre of the French Quarter, hosts kept in touch and told us everything we needed to know. Honestly cannot fault anything about our stay - thank you so much!
Couldn't improve anything.

The location is in the perfect walking distance to many stores, restaurants, tours and the Jackson Square.
Honestly, there wasn't any particular thing that we didn't like. There are a few cosmetic issues but of course we realize, this is an older building and we booked FULLY expecting as much BUT we feel that is adds to the charm; a nice lived in feel to the building and to the room. It's quaint, quiet, and cozy.

I really enjoyed staying here. It may not be for everybody. I like the oldđ Front doors are original, old, heavy absolutely gorgeous. stairs are crooked, again, i like old. our room was updated, we had a balconyâ¤ď¸ bed was comfortable. location was perfect for us. we love the quarter, restaurants, close-really close to Bourbon, couldnât hear anything.
I donât like that we had to leave.
