It is very well located; access to Starbucks in the lobby is a great option. The room is spacious.

First, the parking lot, when you arrive late, you have to find an empty one, sometimes very far away. And what I didn't like and sent an email to the administration, which they never answered, was the existence of cockroaches in the bathroom.

I had no problem staying there when I arrive. My room was already given up. There was overbooked could not go to the pool because the pool was overcrowded. Every chance I got the car. The pool was overcrowded the last day before check out. That’s the only time I spend about 15 minutes at the pool and then the security or one of the staff members said that I had to get out the pool. But they had great restaurants across from the hotel we shopped till we drop at the outlets. We also took a drive at Walt Disney other than that the trip was good. I turned out good because we made it good.

The fact that they overcrowd over and the two Pacific rooms that I wanted together was for a purpose and we were separated, and we was put in two different buildings so the hassle of us going from one building to the other to transfer bags or food or whatever was actually for Was tremendously hard

To start with when I walked in to check in Camila was there. She remembered me and asked about my son who is usually with me. I told her he was in the truck. We had reservations and needed to check in and go. She got us our room and we went to drop off our things. The next morning on our way to breakfast we stopped by to say hello to Camila. My son is blind and it is wonderful that she remembered him. He was thrilled by that! He recognizes her voice. The staff is wonderful. We got a complimentary breakfast and it is always so good! When I was leaving it got hectic and I left a bag behind. When I got home and realized the bag was not with us I went to my desk to call the hotel and saw I already had an email from Shaneque Morrison. She is in charge of housekeeping. Her staff member Yelitza, had turned the bag in and she had emailed me to let me know she had it. I drove back to pick it up the next morning as it had medication in it that I needed. If that doesn't make you happy you stayed at the Delta by Marriott then I don't know what will. I am going back in May.

There is nothing I disliked.

The location is withing 15-20 minutes of major attractions we visited Disney Springs and Aquatica. I also loved how they had Starbucks in lobby and pool area also lobby area was pretty clean and spacious. The check-in agent swere professional as well. Great springbreak booking deal .

The expensive parking fee per night and the first room I was placed in had bugs at headboard and in bathroom and a bit dusty for my liking . staff did move me to another room and offered free breakfast but the inconvenience of having to take luggage to another room and possibly of being bit by whatever bugs were in room for me and my children while on vacation was not ideal .

Location is great. Rooms are of decent size and it looks like they are working on some improvements around the property. The staff is very friendly and a particular shoutout to the staff at their marketplace where we got our coffee & tea each morning. Two of them we saw each morning and they remembered my last name and said hello every time. Very nice job on their part!

A few things like the handrails leading to the parking lots are really looking tattered and could use replacing. Again, it looks like they are working on some improvements around the property. It’s still a great place at a very reasonable price.

The pool is beautiful, the the Koi ponds will take your breathe away and the waterfalls all around the hotel are just mesmerizing! The housekeeping team are very helpful and the bar staff are very friendly and knowledgeable.

Our room got cleaned at 3 pm (I thought they'd come in the morning) and the rooms could use a bit more insulation so you're not hearing every door being slammed and children running and crying in the hallways. And you can't watch TV because the channels all freeze up on you during whatever program you're watching. There's only one ice machine and that's on the first floor

When I booked this I wasn't expecting much, we were just there for a Disney run so we went cheap on the room... To my surprise it was a really amazing place to stay.. The resort is beautiful and well maintained , the pool was beautiful and my son loved the slide, we ate at Waves because we had a $25 per night credit to use and was surprised how good the food was..last but not least the location was amazing , it took us 15 minutes to drive to Epcot for the run, 12 minutes to Disney Springs and there are plenty of restaurants walking distance if you want to go that route

The property was very clean and had a very serene vibe. I love the Koi pond and all of the relaxing areas for seating outdoors. Customer service was very accommodating, and the rooms were comfortable and very clean. I also enjoyed the fact that there are two pools on the facility.

My only complaint about the property was the breakfast buffet all of the baked goods that I tried were dry and stale. Fortunately, I had a credit for breakfast from my booking app and I did not have to pay for it or I would’ve been extremely disappointed. Even the biscuits and hashbrowns were dried out, hard and not fresh.

Had to pay for buffet so didn’t use it. Had to pay for parking. Newly renovated but room we had didn’t seem so. Somewhat clean but had hairs in the bathroom.
