The transportation to and from the airport and just about anywhere in town and all ski areas was fantastic! The crew was enthusiastic and competent, proactive in every way helping all along rides. Hotel front desk and concierge were awesome. Always yes to requests and expeditiously with great attitudes. Jacuzzis were excellent. Location was walkable to anything downtown.

Hot Breakfast choices could be better but small kitchen has limited capacity so they do well with what they have and what was offered was good. Coffee in the room was better than the restaurant so would be good to have paper cups to bring down to breakfast ; )

Free hotel shuttle to and from the airport. Free shuttle to and from Ajax, Highlands, and Snowmass. The hotel is right in the center of Aspens. You can walk to all of the restaurants, shops, and après ski locations. The rooms are spacious, modern, and well equipped with fireplaces, balconies, refrigerators, large TVs and coffee makers. The beds are comfortable. There is a free American breakfast in the morning. The hotel has a fun bar and restaurant with afternoon entertainment and a happy hour. This is an excellent value for Aspen.

1. Prime location in the heart of the town. Almost all the restaurants, shops, cafes are within walking distance. 2. The hotel provides shuttle services which was a pleasant news. It gave us some break from driving everywhere. 3. Cleanliness of the rooms. 4. Buffet breakfast which was included in the room rates. Didn’t have to think early in the morning where to drive for breakfast. 5. The hotel has their own restaurant that serves dinner starting 3pm to 10pm. 6. They have a travel desk/ concierge service and they help with your travel plans. 7. Welcomes pets.

Nothing as such as I had an extremely pleasant stay.

This is an excellent property! It was so clean! The staff was so helpful! We loved the coffee availability even in the early morning. It made a huge difference esp since we were coming from a much earlier time zone. The breakfast was delicious, and we so appreciated the inclusion of fresh fruit and veggies. Location was amazing too!

The Limelight is in an excellent location in downtown Aspen. You can easily walk to restaurants, galleries, nature and hiking. The hotel is modern, warm and well designed. There is artwork everywhere and a sense of fun in the interior design. The room we stayed in was large and included ample storage and closet space, kitchenette with frig and dishes/glasses etc. The bathroom had double sinks, large shower/tub combo. Amenities were also ample: daily water bottles, daily cleaning, every bathroom item you needed, plenty of towels/washcloths. The room was well designed with soft neutral colors spliced with right red accessories, like the pillow. A small sofa with a table to work on was a plus. There were some many outlets that we didn't have trouble finding enough for 2 laptops, 2 iPads, 2 iPhones, 2 Airpods and a sound machine. The lobby is large and inviting and breakfast was a large spread with several stations from eggs, waffles, sausage, bacon, bagels with lox, pancakes, fruit, yogurt parfaits, lattes, coffee, tea, espresso, hashbrown and so on. One of best breakfasts I've had a hotel.

I know the hotel is trying to be discreet but the entry and front lobby were difficult to find. The sign outside is not apparent so we circled the block twice and had to get out to find it.

We were welcomed by a very friendly receptionist who advised us we had been upgraded. We were in a huge room. Such a treat. Breakfast was different. Who has brussell sprouts for breakfast?. But it worked.

We don’t mind dogs but they seemed to be in abundance in the restaurant, bar area and lounge. Not so good for those who have allergies.

Great location. The staff was excellent and helpful. Really a great place to stay. I didn’t try the food, but the margarita was excellent. Two hot tubs made it nice to relax. Walkable to many things. Room was quiet and easy to sleep.

The only thing that was semi annoying was the hot tub takeover of children every day, but it was very limited in the time so it wasn’t too bad. Drinks were served at the pool, but no one to routinely check to take your order; however, we were in the shoulder season. If tou called or went to the bar, they would bring them out to you.

Proximity to town, good room space

Check in lady said I only booked 1 room instead of 2. When later on she finally saw it was her miatake at looking at the reservation. Breakfast doesn’t have clean or set tables nor servers. Milk would finish and they didnt have more milk to refill.

Rooms were spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated. Pool and hot tub were perfect for relaxing in the evening. Hotel was conveniently located to everything. Hotel staff did everything to make up for our disappointing welcome and was also very caring when I wasn’t feeling well due to the altitude.

Greeting by front desk was lackluster with no hospitality. Very disappointing for first time to that hotel and Aspen.

The location is perfect- The maid service is good. The concierge--cordial and warm. The Audi experience sure sets you apart! -The breakfast? It needs work. Scrambled eggs in a steamer are not really tempting. Maybe some veggies? & Bacon should not run out at 9 a.m.

We are not fans of dogs in hotels- allergies. Need to place slippers in rooms.
