Close proximity to airport. Shuttle service was good. Spacious room. Comfortable bed.

Foul smell in the corridor. Carpet clearly needs to be cleaned or changed. Staff could be a little more friendly. Room could use a bit more lighting. Bathroom too small I think.

Extremely close to the airport and convenient. It is possible to reach the hotel on foot from the airport. Price was excellent for the location. Room was large and nice. The 24h shuttle service is great for early flights.

Is one wants to nitpick, the hotel could do with a little work to refresh the rooms and corridors. It looked somewhat past its prime.

Breakfast good, little pricey

Airport shuttles should be designated to bypass terminal 1 to 3 at least once an hour as they fill up, bypass 4, 5, 6 since they're full

We asked for a quiet room and were given 1074 which was quiet but not as nice a room as 1131 which we had at the start of our trip. The room wasn't as newly furnished and the bed didn't seem as large.

The shuttle that collected us from the airport around 4 pm on a weekday took much longer to arrive than the one at the start of our trip at 8pm on a Sunday night. Could have been the traffic? Then the driver was very sarcastic to my husband when he didn't receive a tip simply because my husband was out of small notes, having just arrived from another country. We had dinner at the hotel and the food was good (buffalo chicken wings, burger, steak frites) but service was really slow. The waiter did apologise though.

This hotel is extremely close to the LAX airport (walking distance) but has free shuttle service to and from LAX, staff were very accommodating, room had all facilities except kettle (however was able to get hot tea from Starbucks which is in main lobby) - the bed was very comfortable. Requested to have a room where you could watch planes landing and taking off which provided fantastic view for an avid plane observer. I would have given it a 10/10 however it could do with a bit of an overall upgrade - the hallways are a little drab and could do with a fresh paint and upgrade. Had tea and croissant from Star bucks for breakfast and had a meal at the bar - service was excellent Would most definitely stay here again.

There wasn't anything I didn't like but just to highlight the overall appearance requires a freshen up.

The parking prices is super expensive about $75 usd + tax that amount is offensive

A great place for a good night's sleep before a long flight. We were able to store our luggage there for a few hours after checking out. There was lots of comfortable seating off to the sides of the lobby in which to wait. While not cheap, we got a reasonable deal for one night when compared to other nearby options.

Another guest (observed earlier in the day) and I had issues with our door key cards not working properly to let us back in the room, involving several trips back downstairs and a wait in line for reception. The staff was lovely and access was restored but there is obviously a glitch. Can even one of the cafes or shops please stock a plant-based sandwich - even one option? US$35 each seemed like a lot to pay for breakfast (buffet style) but a simpler coffee, toast and yogurt for two amounted to almost $50 anyway.

Clean, well staffed and great location.

The pool does not get the sun, the shower in the room was not powerful and was quite cold, even on the hottest setting. Also being charged for Wifi in 2025…it’s a necessity these days and should be free! We are members and it should be free but I was told it’s charged and credited back at the end of my stay! How is that right?

We loved how close this was to the airport but it didn't sound like it was by an airport. Barely heard a plane pass. The shuttle to the airport runs very frequently and easy to catch to and from the airport. The staff was nice. The beds were comfy and the room was nice with complimentary water bottles. The shampoo/conditioner smells amazing. Updated decor and great shower. Nice view of the airport from our rooms. Good overall feel and pretty good pricing.

There was a definite vibe for the hotel...like it was a party destination or at least people were down to party, if that makes sense. Bear in mind, that did not ruin anything for me nor did it disrupt my rest or time in my room. Just something to keep in mind if you're a more conservative person. Also, the shop at the hotel was extreme in prices. Saw a Tony Moly chocolate bar (normal size) cost $12!

I liked the look of the hotel so much. Very cozy and beautiful. Nice design, but this is Sheraton for you. We arrived very late to check in. Receptionist was so kind to advise us that the kitchen was 20more minutes open. We were starving after a long trip from Australia. There is a shuttle bus that drives from airport to hotel every 20mins. So handy! Hotel is mins from airport without traffic. Bell desk hold our luggage for free. The airline lost our pram and we didn’t have any way to move out of hotel with the baby. The bell desk gentleman was so humble to lend us his own car seat so we could go to a baby store downtown and get us new stroller. I will never forget this hotel and this kind act. They are amazing. Good service and nice people. We will sure stay here again!! 10 star for the Sheraton please ..!!
