I absolutely love the Hollywood Roosevelt – it’s truly my home away from home whenever I’m in Los Angeles. The staff go above and beyond every time; they’re warm, professional, and genuinely make you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. The ambience is second to none – a perfect blend of old Hollywood glamour and modern comfort. The rich history of the hotel adds so much character, and you can feel it in every corner – from the elegant lobby to the beautifully restored architecture. I always recommend it to my friends and colleagues because I honestly wouldn’t stay anywhere else in LA. A special shoutout to Nico at Concierge – truly the best in the world. His attention to detail, genuine warmth, and ability to make anything happen is unmatched. Whether it’s securing impossible reservations, planning the perfect outing, or simply greeting you with a smile that brightens your day, Nico elevates every stay at the Hollywood Roosevelt. He’s a big part of why I keep coming back – a true gem in the world of hospitality! The pool complex is iconic and the perfect place to unwind, the gym is well-equipped, and the events hosted here are always lively and memorable. Whether it’s for business or pleasure, the Hollywood Roosevelt delivers every time. Can’t wait to return!

The hotel's history is fascinating, you're able to walk down every hall and learn a little history of LA and Hollywood. The location is right on Hollywood Blvd, the Walk of Fame is right outside the front door, and the historical Chinese Theatre is right across the street. The hotel is over 100 years old, so the rooms are a little tight and awkward, but very clean and comfortable. Every member of the staff that we came into contact with were super helpful and kind, always saying hello and offering to help! There is no complimentary breakfast, but you can get a free cup of drip coffee in one of the restaurants in the hotel in the morning before heading out for the day. The pool was great, busy, but a very relaxing place to spend a few hours in the sun!

Love the Roosevelt Hotel. This was my fourth stay and it just gets better and feels a little like LA home when visiting. Everything is familiar yet fresh and there is a comfort in that. The rooms are lovely and spacious. The pool is a luxurious swim with the David Hockney mural and the historic lobby bar is the perfect way to end the day with a drink. Staff are super efficient and friendly. Location is great also, with plenty to take in - Chinese Theatre, El Capitan and Musso and Frank Grill. Be sure to have a meal at the Shirley Brasserie - it's a stunning venue and the food is exceptional. Named after Shirley Temple, who has a connection with the hotel - she practised her famous stairstep dance on the stairs in the foyer.

Property is beautifully done with an exceptional nod to its historic past. The Shirley Restaurant and 25 Degree Diner at both wonderful! Our only complaint is that the bathroom towel service was inconsistent. We stayed a full week, and the service was great 5 out of the 7 nights, but items were forgotten one night and we received a stained hand towel another night. Such an easy fix: simply inspect the items being replaced to ensure they are not stained and that every item that needs to be replaced is in fact replaced … all housekeeping stuff.

Ideal location for Hollywood travel. Close to various restaurants & tourist activities. Hotel has multiple bars & an excellent ambiance. I've been to Hollywood many times, this is definitely the best place to stay if you like the Hollywood Blvd area. I really loved this place. I would absolutely stay here again for future trips. Also the staff were all friendly/helpful. Room service food was great as well.
