I was a bit nervous about booking am apartment rather than hotel but it was a great decision. Having the kitchen and washing facilities made our trip a whole lot easier. Our LA stay was halfway through our 3 week trip, which was a good opportunity to have a bit of a more chilled time. Excellent location and having the parking garage made life easier.

At a push I'd say the bed wasn't as comfortable as some of the hotels we've stayed in but on balance we thought the apartment was excellent.

I really loved the building at Melrose. Great service by staff, very clean, felt very safe.

Unfortunately the second time I booked this, I was moved to east Hollywood. Accommodation was great again, however location wasn’t that great for travelling alone. Wished they informed me in advance. Especially as we chatted. Also a bit expensive

The location is very close to places where we wanted to go. Clean and good value for money.

The sofa bed was squeaky.

The place was very nice and confortable! All the things was brand new, and you have a full kitchen and laundry, which can be very handful if you travelling with kids. The bed is good !

The checkin process is a little bit complex.. you have to be aware that they have a pre checkin process that is sent to you by email, so if you miss that email you will not get the codes to access the property. They send you a link where you should put your Information and upload your ID and credit card. In my case I used a Virtual Credit card, so my pre checkin failed and I had to solve it by calling then when I arrived at the property. There’s no frontdesk at the property, so if you end up in the same situation as mine, you’re gonna need to call then by phone. Booking.com does not recommend you to give your information outside the plataform, so i found the pre checkin process conflicting with the recommendations.

This was the perfect place to stay for a trip to La especially Hollywood! Extremely good communication with hosts, disposable tooth brushes and slippers were such a fabulous touch, the welcome gift of food was so lovely after arriving in from a long haul flight late in the night!

Our stay was amazing everything was new clean and very comfortable beds. All appliances were bran new the entire apartment was so comfortable.. I love how it had its security systems in place.. security codes to enter the property felt very safe including security gates to the main entry .. your own car park spot as well..The access to the hot spots were close as well. Local supermarket was very close and convenient. Very easy check in just enter your code and your in no hassle to carry keys around. The neighboured was very quiet defiantly family friendly for those with kids. From the home I was staying at I could see the city view from the balcony and the Hollywood sign. The staff were great very easy to reach with quick responses. They supplied us with plenty of treats and beverages can't complain. The TV entertainment had amazing programs as well. They allowed me to check out at 12pm rather then 11am (upon request). Defiantly ill be back and recommend it to all ! Thank you for everything I felt like I was home. Very good value, safe location

Flat was in a different location to that advertised. It wasn’t a problem as it was near by, but think you should be warned about this prior to booking. Had to send a lot of messages via WhatsApp and photos of bank cards prior to checking in. Didn’t appreciate this process and would have preferred all messages via booking.com. It was a hassle and unnerving when you hear about people being scammed when booking holidays/accommodation

The unit was very modern and clean. We were able to park the car a little earlier than the check in. The communication with the host was very efficient. There was a bedroom on the groundfloor by the entrance, which adapted very well for a person with reduced mobility.

It was not the unit in the pictures, although it was rather nearby to the listed one and in similar style. The townhouse was 4 stories tall, so whoever got the uppermost room had to climb a ton of stairs. Unfortunately not very adaptable for people with reduced mobility because living room and kitchen are on the first floor.

Great location for our needs. Well maintained high tech property with good kitchen and necessary food preparation/eating equipment. Underground garage was clean and secured with elevator access to all floors. Close to Whole Foods for groceries.

The bed was only a full size, it worked but a queen or king would have been much better. There was a smell in the bathroom likely caused by the toilet seal not properly seated; should get a plumber to investigate. The bathroom was great other than the slight smell.
