Very convenient, easy to get to and reasonably straightforward to check in and out. Room was warm with a suplimental heater and the view was pleasently green.

Tried to get the breakfast deal/voucher in the morning, but staff were missing and barrier grill was down - so I just left and got breakfast at the next services. Check-in was OK but a bit surly and impatient - they remote piloted me on the screen and then finished it off for me once it didn't really need my input (I guess they get a lot of people who do it slowly or ask for help). I tried to engage but they seem to want to minimise interactions. Bathroom floor seal was crumbling and looked unhygienic, seat/pullout under the window was so stained that it looked like it had been exhumed.

Bathroom was clean but looking a little shabby. Hot tap didn't turn off easily and bath panel was not in great condition. In the corridor the door was held open with a wedge which my husband took out as it is against fire regulations to keep a fire door open unless its on a magnet linked to the alarm. This was a concern for him as a retired firefighter of 32 years service. The wedge was there again next day and he removed it again. The reception wasn't manned to report it as we left.

Very friendly staff, when we arrived after 10 at night. The staff fulfilled our previously sent in request for a high chair for our little one to help feed him in the morning. Room was basic and dated, however perfectly clean and comfortable. Also the room was quiet (for a service station), despite the heat using the fan meant we could keep the windows shut. Was a perfect stopover hotel to break up our journey.

Unfortunately the card machine was not working in the morning when we tried to buy the breakfast vouchers (for discounted food credit in the service station).

It was a quick no fuss stopover. The food hall next door had good choices. The room was fine and surprisingly quiet considering it's next to a motorway. Dog friendly. We would recommend and definately stay again.

It was a bit warm. The windows could have a fanlight or way of getting a bit more ventilation in hot weather.

It had a large room with a good sized bathroom, bigger than usual.

even with the heating on and window closed it was cold and sounded like the window was open, although the noise was not so much traffic, just people coming and going. At check in they should explain how to leave to head south on the motorway.

Very convenient for short drive to the Upton Blues Festival via a private exit from the services. Comfortable rooms with plenty of space including a sofa bed. Staff are always very friendly and helpful.

It would be nicer if the bathrooms were updated - they are looking a little tired. I could have done with some extra milk for our teas. They were not topped up for the 2nd day. In fairness I did not make a point of asking for them.

The facilities were good and the staff helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and refreshment provision slightly better than equivalent competitors.

On site facilities at the services are limited and access from the motorway to anywhere requires driving a long distance to the next motorway exit. It's a shame there isn't an access that doesn't require using the motorway.

Great location just off the motorway. Really nice, comfortable rooms and no noise! Staff were lovely on check in and there was loads of options for breakfast in the morning between all the food establishments at the motorway facilities. A voucher system used by the Days Inn means that you pay £7.50 at the desk and you get a voucher worth £10 to use in any of the food places on site.

There was nothing to complain about. A very pleasant stay.

We have a caravan in Tewksbury that was in flood water so we had to sort it out and rescue our property. The hotel was close enough that we could go back and forth easily. The fact that our two Greyhounds were welcome was the deciding factor when choosing where to stay. Staff were friendly and helpful and the room was clean.

As others have said, the rooms are dated and in need of some work. Our tv didn’t work due to no signal, again as others have complained about. It wasn’t a problem to us as we don’t watch tv so we didn’t bother to complain.

Didn't have breakfast. Brought my own with me. The receptionist staff were very helpful. I managed to save ten minutes on my usual route to the Showground, thanks to the new route they told me about. Also pleased that I could eat the treats. So many places do not think about those of us that have allergies.

The noisy people on the ground floor in the room below me. Woke me up at about 3.30 am. Would have liked decaf coffee included and maybe some bags of herbal tea.
