Sarah was an amazing host! She went above and beyond for our needs throughout our stay. Sarah was very approachable and kind and thoughtful when dealing with us. The breakfasts were amazing, I am a vegetarian and Sarah was very happy to cater for this. The rooms were very clean and tidy and had everything you needed in there, teas/coffees/milk, mini-fridge. The beds were so comfortable and we had great nights sleep there. The location is perfect! we didn't use the car once! we were able to walk into town, beach, restaurants, shops etc. We would highly recommend staying here and we will definitely be returning to this property when coming to Newquay again! Thank you Sarah, for making our stay in Newquay just wonderful! (Willow the cat was a lovely bonus for me :)

I honestly can say there wasn't anything i didn't like about this stay.

Sarah despite doing absolutely everything was very welcoming and friendly and always on hand to make sure we had everything we needed and didn't want for anything. It was very relaxing with a great breakfast cooked to order when you walked in with so many choices. (pre-ordered the day/eve before). The room was a great size for us and our large dog with very thoughtful extras in the room i.e. welcome chocolates, air dehumidifier, choice of pillows, plenty of hangers and storage and plenty of bedside sockets. Location to the grassy headland overlooking Tolcarne/Lusty Glaze beaches was brilliant only a 4 minute walk ideal for early morning/late eve dog walks and walkable to the other Newquay beaches and town centre/restaurants/bars etc We were able to park onsite free of charge which was extremely convenient

There isn't a huge amount of parking available but most places don't have their own at all however there are on road parking options available should there be no spaces free.

Breakfast, both for the price and for the content, and the service, was the best. The place and people were lovely, and now we have a wonderful memory from Newquay

Although this is not the most important, the furniture in the room seemed to be taken from a second-hand store, each one of them had nothing to do with the others, even one bed was made of simple metal and the other of wood, there was no light with a commutator switch and the windows did not close. But the stay was pleasant.

I had the continental breakfast 2 days in a row and it was just right, I had a choice of bread and different jams etc. I always had a full cafetière of fresh coffee made for me. The veggie full English on my last morning was delicious. Sarah who runs the B&B is a lovely lady, very hospitable and I felt very welcome with my 2 doggies. The facilities were perfect for me and she accommodated me at very short notice. The location is excellent.

Sarah was lovely, really accommodating and helpful to guide you about things to do and places to see. Really clean room. Although we didn't have it, breakfast smelt lovely in the mornings. Sarah ensured that we had what we needed for our baby eg microwave in our room. Really down to earth and easy to talk to. It was like a home away from home. Well worth the stay, hopefully we will be back next year!

Would have preferred a bigger room due to having a baby and lots of things.

Super Lovely host, very inspiring lady, made us feel at home. Big room, big bathroom, everything is very clean, Snow White, new, beautiful decor, attention to detail, variety of chocolates, coffee, tea, hot chocolate in the room with modern cattle, nice comfy bed, amazing Full English breakfast with vegan/vegetarian option with continental breakfast available and fruits , free parking, great location. Could not ask for more. Thank you so much

Sarah was the loveliest host ever! She welcomed us warmly upon arrival and set us up in a lovely triple room. The room was comfortable with a TV, a mini fridge, coffee and tea supplies, and the bathroom was very spacious with a beautiful big bathtub. We also appreciated the games shelf where we helped ourselves to some card/tile games at the end of the day. It was always a joy to see Willow, Sarah's furry receptionist, around the property too.

For those travelling by foot or public transport around the area, the B&B is away from the town centre (about a 15 min walk from the train station) but the scenery on the way is beautiful. The bus stops are also not too far from the B&B (we even did a day trip to St Ives!), so it is very doable to explore Newquay and beyond if you're staying at this B&B.

Had a fabulous stay, sarah was a fantastic host she's friendly, welcoming, it was like home from home, we will definitely be back, would highly recommend to friends and family. Breakfast freshly cooked by sarah(fab cook) location perfect only 10 minute walk from town centre, it's a coastal walk too which makes it better, hopefully we'll be back soon.

Perfect place to stay, Sarah the owner was welcoming and friendly and couldn't do enough for us. Our rooms where really clean with a mini fridge as a extra bonus. Beds comfy with bathrobes and slippers (which I took advantage of), I'd also like to add Sarah's patience and understanding with my two autism/ADHD sons (the latter talking to her non stop)!!! We will definitely be back when we come to visit Newquay again.

The Aquarius B&B was situated in a perfect place for us to access the south west coast path. There was parking on site and the room we had was very well equipped, clean, bright and comfortable. Sarah our host was very welcoming and always available for advice on the local area and just for a chat in general. We felt very at home straight away and were very pleased with all the little extras left in the room for us. There were a couple of local shops so we were able to get any supplies we needed and the beach was just a walk away which was perfect. We will definitely be returning to The Aquarius B&B when we do the next bit of the path as it was such a comfortable place to stay. Thank you Sarah for a lovely weekend
