The rooms were clean and well thought out, but very compact. Rooms are fitted with air conditioning which was appreciated on on hot week in London. Drinking water and tea/coffee making facilities were provided. Towels, soap, hair&body wash were provided. The staff were professional and helpful, and maintenance quickly sorted out an issue with the aircon. Buffet breakfast was available at an extra cost, but there are also plenty of food outlets nearby. Very close to all transport links.

The bathroom was divided from the rest of the room by frosted glass panels but you could still see through and wasn't great for privacy when seeing to personal hygiene. Not really anywhere to store a large suitcase.

Really nice staff who were quick to respond and made the check in and stay easy. Really cosy room and the location is great! Would stay there again.

When we equired about a late checkout to help align with our departure time I got the following message: Thank you for your email. This is the first hotel I have had this happen.

The first thing that I would like to say is coming from the United States. And being used to very large rooms. this will be a culture shock. Understand that in England there are no really big rooms. With that in mind, I had to ask the gentleman the first night. What in the world was going on. He explained to me that these are considered micro hotels. Once I understood that I then could judge it on its merit which it was excellent. I will say that the bed was very, very very hard. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay.

This hotel is a great location if you are visiting London to sightsee and shop. It is within walking distance of nice restaurants and even if you want to walk all the way to Big Bend it’s not that far. They are very clean and always out to try to help.

Brilliant hotel, great location, right next to victoria station. Buckingham Palace within walking distance, which means you can then take a short walk to Big Ben, etc. Staff friendly and helpful. Arrived before check-in, but luggage was safely stored. When we checked in, our bags were in our room waiting for us. Rooms with no window have air-conditioning, so there is no need to worry about upgrading to have a window. Rooms are small and compact but have enough space for 2 people to move around with ease. The only negative point is that the beds were a little hard, but the pillows were great! We will definitely be using this hotel for future London trips.

The rooms and hotel were modern in design, there was more food available than I through there would be. It was a great location for Victoria station and the staff were very friendly and attentive. I liked that the hairdryer had a long cable so you can use it by the full length mirror. The tea and coffee in room was well stocked. Nice big towels, plenty of free shampoo etc in the bathroom. The electric blinds in the room gave full blackout for a good nights sleep. Harry’s restaurant and The Alchemist cocktail bar within easy walking distance.

Ok so some of this is personal preference. The bed was quite firm which wasn’t as comfortable for me as I would have liked. The design of the bathroom within the rooms is great to keep it light, however, unless you are very friendly with the person you are sharing the room with, it might make some people uncomfortable. The walls of the bathroom are frosted glass. So whilst you can’t see details you can absolutely see the person using the bathroom. I travelled alone so it was ok and I usually travel with husband, so again would have been ok for us. Just something to bear in mind. Also there was no option for decaffeinated tea so I was only able to drink tea first thing in the morning. Missed my bedtime brew!

The room and the bed size were good, I really liked the bathroom even though it was compact it still felt spacious, and the rooms are well designed. I liked that there was a desk and there weren't any carpets in the rooms (my allergies thank you). I'd like to give a huge shoutout to Saif (the young man with glasses working on Thursday morning 09/01/2025 @10:00), he was a huge help, and his customer service skills are unmatched 10/10! I left behind a few of my items after checking out, but he was kind enough to help me look for my things. He also prepares a brilliant cappuccino, the best one I have had in a while. The cleaning staff did a fantastic job; they left my room sparkling clean. It's worth noting that this hotel had one of the cleanest kettles I've seen in a hotel in a long time.

The room was very cold even when I tried turning on the heating function on the Air Con. As my room was in front of the elevator, there was a loud humming noise, luckily it wasn't very often but it did disturb my sleep a few times - earplugs did the job of blocking out the noise.

The stuff is great. Everyone is nice and very helpful. We came earlier than check in time but room was waiting. Very clean. Filtered water and the reception. Room is small but you can find there everything you need. For one night like in our case was perfect. Localisation fantastic!! So close to the biggest attractions. 1 minute away is bus stop from which you can go directly to the airport. At the hotel is also small restaurant where you can eat some breakfast or dinner. That’s really great.

Bathroom’s door are made from glass. You can see and hear everything what’s going on inside.

The location and hotel services were beyond excellent. The staff were super friendly and helpful and assisted even with questions that had to do with other things, like activating a SIM card. Location was awesome too. Central to everything and perfect to be able to get anywhere quickly.

The room was a little on the smaller side. Thats an American's observation/opinion. Also, the room was in the eaves, so the slanting roof likely made the room feel smaller. But I think given the location (as central as can be) and that this is London, I think the room size overall would be considered average.

Location is amazing, with only a 10 minute walk to Buckingham Palace and just accross the street from Victotia Station. a pub is right next door and a small grocery store just up the street.

I don't sleep well on a hard mattress, but that's what they have. It's like sleeping on a boxspring. My wife had no issues with the mattress, but I couldn't get a good nights sleep. The room size was as expected for the price with no windows (great for sleeping in) There is no ice machine available in the building, so if you want ice you have to ask at the front desk for a small cup full of ice. No refrigerator in the room either.

As we travelled down to London on National Express Coach it dropped us off in Victoria Coach Station which is literally between 5-10 minutes away on foot from the Hotel, which is super handy as Victoria is quite central in location to London main attraction sites such as Buckingham Palace, London Eye, and Westminster. The staff at the hotel are so welcoming and friendly and very professional and nothing is too much trouble, check in was timed at 3pm but you can check in earlier depending on whether your room is available. The room was cosy and ideally in the best place on the 6th floor as we heard no traffic at all and got a good restful sleep. Breakfast is excellent value for money and a wide spread of continental buffet breakfast that consists of hot cheese and bacon toasties, cereals, fresh Greek yoghurt with granola and berry compote, fresh fruit, plus your traditionals such as waffles, croissants and such like. We absolutely loved staying at the Z Hotel Victoria and we've become a member and in future we will book direct with them.
