Location, staff, quality of bed and good use of space.

All good. Perhaps a breakfast tray for reading in bed with a cuppa might be an easy touch

Front desk staff could not have been more pleasant or helpful and the location is perfect for sightseeing and going to shows. My only complaint is the tiny size of the room itself……there are no shelves, no place to put anything so it’s necessary to keep everything in the suitcase and getting anything is a pain. The bathroom shower is not angled to drain properly, so water goes everywhere. If you can put up with the truly awful room design, the location and price do make the Soho Z a good deal.

The breakfast buffet is definitely not worth it, particularly in an area with so many much better options.

Location was perfect for me as I had booked to see a couple shows and the hotel location is in the middle of the theatre district, which I thought was great and ideal. My room was small and cosy which is fine for me as I was solo travelling but if it was booked for a couple then would be difficult to move around (maybe the room is for solo bookings, in which case its perfect) The bed was super comfy and bed linens lovely. I didn't use the hotel for food but I loved that there was a cafe on location to get food and drinks if needed. All in all it was a great stay and I will be staying in Z hotels whenever I can.

My only tiny issue I came across during my stay ( and it is minor) was in the shower cubicle, having to squeeze around the door to get in and out of the shower. Had I been any bigger I think I wouldn't have been able to get round it, then unable to use the shower.

The staff were fantastic. I actually made a mistake and booked for the wrong weekend, non-refundable on this website. I was fully expecting to be completely screwed as I'm pretty sure booking.com wouldn't help haha, but the hotel managed to figure it out on their end and resolve the issue. Also had a great time working out of the cafe for a morning after I checked out. Staff were very accommodating and friendly.

The room was definitely a very "efficient" layout. Not much floor space so felt a bit cramped. However, was kind of expecting this based on price and location haha. Worked well enough for a quick trip :).

The location CAN NOT BE BEAT! We were in town to see shows in the West End and were walking distance from every theater we went to. We would leave for the theater 10 minutes before the play started and still had time to use the rest room and grab a drink before the curtain went up. Plenty to do and see in the area and easy to get to public transportation to go further out if needed. We used the Elizabeth Line to get to the hotel from the airport and the walk from the train station to the hotel was barely 2 blocks. So fast, easy, cheap and safe. The interactions with the staff were minimal, but pleasant.

We had a room where the bed was only accessable from one side. I am not sure if this is every room. I would not recommend this for anyone who is an older traveler. The rooms were as advertised, but that is very small with limited adournments. No dresser for items and no closet. Again, this was as advertized, but it should be reiterated that this is not a hotel for the traveler who needs to be pampered. The window was drafty, but the room would eventually warm up. There was a little bit of street noise, but not bad.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, in many ways. For instance providing us with an ironing board, advice where to have a good dinner, some extra coffee packets when we requested so, and the storing of our luggage for safekeeping. The room was small, but I like it that way. The breakfast lounge was simple but good. Finally, the location is very. very good, close to many sightseeing places. Chine town for good food, cinemas, theatre, museums, and the river Thames.

There was nothing that I outright disliked. It is a nice hotel that I love to come back to again. What has been mentioned before is that the rooms are very small, with little room to store suitcases or manoeuvre around, especially with another person in the room. To me this is not an issue. Possibly some others might find the street sounds, that are not fully blocked by the windows, intrusive (I didn't).

The Hotel was literally feet away from the Palace Theatre which is why I was there. Although I ws too early for check in the person behing the desk was happy to take in our luggage so the we could have a look around China Town and see the first show in the Theatre without taking our luggage with us. free bottles of water and a full Tea, Coffee, Hot chocolate tray. Staff were all so friendly and helpful, I cant speak highly enough of the staff here and highly reccoment this hotel if you are going to the Palace theatre or China Town.

I had a room with no window which in itself isnt bad and was cheaper but it was verry small.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff - although we arrived a couple of hours early, our rooms were ready and we were able to check in, which was very convenient. Food in the cafe bar was good, and very reasonably priced, so we had lunch there after checking in. Also, the price of two double rooms was amazing for so central a location - it couldn't be more convenient for visiting central London.

I didn't mind, but some people will find the food menu a little limited - it's because there isn't a lot of room at the site for a full kitchen, so I understood.

Perfect location - right in the theatre district and only 5-10 minutes from Leicester Square and Tottenham Court Road tube stations. I don't think I've ever come across such friendly and helpful staff at a hotel in London. Nice room, comfortable bed, and they even have a little cafe where you can get a snack and a glass of wine.

The hotel is a bit like a hamster maze! In order to get to our room we had to go up to the 4th floor in the lift, along a walkway outside, and then down a narrow, winding staircase. However, one of the staff carried our heavy suitcases for us. There was plenty of hanging space for clothes, but no shelves or drawers.

The room was compact but clean and well presented with a double bed. There is good selection of places to hang clothes. The shower area was spacious with good quality body gel and hand soap. The room was well equipped with a kettle and a good selection of drinks together with a large bottle of water and a flat screen TV. The free Wi-Fi was good. The hotel is somewhat quirky as the landing is external - in the morning I was greeted by a pigeon when I opened my room door who had left messages on the staircase. I paid £175 for one night so I was somewhat surprised that breakfast was not included. The staff were warm and friendly and checking in was the fastest I have known anywhere in the World. The location of the hotel is excellent and I would have no hesitation to stay there again - hopefully with breakfast included.
