Excellent location, really lively area and 3 underground lines connecting with other parts of London. Staff were super friendly and accommodating. We loved the room which was nice and clean, AC perfectly working, really good shower pressure and everything we needed, including tea in the room. Breakfast was delivered to us so could have a quick brekkie in bed before going out. Really pleased with our stay and will definitely return.
Can't think of anything we didn't like

Perfect place to stay if you’re in London and will be out of the hotel room a lot. Well connected area, easy to get to. The staff are super friendly, I was welcomed by Aranit who was incredibly kind and hospitable! I’ve stayed here a couple times and it suited me very well especially if travelling alone or as a couple.
No mini fridge in rooms is my only real drawback. Also, One of the portions of the hotel has a separate entrance that does not have a lift as well so if you have mobility issues I recommend corresponding with the front desk to make sure you can be sorted.

It is a small hotel, with small rooms, but the every day cleaningness was outstanding! Although the surroundings are on a central street, the room (our room at least) was quiet, since there was a modern skylight rather than a window, with electronic steering. The same with the "curtains" covering it. Bathroom was very nice, modern and clean. Location close to shopping places, super market, pharmacy, and 5 minutes walking from Hammersmith underground. With good connection to 3 underground lines. Hammersmith metro station is split in two.
The only negative side of the hotel was everything that had to do with Breakfast. It was included, but the hotel lacked the restaurant facilities, meaning we were getting a breakfast bag per person in the room. And since the room was rather small, (we knew that beforehand of course) it was rather inconvenient. There was a coffee boiler in the room, but no beverage for the kids really. A butter croissant with a little nutella or butter (!?), a fruit yoghurt, a mini kellogs snack and a cranberry juice. The personell was quite polite to ask what could they do better, and they were quite receptive to my "comments". Perhaps I should have expressed that earlier to get the most out of it... Rooms span to 2 floors, but with no elevator...

Friendly receptionist (Aranit), that welcomed us. Water and shampoo provided, and cleaning was good, as the room was very clean when we enter and maintained during the day. Excellent location right in the heart of Hammersmith and closed to the underground and restaurants.
They could add sleepers and bigger body towels, as those provided were kinda small. Also pillow was uncomfortable, but that just me as I like my pillow really soft. Bfast comes to the room in a box or bag, could be skipped completely.

We stayed in accesible room number 121 which has a huge bathroom with a shower bench and is close to the lift. The room was clean and warm and we didn’t hear much noise from the street. We arrived early to leave our luggage and we were able to check in early which was wonderful. The gentleman on reception was very kind and welcoming. The room was cleaned and tidied every day. We enjoyed having a picnic breakfast (pastry, yogurt, fruit, cereal bar, bottle of juice) brought to our room each morning at the time we asked for it. We would definitely stay here again!

Super close to the Apollo theatre. Felt safe to walk back here after the event with my teenaged daughter. Staff super helpful. Email communication prior to the stay was clear and helpful.
The property is split between two properties and in one there were no lifts. This wasn’t a problem for us as we’re had no issues and only had a back pack with us. The receptionist was up front about this and asked if we needed help getting our bags to our room as there was no lift access. If you find stairs difficult this is not the property for you (I’m not sure about the Cambridge grove property but I think there was lift access (so maybe this is the property to ask to be put into if you need a lift)

Normally stay in the Hilton or Novotel weekly but had to make an exception due to availability. The Receptionist was a gent, took a while to find my booking as I booked a few hours before arriving, he couldn’t of been more hospitable offered me a water cold can of coke and some Lindt chocolate. Location is right by the tube station, shops and plenty of food establishments. Breakfast pack brought to room in the morning included orange/apple juice a fresh pastry (different kind each morning) piece of fruit a yogurt and breakfast bar which was handy to take into office. Could not hear any of the noise from the street and England had just won the football so was very noisy outside. Would stay again.

On arrival we were met by Aranit in reception who was very pleasant and professional, he gave us a bottle of water each and upgraded our room. Our room was round the corner from the main reception and on the second floor. The room was big enough for the one day we were staying and it had a kettle, room safe, comfortable bed, tv and a decent bathroom and air-conditioning. Breakfast was delivered the next morning at a time we had arranged with Aranit at 8.30, this consisted of a banana, yoghurt a fruit drink, a rice crispy Breakfast bar, and a little tub of Nutella, it was enough to set us up for the morning. Checking out was a breeze. We would use this hotel again there are good transport links and lot's to do in the local area.
All ok for us

My room was upgraded, which was fantastic. I loved the continental breakfast delivered to my door each morning - really great idea. The air-conditioning was fabulous as well as windows that open; really helps in muggy weather. Shower was great, room was brilliant, comfy bed, extra pillows, all was brilliant with my room & happily stay again.
I specifically chose Seraphine as it had a lift as I have mobility issues - without any prior notice, the lift was out of service & had to climb 8 flights of stairs to my room. Admittedly, reception carried my bags to help, but what if a completely immobile customer in a wheelchair had checked in. Notice should've been given prior to booking. Also, I paid a very high rate to stay, yet on the day of check-in, the same room was well under half the price I paid just 3 days previously. I got an upgrade, but I think if I hadn't, I'd be pretty upset!
