The location was roughly 20-30mins using the tube from where I work near Oxford Circus, so pretty convenient. The room was on the small side but perfectly adequate for overnight work stay purposes and a nice finish, The bed was comfy, shower nice and hot, tv worked fine, even had an ironing board and iron to use if needed. Staff were friendly and efficient too.

My only slight dislike was the noise from plumbing and/or some other sort of utilities. My room was lower ground/basement and so maybe just unfortunate to hear more than you might in other/higher level rooms. That said, it wasn't something that kept me up at night, and in fact I slept really well. Considering the room price, overall this wouldn't be an issue that'd stop me staying again.

The location was great, right in the centre of Shepherds Bush, on the corner of the green, opposite the market, down the street from The Empire, literally next door to the tube station and yet, we didn't hear ANY noise from the overhead train. The room was spotless and even though is was small, it had everything me and my wife needed with a lovely big shower. TV even had Netflix. No signs of damage or wear anywhere, staff were friendly and for only £150 a night? Absolute bargain considering the location. Highly recommend.

I personally didn't find the bed very comfortable but that's a very subjective opinion and shouldnt out other people off.

Booked this hotel last minute and was very pleasantly suprised. My small double with window was comfortable and clean. There was a fridge and a safe in the room, which was good. The bathroom shower was great, and there were toiletries. The room was perfect for me and as a single traveller I felt safe. The hotel staff were helpful when I had an issue after check out . Ideal location for Shepherds Bush Empire. Lots of food options nearby. I'd stay here again

No major dislikes. Needed photo id to check in plus a £20.00 security deposit taken, which hopefully will be returned shortly.

For the price we paid I thought the room was a good size, nothing is big in London unless you spend a fortune. The room was spotlessly clean. Everything worked as it should. The location next to the tube station was very handy too. Opposite Shepherds Bush market.

You must have photo ID when you check in. Luckily I had just bought a rail card and had that, because I've never needed ID in UK before, so didn't think to take any! I would have to be really picky to complain about anything else because of the great value of this hotel.

Good location, right next to Shepherds Bush Market underground station and close to Shepherds Bush station and Westfield. A lot of shops and restaurants nearby. The reception is available 24/7 and has a bar. The room is equipped with locker, kettle, iron, hair dryer, towels, TV, AC (very easy to use), fridge, coffee, milk, tea, sugar and biscuits, plus it has blackout curtains. The bed is really comfortable and the shower is amazing. Everything was well cleaned. The staff is really nice, warm and helpful which turned the stay even better!

There was no view on the windows, they were very small which turned the room a bit dark. There’s a TV in the room, but it’s not a smart TV (can’t connect Netflix).

The room was very clean, staff very helpful and your relight next to the train station but the room was very quiet Lovely little bar in reception, bottled water, tea, coffee and fridge in the room

The shower did not drain correctly so had to keep stopping the shower to it could drain, On arrival they needed to see the card i used on line to book the room and id but i was not aware of this so did not have them with me so we had to use my husbands card which was fine and it took 4 working days for it to stop showing pending in my account. I would definitely use this hotel again.

Gutted, I didn't take any photos of the room But truly, the room served its purpose bed cup of tea in the morning and a clean shower TV good channels. Iorn and morning board good amount of hangers All in reach close to train station O2 Empire, 2 lovely pubs near bar Westhespoon, about a 10-minute walk.

Great location. We stayed for a night as we were going to a gig around the corner so it was a perfect location for us. Easy check in. Would recommend.

Extra cost for late check out was a bit much for less that an hr. We only had one towel for the shower so had to go down late and was given a very thin one. No alternative milk options for tea/coffee. Room was pretty hot so had to open the window so it was quite nosey from the hassle and bustle of outside and then the cleaners in the morning talking very loudly outside too.

Friendly staff. Great location, literally next to Shepherds Bush Market tube station which did not disturb our sleep as there is no overnight service and we did not get woken in the morning either. Close to Westfield Shopping Centre. Easy to get around London from this location. We stayed for one night and went to a gig at Wembley Stadium got there and back easily only one change on the tube. Clean and modern hotel.

They don’t do breakfast but there are plenty of cafes close by. I don’t think they have a lift but it is only a two storey hotel, we were on the first floor.

The staff were friendly an very helpful as my partner is disabled and with their lift not working quickly moved us down to the ground floor. Easy access from the street Ideal location as we were at the BBC studios watching an episode of QI being filmed.

Shower looked as though there had been a problem and a partial fix attempted. Couldn't get the fan to work as the room was a bit warm. But as there for 1 night only, didn't see the point in moaning about it.
