The staff were very casual, friendly and were very straight forward with what was expected of people who stayed there. The room was cozy and the bed was VERY comfortable. For the price it was an absolute bargain. The free breakfast was the best part of my stay. It was supposed to be just for the morning but the staff allowed me to eat whenever I wanted and I was very grateful, as I was low on cash and very hungry :)

The building was quite warm and stuffy when I first walked in however it got cooler when I was in my room. I think it's just the opening hallway that suffers from that. There were some other people staying there who were shouting while I was downstairs and I overheard them. It was a bit concerning but it never went past that, nothing physical as far as I know and it never became a problem for me so, as far as I know, it's fine.

It was the first time wend I prepare mi own breakfast and really was great! The hotel has a commune kitchen where you can cook your own breakfast with food provided by the staff from hotel!! The staff was great,kind and good attention to the costumer! Nice,clean and very warm room;comfortable bed with your own bathroom in the room! Room has own hair drier,tv,wifi,closet,table ,2 chairs,iron and table for ironing! Hotel was easy to find using the public transport (bus)easy access to central london ! You can tell that you feel like home!!! Great experience! Definitely recommend!!!

Nothing to complain about!!!

I loved the room, everything clean and heated. The water was hot in the shower, the outside street wasn't noisy at all, truely a pleasant place to sleep at. Breakfast - a great deal you can do it yourself out of the stuff in the fridge.

Everything was OK for me. The only struggle I had was when I arrived - it was late and there was nobody at the reception (I knew that), but the e-mail they sent me with the access code haven't arrived. Nevertheless, I pushed the communication button and remotely I received the help.

It's a great place to stay near London: close to transport, safe, with lots of shops nearby and the services the aparthotel has to offer. The rooms are clean and everything is in order; the bedding is fresh and white; the kitchen has everything (utensils and a variety of fresh quality food). Very friendly and helpful staff! Thank you very much, I'll definitely stay in your hotel again when in London.

The hospitality of the host is unbelievable. He is the kindest and most helpful person I've known managing a hotel/ Airbnb. The rooms are simple but have everything you need ( iron, kettle, table and chairs, tv WiFi excellent) and are well maintained, and the location is EXCELLENT. Train 3 minutes walking and the bus right at the door. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, a perfect zone, and there are bars and restaurants. The fridge for breakfast is always full, and you can use it anytime. I highly recommend it. Thanks so much for everything and kind regards to James!! You guys made a lovely memorable trip and stayed.

Decent value for money. I booked a family room with private bathroom for a last-minute weekend trip. The room was a good size; the bed/linens, surfaces and floor were relatively clean. Lots of clean towels provided as well. I didn't grab breakfast, but the self-service kitchen was stocked with bread, fruits, milk, juice, etc. Also about a 5-min walk to Norbury Station. If you're driving, there were free parking bays outside of the house and along the street.

Room was pretty sparse. No extras like tissue boxes or toiletries (outside of body wash dispenser in bathroom). Speaking of the bathroom, it was tiny, but serviceable.

Check-in was remarkably smooth. The room had a private shower, and all necessary amenities were provided. For breakfast, I could freely take items from the kitchen refrigerator, and it was impeccably clean. I think this accommodation offers excellent value for the price. The cost-performance ratio is quite favorable.

The access from the center city was a bit challenging, but I think it's acceptable for this price range in London.

It is very easy to get to the Aparthotel from Euston station. Very quiet. The room is big enough to accommodate the 3 of us. also, there's breakfast included, and a lot to go around staff are friendly and nice

The fact that it's served the purpose of why we were there is enough and is value for money No complain

The managers of the property are really thoughtful kind and helpful in more ways than one, they even help you with your luggage and make sure you get in on time and are not left stranded even on early bookings, top of the notch value for money and will be frequenting the property

Excellent location, right next to the bus stop. Breakfast was top. Cook your own whenever you want it. Juices, Cereals, Bacon and Eggs. well worth it! Room was nice with own shower and toilet but one Major complaint, The TV needs to be on the wall facing the bed and not at the side of the bed. Impossible to get comfy to watch. Really bad position. No reason it couldn't be on the other wall, with a built in antenna as it has, it wouldn't be a problem and much more comfortable to watch. Take Note Flexistay! Apart from that one problem, most excellent.

Move the TV! Got a crick in my neck trying to watch. Ended up sat on the edge of the bed with no back support. Really bad position for the TV!
