I recently stayed at this hotel and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The location was excellent, with a tube station and numerous shops and pubs nearby, making it easy to explore the area. The room was spacious and quiet, despite having a street view. It was impeccably clean, and the beds were very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.
The Wi-Fi connection was inconsistent, which was somewhat frustrating. Additionally, the breakfast provided was not very ample, lacking variety. It would have also been more convenient to have sockets near the bed for charging devices comfortably.

Room, location and breakfast all excellent except that the breakfast area is a bit congested and the stools are quite uncomfortable.
I am very put off by the fact that there is nobody at the reception desk after 9.00pm. Prior to Covid I stayed in Henley House a lot and have now returned. I'm very disappointed with the reception desk not being open 24 hours. It is quite creepy coming back late at night with nobody at reception. I know there is a phone number one can call if there is an issue but that is not at all the same has having a person at reception. It would put me off booking Henley House again.

It all felt very clean, well maintained and looked after. I had a sense of recent renovation; stair carpets in very good condition, lovely plush curtains in my room, modern door lock system. Everything was very well maintained. Very well located near Earl court tube, M&S food hall, shops, pubs etc. And as someone who is always a little disappointed to find out when ‘breakfast included’ turns out to be a continental one, it was a very plentiful one, having cereals, cheese, boiled eggs, meat, croissants, pain au chocs, muffins, toast, spreads, juice, yoghurt all available.

The hotel is off the busy main thoroughfare of Earl's Court, just a five minute walk from the tube and immediately, you are in a quiet, elegant square, overlooking a small park. The key dispenser on the outside was new to me, but easy-to-follow instructions. The reception/ lobby/lounge was compact but pleasant, with nice modern sofas and plenty of books. The lift was small, but worked fine and my room was tiny, but immaculate and cleverly designed for comfort and ease. The fittings were completely contemporary and ergonomic. The bed was very comfortable and the furniture and fittings of good quality. I loved the heavy, velvetty curtains. You are able to plug in any kind of device into an impressive media bank. The room contained everything you might need, with clear instructions how to operate TV remote, Media bank and air-con. Breakfast was ample and very tasty in a light conservatory in the garden. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. All in all, this was one of my favourite stays in London and I will come again.
Initially, entry felt slightly intimidating, but it was actually easy enough. Slightly budget-feel due to the size of rooms.

The Henley house hotel is truly great. The location is very convenient with the tube station being a few minutes walk away and a lot of interesting places are also easily accessible by foot. The surrounding area is beautiful and has everything you need, while also being calm and not too crowded. The staff is always helpful and very kind and keeps the rooms clean and tidy. Our room was perfect for two guests, with big comfortable beds, a very nice bathroom and a beautiful balcony overlooking a garden. Breakfast was great and offered everything one could need for a filling and balanced meal. Overall, our stay was very enjoyable and we recommend the hotel to everyone.
The walls are more on the thinner side, which is why you can sometimes hear noise from neighbouring rooms, but it is not too bad.

The room was big and had a balcony overlooking the park across the street. Delightful! High ceilings make it airy and the doors opening out to the balcony brought in fresh air. Shower was excellent and hot. Something to note, the blinds to close the shower view was controlled by a magnet but once we figured out how to close, that was sorted. Breakfast was ample and delicious, nice continental breakfast with soft boiled eggs. All staff were super helpful but especially Donata who was an excellent communicator prior to our stay and marked my birthday with a banner in the room, a small cake and lovely card on behalf of the hotel. Colleen was warm and friendly and nothing was ever a problem. Fantastic place to stay - we will be back!
There was nothing I didn’t like!

The hotel is well located, it’s 3 minutes away from Earls Court tube station and there’s a Marks & Spencer Food store nearby on Earls Court Road. The hotel is very clean and the staff are very friendly, willing to answer any questions. The single bedroom is comfortable and relaxing. The hotel is down a side street so there’s no busy traffic to be heard during the night.
I’m quite tall, the single bed only just accommodated my height but for someone shorter than 6ft 5, the bed is comfy. I found the shower was narrow for me but again if you’re not so tall, it’ll be ok. The breakfast had only cold continental options. It would have been nice to have selections from a cooked breakfast as well. These are minor issues but for a very good quality hotel I would expect a wide range of a continental breakfast.

Just a nice little hotel in the perfect location - the Piccadilly line runs directly to Earl's Court from Heathrow or from King's Cross, and between the Piccadilly and District lines it is easy to get to all the sights. The neighborhood is full of restaurants and useful shops. The price is very reasonable for a clean and comfortable room, and the breakfast buffet is a cut above the usual "continental breakfast."
There is no way to get into the hotel and up to the rooms without dealing with some stairs (though there is a lift which cuts down on the needed stair-climbing). This isn't really a surprise in the U.K., but be aware that the hotel isn't accessible by U.S. standards.

Breakfast was plentiful, fresh, constantly topped up. Staff hospitable and helpful. Room compact as advertised but fine for our couple of nights. Spotlessly clean. Location minutes from Earls Court tube station, perfect for access to central London on District line, but quiet at night. Could leave luggage so able to make most of London attractions on checkout day
Shower cubicle small as advertised which was fine for us but has prevented us from recommending to our taller / larger friends. Possibly more spacious cubicles in other rooms?

The building was what I call "very European". Small rooms, but well appointed. Location was fabulous. Breakfast was good, but there weren't a lot of different choices. The receptionists were very helpful with directions and suggestions. The place was absolutely spotlessly clean. The location was on a quiet street with beautiful gardens. I loved it!!. The shower was the best thing of all!! Hot and strong force pounding my back. The area was called Kensington-Chelsea- a very fine residential location.
What I didn't like can't be changed. The elevator held one person and a small bag- or 2 large bags with no person- or 2 small persons. It only went up to the 4th floor. My friend was assigned the 5th floor, and had to drag her suitcase up 15 steps. It forced me to be a gentleman! The air conditioning worked great, but turned off in the middle of the night. The room got warm quickly and made me get up and turn on the air again.
