Really professional host, good communication R.E self-check in and how to turn the heater on. Easy check in. Room was lovely and clean. Heater worked so well, was very cosy. Everything I needed, including a hair dryer, TV and mirror that could be taken off the wall. Bathroom shower worked perfectly. The cleaners were really nice. 10/10

No kettle in room and I was on top floor, so a couple of flights of stairs to the kitchen and was hard to get my luggage up so many stairs - but that's my fault for not asking first. Could have been avoided if I asked to be on the lowest floor, so not their fault at all.

The landlord is kind and nice to foreigners. I felt welcomed while checking in. Also the most comfort room was provided as I planned a long stay here. The residents are also kind, staying here is safe. Additionally, it's close to major grocery stores, Finsbury park station and the Emirates Stadium, the location is pretty good.

The stair space is a bit narrow, which is less convenient for heavy luggages.

Maggie and Elias were absolutely amazing, and couldn’t have done any more than they did to accommodate our stay and make it as enjoyable as possible. The room was extremely clean, we had tea, coffee, clean towels, extra pillows. The location was perfect, lots of shops and food places in the area and a 5 minute walk from Emirates (perfect for Arsenal games). We are already planning our next trip, and this would be our first choice for a place to stay.

There was nothing we didn’t like, we couldn’t fault anything about our stay.

The place is about a 3 minute walk from Finsbury Park station. And a 5 minute walk to the actual Finsbury park. The owner gave me a nice virtual walk throught.l which i appreciated. There was a fridge in the room, which i used to keep my beverages cool. Had a lovely shower. The check-in instructions were very clear to understand. The room was a good size. With a tv and tea and coffee making equipment. There was a kitchen too.

Perfect location, quiet at night and 2 min from metro and bus stations. Lots of supermarkets and fast food and coffee shops nearby. Owners were very friendly and helpful. In the room there was a small fridge and TV. The shared kitchen is small but good enough.

Put more toilets papers in the bathrooms.

Facilities were very clean as always ( Third time I have stayed @ Central Comfort Rooms ) Bathroom is shared but exceptionally clean.Kitchen facilities very clean .5 minutes walk from Finsbury park tube station .10 minutes walk to Finsbury park parkrun .plenty of restaurants and local pubs . Perfect for 1 or 2 night stays .⁹

Location was amazing, went too a event in Finsbury Park, was a 2 minute walk from there. Close to the underground too. Great host’s phoned me prior to the stay to check what time I was getting there. Met me as soon as I arrived made us feel welcome.

Rooms are a bit small and a shared bathroom, but the value for money . Can’t complain. It did the job

I love the location as it was next to Finsbury Park station so it’s easy to get anywhere in London. the staff where absolutely amazing from our first conversation on the phone. when I arrived Ellias walked through through the whole check in process and where to find everything I needed in property and he stayed on the phone with me to make sure everything was working which is really rare when your booking some of these places. the room was clean, comfortable bed, kettle and all everything you need to make cup of tea😍, mini fridge and tv.

Room was basic but sufficient, good room heating (didn't feel cold even when it was raining), very close to tube station, owner helpful but leaves you to your own, thus there is enough privacy. Owner was very helpful when we arrived- though our arrival was delayed by many hours because of delay at immigration, he was very accommodating, received us near our underground and escorted us to our room and even helped carry our luggage up the floor! Very convenient location in Central London, great place for that price. Finsbury Park Underground has great connections having two important lines Victoria and Piccadily. Lots of shops and conveniences near by. Very safe while in the building as it is access controlled right from entry to building. Bathrooms are outside the room and shared, but there are two bathrooms and I never had to wait to access one of them in my week's stay. Hot water available in showers throughout the day. Carry your own soap, tooth brush, they give you a towel. Kitchen is well equipped, can cook there if you wish, I hardly found it being used, so there is no big rush. However we used it only to warm some food that we got from outside. There is a washing machine (without dryer) that is available for use and is free to use, however bring your own detergent liquid. They don't change the bedsheets or clean your room during the stay (we stayed for a week), but I guess we also didn't request and we were okay with how it was. All in all a great place to stay at economical cost if you are looking for something basic, convenient and clean.

Honestly, there isn't anything to report

At first I wasn't expecting a such comfort that made me feel like am at home, plus the politeness of the owner and the humble way he was guessing us, really we were treated like family, the service was excellent I will be back for sure and will recommend it to everyone else wanting to stay around the area. Thank you central comfort and will visit again pretty soon.
