Very luxurious hotel at the best location in London (very nice neighbourhood with many interesting places). All staff is very friendly and helpful. Special shoutout to the young brown-haired trainee who sent us to the wrong elevator but immediately followed us in the next elevator and apologised kindly and sent us the correct way (the interaction was funny and sweet). The room was VERY clean, luxurious, and well equipped. Though the windows were not openable (which is of course the case in most hotels) and I am very sensitive to non-fresh air, I got accustomed to the AC quickly and had no problem sleeping (in fact, I slept very well). The cold breakfast buffet is well balanced (cheese, ham, fruits, sweets, yoghurt, cereal, etc.) and the à la carte hot breakfast meals (one per person per day, duh) are very tasty. The ordered enhancement of the room (rose petals) was very nicely executed. We thank every one of the staff for their great work.

We loved the quietness of our location, absolutely NO street noise or noise from other rooms. You wouldn't have known you were in London! We also discovered that we'd been upgraded free of charge to a Junior Suite when we arrived, which was lovely as it was my husband's birthday! We had a BIG, comfortable bed and enjoyed our coffee making facilities in our room, as well as our dressing gowns which were soft & fluffy.

The bath towels could have been a big bigger & fluffier (like the dressing gowns!). But I'm quibbling...they were good enough!

just one little thing - the hair dryer provided by the hotel wasn't fittable the outlet in the bathroom. I used it in the room. it was a bit weird but It was ok.

Hotel was very clean, Staff friendly and helpful. Our room was excellent, with a balcony, and very quiet. The weather was so good, London is at it’s best at this time of year. Location was easy reach of Blackfriars Station, and a 20 minute walk to Convert Garden. We travel by river using Uber from Bankside to Greenwich,more expensive than l would have like to have paid but its was an experience, as next time I’ll use the tube. Found an excellent cafe in Greenwich, good prices for top quality food, and amazing service, The Cutty Sark, Church Street near to the market, which was a nice find too. The Navy College was a nice visit go in to Chaple which is free of charge, the gallery is not, then walk through the grounds to either the town, to Royal Observatory.

More of a grumble, St Paul’s Cathedral you have to pay to go inside, as l believe all churches including Cathedrals, should be free of charge, to ask for donations of £5, from every visitor, that would help keep the doors open.

Returning customer. 3rd Christmas here plus other visits. Like coming home, small and intimate. Staff all lovely, from reception (bar one lady on the team) to housekeeping team. Very clean and well stocked room with all you needed for a great stay. Christmas lunch was fabulous and we were so well looked after.

We had access to the exec lounge and were a little disappointed, coffee machine worked intermittently, we were told by another guest in there that this had been going on a while and was only replaced last year. Staff member advised it was always breaking. TV also not great as kept stopping (maintenance due to report) We found some areas in our room needed paint touch ups. Not the end of the world but made the Exec room look a little shabby in places.

Hotel is well located, about 15-20 mins from Covent Garden one direction and The Millennium Bridge in another. We were upgraded on arrival which was lovely. We pre-booked breakfast which was really good quality and excellent service. The room was spacious, well equipped and the bathroom was sizeable, good pressure in the shower. Bed was very comfy and decent pillows which is rare in my experience ! We really liked being able to call reception for fresh milk in the morning for a cuppa. Sadly didn't make it into the bar as London had too much to offer. We would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed my stay here, the staff was friendly and the room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The location is really good as there is a bus stop right in front of the hotel that takes you to Westminster side and St Paul's underground station is at walking distance too (5-8 mins). Only thing to keep in mind is that it does not have an accessibility ramp, all the exit/entries have a few steps to climb to access building. It's only 5-6 steps but hard to manage if you alot of luggage. The staff are lovely however and will help out. The other thing is that breakfast was confusing price wise, delicious though. They give you a menu to choose from with additional pricing for dishes. Honestly still not sure if I paid extra or was it included with the breakfast price I paid when I checked in. Probably will update this reviews once I check my transactions

A really comfortable hotel in a quiet location but so central. I had booked it for a special birthday weekend, and was very pleased with the standard of the rooms, shower, bath etc. Good to have robes and slippers and nice bathroom products. And a coffee machine. The staff were all very polite and friendly and seemed to be happy in their jobs! The breakfast was really good, with some things on a buffet and then able to order a hot dish from the menu. Overall a really good stay, and I would definitely return, especially if I could get a good deal!

Amazing, amazing, amazing. We could heat the room during the cold november days, there was a huuuuge bathtub and also a huuuge shower. The bed was so comfortable, I don't think I have ever l slept in such a comfortable bed in my whole life, it was way more comfortable then my own bed at home. Usually it is very difficult for me to fall asleep in foreign places, but this time I just put my head on the pillow in the world's most comfortable bed and feel asleep immidiately. My partner is quite tall, and when we travel, usually the beds are really not comfortable for him, be he also adored this huge, shared bed. I wish I had it at home! :D And the room was really, really quiet, although we were just next to the city center. This place was heaven, literally!

The reception team were professional and friendly upon our arrival. We booked the £29 for 2 breakfast. We arrived at a busy time but the staff were apologetic for the wait and prompt with the service. The dining area was pleasant and the breakfast was absolutely fine. I am realistic - I don't expect a gourmet breakfast for that price and overall I thought it was good value and convenient for us. The location was very convenient and had the advantage of being quiet in the immediate area with some interesting architecture.

Overall, there was nothing to dislike about the hotel. It met my expectations for an overnight stay. I expect it would be lovely in the summer as there's a couple of nice courtyards.
