Really great location for the Town Hall Venue. Around 10 mins walk. The staff were very helpful, happy & pleasant. The room was clean & the Bathroom was a very good size.It was equipped with the free toiletries you would need for your stay in terms of shampoo & shower gel. My room was on the sixth floor and was very quiet, so easy to get to sleep. Parking is very convenient and is good value, especially in the heart of Birmingham. If I ever go back I will be sure to book this hotel. It was great.

Maybe the only observation I made that could be improved upon was the fact that I arrived at the hotel considerably early for a check in (around 3 hours). Although the team accommodated my parking needs with no problem whatsoever, I found the staff could have tried a little harder to try and reassure me that they would try to book me into a room a little earlier than normal check in time. This didn’t happen, so I just had to assume there was no chance of a check in earlier than 3pm and do something else for a few hours. That was fine but an offer of checking in an hour earlier would have just put the icing on a pretty good cake.

The room was immaculately clean, it was a pleasure to use. It was a good size and had everything set up for what you needed. The location is very central. so easy to get to the shopping, the train, the museum and the cathedral. The hotel was very pleasant to stay at and I would recommend it to anyone.

When I arrived, the reception staff member wasn't very friendly, but the other staff members I dealt with were helpful. Breakfast was good but unfortunately, there were no vegetarian options available and even though service was advertised as starting at 6:30 some items were still being put out so not available until too late for me.

Great location for the Utilita Arena. Parking was secure and easily accessible along with plenty of spaces available. Staff were polite, friendly, and informative, and the room was very clean and extremely comfortable. Great value for money given the location and facilities available. We'd very happily stay here again!! The only issue was that one of the 3 lifts was out of order, resulting in rather large queues to get back to the room post concert. More an inconvenience than anything and something that can't be helped. The only other issue we encountered was that the overflow pipe from the sink had come loose, resulting in water leaking from the hole where the pipe had detached. Thankfully, there wasn't a lot of leaked water, and this was relayed to reception at checkout. Neither of the above was intentional and could have happened at any point during any stay. The reception staff were incredibly apologetic of the inconvenience. As previously stated, these could have happened at any time and hasn't negatively on our stay or affected my review.

Staff lovely, room great, location perfect (loved the pub next door, which is apparently owned by the Ibis chain), and the breakfast was good.

Remote control on TV didn't work, so I Whatsapped reception at about 12.30am, as I wanted to watch a bit of TV when I got back to my room. No reply. I was already in my nightwear, and on the 3rd floor, so at 1.00am I gave up, messaged again to tell them not to worry about it. Still no reply. Then, at 2.15 the fire alarm went off, woke me and everyone else up, and scared the bejesus out of me. As I was preparing for an early start, this ensured that I started my day super-tired, with a 130-mile journey ahead of me. Not a happy bunny.

Hotel in a great location, very close to the Utilita Areana which was the purpose of our trip. Parking underneath the hotel which made it easier. Clean hotel and clean rooms. Plenty of facilities in the room, kettle, tea bags, coffee, sugar and milk. A hair dryer, iron and ironing board, tv, air con, etc. Breakfast was nice lots of options.

There was a slight unpleasant smell in the room when we first arrived however this seemed to dissapear after we started to use the room i.e. use shower, turn on air on? The bed had a broken wooden slat which made it uncomfortable to sleep in.

The room was basic but just what we needed. The location is great just down by the library and museum. Check out time was late so that was a bonus and the free hot drinks were helpful for the kids. Breakfast was actually lovely for a 3star hotel with lots on offer. The kids loved the nifty pancake making machine very cool.

The large bed was lovely but the sofa bed was like a torture device. Even the kids couldn’t sleep on it after a long day of walking. In the end both kids in bed with me wasn’t ideal. They need to invest in better sofa beds or pull outs with a memory foam mattress. The space was big enough for perhaps even a few rooms with small bunk beds but please throw out those sofa beds!!

Brilliant location - 10 minute walk from both the utilita arena (main reason for booking) but also from new street and the bullring. Rooms were spotless, reasonably sized and the amenities were great for the price (kettle, tea/coffee, iron). There is also a free coffee machine in reception. Comfy beds and pillows. Staff were great too, check in was fast and efficient.

The rooms were very dark which made it difficult getting ready in the evening, unfortunately due to there being no overhead light in the main area of the room. It was also very warm in all areas of the hotel and as our windows didn't open it was very hard to cool the room down, even with the air con on full blast!

Love the parking facility. Clean and comfortable. We found there were enough tea bags and milk in the roomfor us, however we found the hot chocolate machine and extra tea and coffee in the lobby which we did not know about in our first stay with you. This is excellent thank you. The staff were so friendly and helpful especially Walid on the reception. He went above and beyond to make sure our stay was a good one and to keep us happy. He was professional, friendly and super helpful. This is perfect customer service. We will come again. Thank you Walid 😊

children's mattress very poor quality but didn't mention this to staff as it was only 2 nights stay.. in addition, nothing to do with staff and not their fault, but you could inform clients that your hotel is in clean zone area. I got a fine a few weeks later from city council that we didn't pay a fee for travelling using our diesel car... Not their duty, but they knew we are travelling with our car and it would be nice and positive gesture to inform about the fees and zones. especially for someone travelling from Northern Ireland. Wasn't aware of that until the fines arrived to my doorstep. This would mean exceptional service instead of good...

It was a fantastic hotel and definitely call me back to it. My little boy loved it. The only thing I ran out tea bags every so often. So I have to cut down to get tea bags.You don't put enough in, but I loved the hotel We are coming back to your hotel. Cause it was a fantastic hotel. I have ever been in, it's nearer. The train station, not far. It's near everything what we like to do. Thank you for everything

It's the way the cleaners. Wow, with me. Sometimes. Um, one of them got a bit nasty with me when I made a complaint about a straw. What was my son's favourite one and a spoon? I Ve had over 20 years. I left on the side and it was gone, she got really Irritated with me in a voice. Then, as we were leaving the hotel, I was trying to get past with my Pram and she got narky, you can get pass, you can go, get pass. You can get pass. No Pram is too big at the back of the Pram. Cause the Pran was nearer, the front and big at the back because it is a twin It was just the staff everything else was fantastic. It was the cleaners but I didn't let that spoil that we enjoyed ourselves.We are coming back
