200% recommended! Everything was great, actually better than expected. Very cosy room, cute decor, very thoughtfully arranged. It had everything needed for a super comfortable stay - comfy bed, enough mirrors, coffee machine, kettle, lots of choice for breakfast (food, drinks, snacks etc), cosy rug, toiletries. Even a vanity table in the bathroom with a makeup mirror! Location was perfect too, so close to the city centre and the station, and on a quiet street. The owners were very helpful and we had no problem leaving our bags after the check out to pick them up in the evening before the travel back home. It was the best hotel I have ever stayed at - way more comfortable than a Hilton in my opinion! If we are ever back in Bath, we'd definitely want to stay at this hotel again.
There were no cons for us.

The buffet style breakfast, is a great idea, with an Excellent selection of pastries, cereals, fruit pots, and yoghurts. Along with fresh milk, and orange juice. These are topped up daily, with added treats and biscuits. Choice of several teas and coffees, with a pod machine, extending the range off coffees too. Steve the host, was very friendly, and helpful, recommending the Mayor of baths free guided tours, that happen daily, and are brilliant. The room was spotless, the bed very comfortable, and the guest house is situated in a quiet side road only a ten minute walk from the city centre, along the river. This will be our place to stay from now on when we return to Bath. Thank you Steve for a lovely stay.
Nothing. Every thing was brilliant.

I liked everything in this cosy place: the location is convenient, the householder went beyond his responsibilities to deliver truly exceptional service, various choices of fresh food for breakfast, the room has a stunning fireplace, and Wi-Fi works sufficiently and effectively to work or study in the room. Moreover, the householder allowed me to leave my luggage at his property till the bus time (till everything). I am so happy with my stay in this lovely place.

The Guest house is decorated in the style of the property. There were a good choice of items in the room to make a quick breakfast. I did not state that I am lactose intolerant so I brought my own milk and surprise to find some oat milk sticks in the fridge. They even add an alpro yogurt without being asked a bottle of ice water and orange juice. There was soaps and shampoos in the bathroom.it the best single room I have ever stayed in and would definitely use them again 😄
The bathroom is very small but well equipped and the shower doors open inwards so it's a bit of a squeeze to get into the cubicle . The door to the bathroom catches on the bed but it opens more than enough to allow entry . These were minor niggles. The stairs to most of the rooms are steep so you need to check before booking .if you have mobility issues.

Very nice guest house close to the city centre. The room had everything you need to feel comfortable and was very beautifully decorated. The bathroom was very spacious with a good sized shower. Large comofortable bed with good quality matress and pillows. The room came with a minifridge and cofee machine and very good continental breakfast. The people who run the guest house are very friendly and take care of all your needs in the most efficient way. It was real value for the money.

Train station, shops, and main attractions are 15-20 minute walk away so very easy to get to. The room is ideal for a solo traveller for a short stay. Breakfast is provided in the room as a selection of packaged cereals, pastries, chocolates, with tea and coffee and milk provided. So ideal if you want to make your own breakfast or have snacks to take away. Room was clean and heated blanket and heater provided if needed during the cold weather. The host Steve was very kind.

Nice traditional bed and breakfast. But breakfast wasnt served. It was waiting in fridge, and it was just good. House has good feeling. Narrow stairs. Dont take oversize luggage. This guest house doesnt suit for modernists. Location is a little far away from city centre but walkable, and nice riverside route. Really helpfull owner who lives nextdoor. Quiet place and quiet street. Not cheap, but not so expensive as mony others in Bath.
I liked it. Whats bad.... OK, you need to cross busy street while walking to city. Distance to city is not long, but while you are in Bath you will walk a lot and hope that your B&B would be closer. I missed traditional breakfast that isnt here anymore. There is selection of food waiting in fridge and table. No fruits, but something that you will survive both evening and morning.

The property was very easy to find and approximately a 10 minute from the train station and a 5 minute walk into the city. A perfect place to stay if easy access to these locations is important to you. Everything was perfect during our stay including the impeccable cleanliness of the room, the breakfast foods provided, and Steve being on hand to answer queries. The room was well appointed with a lovely comfortable bed. Another nice touch was that Steve noticed that I was only using the oat milk sachets that he had provided and so he restocked the fridge in our room with a large carton of soya milk which was very thoughtful.
Everything was great.

Property is close to the center of bath - just a 5-10 min walk away. Very easy to access and provided with a lot of quick breakfast options in your room. There is wifi and a lot of personal touches around the room and building. Host was very helpful and quick to respond to requests. Excellent value for price.
The property is in an older house and this is all to be expected. There are stairs, somethings are a bit dated and there are periodic house noises. Honestly just adds to the charm.

Just the right size, self contained room with shower room/toilet. Clean and comfortable. Furnished nicely. Just right if you plan to spend most of your time out and about sightseeing and need a comfortable bed at the end of your day away from the hustle and bustle of the Bath centre but only 10 minutes walk away from the action. Steve and Anna were fantastic hosts. They checked we were okay during our stay and a nice little touch leaving us an Easter egg on the Sunday. Would definitely recommend and will certainly look to return.
