The location is amazing , the room has good size , large for the family , including nice kitchen abd good bathroom. Also we liked the view of the swimming pool surrounded by beautifull green gardens and palms trees . We do like the location as it is too close to everything you need ,such as shopping centers , cafes , ann close to the yasmine hammamet medina .we enjoyed the holiday there . 🙂

When I arrived to book in the Male Receptionist was very rude and not at all friendly.. Female Receptionist’s were lovely .. Beds in the apartment are not comfortable at all, very hard and so I hardly got any sleep. The Kitchen could do with having a kettle, we had to boil water for coffee etc in a pan.

When I wanted to book a hotel for a few days and read the reviews for this one I was a bit skeptical but I did it anyway for the location and the water slides for my kid! I don’t know why people left so many bad reviews but my stay was excellent! The WiFi worked everywhere in the hotel except reception, they didn’t charge extra for towels, everything was super clean, the stuff were really nice and breakfast was also really good, there was no buffet but the amount of food they serve it’s more than enough for an adult!

Customer service is exceptional staff so helpful ready to help at all time. Hotel located near to shoppings malls and beach. Oggi restaurant close by great options. Maxi shopping centre with all the shopping options. Hotel layout is good, swimming pool and later night show nice.

Wi-Fi so poor or shall I say NO WiFi at all, NO Gym. Breakfast is poor - so limited options hardly worth paying for. No Towels in the room you have to rent towels for 5 diners -

The room is huge, clean and comfy! The staff friendly and available. The air conditioner works well.

Not a problem, but it is good to know that there are stairs, but they asked before if it would be a problem, and it wasn't indeed. So I guess for people who have mobility problems they could arrange smt in the first floors. Ah, and not towels in the bedroom. Maybe we needed to ask while checking in, not sure, but they weren't there.

It was wonderful stay for me and my family at Le Corail. Very good services, nice, friendly and quick responsive staff, very clean apartment and pools. I cannot thank the staff enough. Don’t want to mention names because all I dealt with were top class staff, from the reception to the restaurant and the gardeners, let alone the life safeguard staff who were there all the time watching kids in the the pools. I have to mention here that my kid had a little cut on his foot, they have immediately responded once I reported that to them and took care and gave him first aid. Thank you guys.

Clean hotel, amazing location, everything you need is within 5 minutes walk.

Location: the best you can get in hammamet Sud. Walking distance to almost everything (beach/restaurant/port/medina) Place: spacious and cozy.. you feel literally at home. Pool: big and deep with comfortable water temperature. Entertainment: themed nights and very good music playing, making everyone vibe and dance. Personnel: very helpful and attentionned . Overall I had a very pleasant stay .

The swimming pool gets very crowded; that's fine . But kids jumping non-stop in and out of the water is very discomforting. If you are inside the pool, it's really annoying.. if you are trying to get some tan outside by the pool, you will definitely get wet from the drops of water, and I had my mobile full of water more than once. I asked the lifeguard several times, but the kids were uncontrollable . I suggest instructions to be displayed by the pool and to not allow the diving and jumping at the adult pool area.

I don't like it when male hotel staff cross the line of professionalism and hit on me. Happened by a few different male staff members. Please tell your male staff members that women don't want to be hit on, especially when seeking peace by the pool. One guy knocked on my door with cheese/meat and asked to come inside. I let him sit outside for a few minutes before shooing him away. No harm done but it's not professional. I was just there to read and relax, not have my privacy invaded.
