Very friendly staff, amazing view, spacious room/hotel, beautiful white sand beach, good entertainment, great atmosphere, big variety of food that is presented excellently.

There was no option of double bed (only 2 smaller ones put together), and most of the food was bland. The only good thing about the location was that it was by the beach; the surrounding area was near enough dead, with local businesses trying to scam you.

- the pool area could be made safer - no real a swim pool for kids

Big thank you to all the animation team specially to Houyem who is the nicest and sweetest person. And thanks to all reception and dining hall and bar staff who kept calling me the hot water lady as I kept requesting them for a glass of hot water every night to take my medicines.

1-It would be nice if all the food in the buffet dinning hall was labelled properly to see if it contains beef or not because of my religion. I had to keep asking the staff who always tried to help me! 2-You had to pay extra for a safe! 3-Beach is not very clean sometimes with a lot of plastic rubbish and lots of camel poo specially during the weekends which i think the local authoroties don't clean very often. Also the beach had always the red flag on so a bit dangerous to venture in the sea for a swim!

Almost everything was fantastic at the hotel. I enjoyed the high energy of all the staff. Service was fabulous. The selection of food was amazing and presentation was first class. I liked the beach, which was very close, and sun loungers and umbrellas worked very well. Lovely to still have waiter service on the beach.

Tennis court was excellent so disappointing to get such poor rackets. Wooden grip and old balls. Hard to fault the food, but clearly erring on the side of caution in terms of spices and salt content.

I have spent a couple of nights with my wife and 15 years old daughter in the Iberostar Averroes hotel during a recent trip to Tunisia. We loved the beachfront location close to the beach walk and main attractions in Hammamet. The hotel has a very good structure with internal/external pools and good restaurants. I would recommend for individuals traveling to Hammamet.

The rooms and corridors are a bit dated at this point, but that was not really a problem for us.

I really liked the staff. They were amazing with us. The outside pool is nice, and the food was very good. They had pretty much everything: fish and meat everyday, salads, pizza and locals specialties.

The bed was a bit worn out, and it did not help with my back pain. Also, I did not like the old school safe with a key that you have to bring with you everywhere. I believe a unit with digital safe code would be more suited for this kind of applications.

Excellent hotel. Extremely friendly staff. Excellent condition of the room. Food was amazing. Family friendly hotel with programmes and shows every evening. Hotel site is very clean and every well kept. Housekeeping staff are very kind and hardworking too. Customers are well valued and any concerns raised were dealt with immediately.

Hecklers within the site shop to buy things. Drinks including water is not free as part of half board - only free for breakfast There could have been more excursions offered by the hotel at a fair price.

The food was great ,various ,and the hotel is clean and spacious room ,the air conditioning functions well 👌 fast check in .

Small rugs instead of carpet in the room however in winter is a bit cold , the Animation was weak comparing to what we used to see , no bottles of water in the room . Cleaning the room wasn't good we appreciate " Mrs djanet " Cleaning she came once to our room

The most attractive part of my stay was the pool outdoor , the bar service and the amazing staff with wonderful smiles deserve 5 stars. the team 👥 ( animateur) speaks all languages wow fact and the entertainment was nonstop as we were foodies wide selection of a wide variety of yummy and tasty food, authentic Tunisian food international selection so fabulous, The bar staff many serve with smile cocktail mocktails were so creative and friendly with lovely smiles miss u all it is our second house

Toilet it was clean as always but we as are are in Arab country the toilet should have toilet hose as part of our grooming standard I knew that the branch international but we should have local adaptation it was available in foods Tunisia culture but missing inside the room as we should note that your customer segmentation has may be a 20 percent Arab if not more . And we all know that as part of grooming, the toilet should have a toilet hose otherwise we feel uncomfortable i booked 3rooms for my family we enjoyed all except toilet make our life miserable .direct to management kindly do something in order to come back next stay we love it .
