This place is a good value. The room is a nice size, the bed is comfortable, and the bathroom, albeit plain, is of a good size. We loved the staff and it is conveniently close to the beach. The property is a bit tired and dated, and it is right on a busy road so it's noisy and busy during the day, less so at night. But the staff compensated for all that - very helpful and nice, we enjoyed their service. Breakfast was good and you could order whatever you like.

It was a bit noisy b/c traffic is meters away from the restaurant's open area. The view isn't great and it definitely is not a resort, but its close proximity to a few restaurants and the beach is convenient.

Lovely staff, very helpful. Breakfast was great, meals were great and all reasonably priced. Room was good - very clean. Window looked out onto neighbouring staircase so not best view, but sea breeze reached it. Due to pain from dental treatment, we really needed an outdoor area and pool to just relax beside, so elected to move to another location due to this factor, otherwise would have been very happy to stay.

Wish you had a pool. Also an area outside to just chill in.

Liked the hotel very much. Stay at the hotel for more than three weeks. We stayed in a deluxe room overlooking the sea of ​​Surin Beach and a large balcony. There is everything you need in the room for a stay on vacation: a safe, a hairdryer, care products and toiletries, a kettle. Daily replenishment of bottled water, tea and coffee is also always in the room, which is included in the price. Daily change of towels, comfortable king size bed and crisp white linens. Beach towels can be borrowed from reception. Varied breakfasts. The hotel has an excellent restaurant of Thai and European cuisine, there is a children's menu. Surin Beach is 100 meters from the hotel. One of the best beaches in Phuket. We were satisfied with our stay in the department. Separately, I want to note the hotel staff for their responsiveness, care, all kinds of help and organization of your stay on vacation. Special thanks to the owner of the hotel, you feel at home.

Stayed 6 nights,very friendly staff, breakfast choice was the best I've come across in Thailand, evening meals were excellent,a different meal every night,few minutes walk from a great beach,room 301 was huge with big balcony,not a crowded part of phuket but easy enough to get transport to the rest of the island.

Not a modern hotel but it's homely, couldn't for the life of me get the TV to do as it's told but that's because I'm old and technology isn't my thing. The bathroom door could do with a lick of paint and the mattress could have been a bit softer.

The oropety was well located just a few minutes from the beach and other amenities. Staff were delightful, friendly and helpful. Room was large with nice bedding and towels and breakfast was delicious with a great choice.

The room was large and airy with a big window but not much view of the sky because of the wall next door. Also air con was noisy but overall it was excellent accommodation. The beach was lovely but no beach life after about 8.30 as bars and restaurants shut. Found the little town a bit small and provincial although I enjoyed it better than I originally thought I would.

The room was immaculate. The bed was actually comfortable! It was quiet. Air conditioner worked great. Good water pressure in the shower. The staff were super kind and helpful. They made us feel like family! Location is close to the beach. They have beach towels for guests to use. The restaurant that is on the ground floor of the hotel is very good. You get breakfast included with your stay and it is delicious and you get a choice of what to order from the menu. Would definitely go back again.

Absolutely nothing!

Very friendly staff, great menu, value for money, short walk to beach, stayed here 3 months earlier and definitely wanted to come again when in phuket. Hotel has had a lick of paint since last visit. There are a few bigger hotels and resorts nearby but I prefer a more personal small family hotel like this with great breakfast and main meal choices.

Attentive, friendly staff. We stayed 6 nights & saw the super team each morning: Suzie, Poh & Surin (misspells are my fault). The hotel was a short stroll from Surin Beach. In early October, ocean was a bit rough but it was relaxing to lay on the deck chair (THB100/chair). The kindly caretaker (of deck chairs) kept an eye on our things while we had a dip in the sea. We had lunch & a rest at the hotel during the hottest part of day, then return to chairs to watch the sunset. Bliss! Foodstalls set up along the beach were a convenient way to stay hydrated & fed. I would recommend the grilled mackerel… finger licking delicious!

The staff were fantastic! The owner is lovely and the food is probably the best quality around and very affordable. It’s a stone’s throw from the beach and the rooms are clean and serviced very promptly. What really stood out though was the genuine warmth and friendliness from the staff. Nothing was too much for them, they even remembered your favourite order. A gem of a place!
