Admittedly, MAI House is located a bit away from the bustling beach and main streets, which might not suit everyone's preference. However, they've thoughtfully addressed this by offering complimentary bus shuttles to the city every two hours. It's a great solution for those who value both tranquility and the option to explore the livelier parts of town.

The atmosphere is lovely. It’s a very modern luxury property with very modern rooms. Everything is very new which I liked a lot. The view from the balcony is nice as you can see the ocean. The food was good

They really should be fair and clear in their offer and mention when there is construction work. There was literally an entire pool that couldn’t be used and there was noise throughout the day, so sitting by the pool was hard if you’re noise sensitive like me. The place feels a little bit cramped bc the pool is facing other peoples windows and the curtains are not protecting you from seeing their business. that’s why I kept my room dark most of the time. The shuttle bus is awful as it’s very old and open/windy. you need to hold your hat or belongings so they won’t fly away. I mean, I liked a lot about it, but was extremely annoyed to have booked a hotel where they have construction work going on as I try to avoid that at all cost.

Facilities were exceptionally clean - rooms had extra locks for additional security and safety. 24/7 reception made checking in super easy especially when flights are delayed and guests reach the hotel after midnight. All items in the fridge were also complimentary which made our night as we have come from a 9hr trip and only arrived at 2AM when not many stores were open

Very beautiful location and hotel. The staff were very nice. We loved the reception with cool towels and tea. The place was beautiful and quiet.

The shuttle from the hotel to Patong beach and return finishes at 8:00-8:10 in the evening which is a shame. One more at 10 pm would make it easier. From our room we could hear people arguing in the next room.

The location, the rooms and the swimming pool were excellent. The breakfast was mainly Asian, Not a variety of food at the breakfast room. There was no mirror in the room, only one in the bathroom, which was inconvenient. There is a space on the wall beside the wardrobe where the mirror should be placed so that it is easy for everyone to use at any time.

The shuttle to Patong Beach must be extended. It is not enough 3 times a day. It should also cover the evening.

Breakfast selection was great! The food menu was delicious and cocktail selection excellent.

More sun loungers at pool area would be good as opposed to the day beds and cushions for them as they weren’t very comfortable to lye on. Also maybe some sun loungers on the roof top would be nice for quiet sunbathing area as the pool area got very busy with children.

The hotel is absolutely great! Huge room, the mattress on the bed is amazing 🤩!!!for me it’s very important - same like 4 seasons hotel 👌👌 The location is absolutely perfect for me! quiet and 10 min drive to the all activities

The food in the restaurant could be really better…

Great breakfast selection they switch out some options daily. Great location, close to the beach and shopping centre and restaurants with free shuttle service. The hotel was not too packed, so perfect. Was able to get a sun bed when I wanted one. Friendly and accommodating staff. Clean and spacious rooms. They give you free water every day which is nice.

No walk pathway from the hotel, so unable to directly walk anywhere. Not that big of a deal, as there is a shuttle service + bolt is frequent and cheap - it’s just something to be aware of. Would be nice if there was some loungers/ beds on the roof top bar, and maybe some evening entertainment. The roof top bar looked lovely, but I didn’t use it because of these reasons

The staff were very friendly, polite and lovely. We have stayed in 5 different hotels in Thailand and found the staff at this hotel to be the most welcoming and hospitable. The hotel is very clean and it feels very authentic Thai but modern and very well kept as well, the hotel has a luxury boutique feel to it and is good for both couples and families. Our room was incredible, very spacious with a big comfy double bed and a freestanding bath next to the bed as well as a sofa area with TV, we really didn't want to leave. Thank you for an incredible stay !

The free Shuttle into town and back every 2 hours was great (stops off and picks up from both Jungceylon and the Beach) but the last pick up from Patong is 8.20, 1 more later pick up (10.20) would be nice but it's not a Biggie.

This Gem tucked away in Patong Hill was a n absolute delight. It was nothing short of amazing. From the staff, service, food - everything was so perfectly timed, everyone was super helpful and so kind! The Staff - brilliant with smiles on their faces always. Nattie, Yun we just the best Food / Drink - Food at the restaurant was flavorful and very tasty. Breakfast spread was top notch - So much to choose from, you do not miss anything. The Head Chef/ Omelet Chef, during our stay was so accommodating with our "extra chille" requests daily :-). Drinks was great, 2 Happy hours during the day Facilities - The pools were well maintained and just hit. Towels provided at pool side from the reception which you had to return. The roof top bar boosted beautiful views and a great place for watching the sunset. The space upstairs is under-utilized though. Due to the location of Hotel, they offer a Shuttle to Patong Beach and the Jungceylon Mall, which was great as we did not need to use Bolt / Grab that often - however they are available within the area. There are specific times and service wait 2- 5 mins before leaving. Rooms - Stayed at the Family Deluxe suite with a Pool view - was close to pools, reception and eating area. Cleaned with Minibar and Water refreshed daily. Toiletries and Towels are plenty, neat and tidy.
