Wonderful place. It's like a Thai museum with a European touch & flair that makes it very different and an extremely special place to stay. The outdoor area around the pool is always quiet and the perfect place to relax, read a book, or take a refreshing swim. The overall location is great too, as it's only a 2 minute walk to the beautiful Yanui Beach & a short ride or a 15 minute walk to the restaurants & bars in Rawai Beach. It is one of the nicest places I have stayed in my 30+ years of travelling in Thailand. Thank you, Galahad & Flo, for your kind hospitality and sharing such a beautiful place in "Baan Sukhau Yanui. The only negative was that I could not stay longer!

I spent three nights at Baan sikhao Yanui guest house, which I chose because it was close to beautiful beaches and recommended for snorkelling in Phuket: Ya Nui Beach, Ao Sane Beach & Nai Han Beach. I could not have made a better choice - the guest house is also very close to the most beautiful place to watch the sunset: Cape Phrom Thep. The guest house is in a perfect, breezy location, with beautiful, clean rooms, well-functioning ac, kitchen and swimming pool for guest use. Furnished with personality it will give you the feeling of a nice & cosy space. Above all, the hosts, Galahad and Florence, will make you feel at home, part of the family. I was very impressed by their kindness, generosity and assistance for any information and needs during my stay. For example, on the first day, Galahad took me to the beach on his scooter for free and was available to pick me up again at any time. I will definitely return there when I visit Phuket again!

Galahad and Fleur were so welcoming and kind and made us feel really at home. Galahad was very happy to pick us up from the bus stop at Rawai and it was a short trip to the guest house. A fabulous pool to refresh ourselves and the beach just a 3 min walk away. There was a kitchen including a barista coffee machine for us to use and fridge space dedicated to us too. Our room was beautifully and thoughtfully decorated with an artistic touch and very spacious. The space felt safe with a door code entry system. We would def choose to stay here again .

Very pretty, looks better than the photos. Friendly cat, atmosphere was awesome overall, especially if you’re solo or a couple and you don’t want to be surrounded by tourists and noise. Very peaceful

If you do plan to go into central Phuket it’s about 40-60 minutes in a taxi, less on scooter other than the area/neighbourhood will have what you need to make the trip easy.

It is a little slice of heaven. The room was clean and welcoming, and the host Galahad, was very helpful and a joy to speak to. Here you are a very short walk from Yanui Beach, and about 1km to Rawai Beach, an easy walk if you don't have luggage. You are away from the noise and bustle of the town, yet close enough to walk to it without much trouble.

The walls are thin do if you are a very sensitive sleeper that may be an issue? If so, bring earplugs so you don't miss out on getting to stay here!

We loved our stay here! The place has a hippie and relaxing vibe to it and the hosts were so accommodating, friendly and did everything they could to make us feel at home. We were able to make our breakfast in the shared kitchen which was a massive plus. The location is great - super close to a beautiful beach. We would definitely come back if we are lucky enough to come back to Phuket in the future!

loved everything! from the moment we arrived the hosts were so welcoming. they were at pains with a later than expected check out but it wasn’t a concern to us as we were there for the beach which was a mere 50 metres away. yanui beach should be kept a secret. truly amazing and the best coral and snorkelling only a 5 min kayak away. guest house was great, kitchen to use as your own and room was massive with a patio to have a few beers and so quiet. shame we were only there one night. just a note of warning. beach eateries close at 7. seven 11 about 10 min walk away. Position Is good but far from main night areas ( Phuket old Town/ patong )

Everything! We wish we had more time to enjoy this place. The beach is minutes walk away the spot is great for snorkelling even in the rainy season. The hotel itself is charming and well designed, Tucked away on a quiet street surrounded by greenery. There are only a few (spacious and comfy) rooms and 2 terraces, a pool, and a thorougjly equipped common kitchen. We felt at home from the moment we arrived. Galahat is also incredibly helpful and welcoming. He helped us with everything from snorkelling equipment to mosquitoe bite remedy.

Great location, 5 min walking from the beach. Very cosy atmosphere, welcoming and helpful hosts. Kitchen has everything you need to cook a breakfast or make a coffee. We stayed with family, so great space to spend evenings together playing board games.
