Budget friendly (800 b walk in rate, March 2025) for double room. Perfect and clean pool for swimming excercise with marked lanes on bottom. Free self service coffee and fruit until 14:00. Guest friendly hotel accepting visiting guest. Helpful staff. Good location. Room cleaning every day and very good carried out

The staff is great. They greet you and interact. Other than that everything was wonderful. Right in the middle of the street with walking distance to beach. Special shout out to the receptionist, both the girls are very welcoming and always greet with a smile which was nice.

The washroom could have been little better. I found the placement of sink just beside the toilet. Which was uncomfortable to use to toilet.

Great location (300 m from the beach and from the Plaza center), nice and friendly service, affordable price, peace and quiet. The beds are large and comfortable (be warned that the mattress is soft - if that's important to you), there is a small shallow pool.

The downside is poor internet (slow, loses signal and hard to connect). The problem is also the lack of parking for cars - it's hard to park nearby. We drove around the area for a long time to be able to park - take this into account.

Very friendly staff and a spacious place, near Beach Road and Second Road but quiet. The pool area is very open and chill. I had a great hot shower. This is a traditional Pattaya hotel but although centrally located, very quiet :)

Its cheap and a short walk from the beach. Its also guest friendly buf I haven't used that but if you are planing to its the perfect location

Its already a bit older and you always need to drop your key at the 24h reception Its also very loud in the morning so if you want to sleep long get some earplugs

It is an old hotel. From the outside, no one would know it was a hotel. However the location is great, you can walk to the beach. The most valuable point of the hotel is the swimming pool. Clean swimming pool. The kids will love it because there are many toys at the pool, and everything is free. The interesting thing is that there is a very big tree growing next to the pool. So you can swim all the time without worrying about the sun.

There is no elevator. We had to carry very heavy luggage by stairs.

I have stayed here several times. Great location, great staff! This is an older hotel in Pattaya Central. The rooms are good sized, the wifi works well, the beds are big and rather stiff (but I prefer that), the A/C works well, the TV has lots of cable channels, and there is ample hot water in the bathroom (but you do have to let the water run for a few minutes). The location is perfect for me, as I tend to hang out between Central Pattaya and North Pattaya roads. Special kudos to all the staff there and the manager, really nice people.

The fact that it has no elevator didn't bother me at all, but it may be cumbersome for some people.

Dated decor needs a refurb, but for the price it does the job.Room o.k., bed and facilities o.k.pool needs repair at one end but still usable and clean.

Location was awesome nearby all the famous landmarks. Staff was literally wow. Free coffee and the cleanliness was like incomparable . All in all it was wonderful experience staying in the hotel.

Very helpful service minded staff, clean room and a stroll from both beach road and second road.

I expected pool view as that was what the booking confirmation said. But the room was comfy and clean, no probs here
