Comfortable bed. Kettle and fridge. Quiet location at the hotel and very good location

Big room, microwave a bonus and kitchenet with sink, 2 balconies facing soi Diane lively atmosphere from balcony also has quiet rooms on other side slightly cheaper too we had one but wanted microwave so we moved hotel staff very helpful no problem to upgrade to the big room, Tv in both our rooms picture bad very bad, Lovely big wardrobes classic style {Real wood} a/c and 2 ceiling fan Room always cool. Key fob is silly i mean Silly!! To big to fit in pocket have to carry a small tree around With tiny key attached, just silly Room service everyday clean towels sheets the staff even washed our pots in sink very nice of them, Will come again hope the mattress get replaced for next visit.

Dated but clean and polite staff make the stay good bed mattress big dip in middle needs replacing had to ask staff to lift mattress with pillows they accommodated politely but owners should update the mattresses it's a Biggy! Uncomfy bed make for none returning customers, Soi Diane bars noise until 2 but that fine we like nightlife maybe not everyone's taste overall worth the 800 baht per night walk in price. new mattress would make me come back everything else just fine

The location was perfect to explore pattaya. The rooms were big.

They didn’t provide us coffee for the next day stay we stayed 2days but they only gave water. The room was a-bit dark. The tube light was noisy.

the room was large at the location was great to be in the middle of town. very good value for money as it was very cheap for its prime location.

It was all a bit dated and needed some maintenance all around. The balcony had no furniture. it was small but a seat and table would have been good. There was a burnt out plug socket that had not been replaced that left me with a little worry. The toilet was also blocked and when I tried to flush it over flowed.

At first i can tell you the location of this place is great, in the heart of Pattaya with lots of energy also at quite area ! The parking makes you feel safe to put your car in it. The staff are friendly and polite. The atmosphere is good , our room was located on the 7th floor with a nice view of the city and bars . The air conditioner was Great The bed was comfy

General cleanness was good but there was Spider's web in bathroom Bathroom hose was short for my height (185cm) And that made showering a little bit hard for me Also An unpleasant smell could be felt in the elevator

Great staff and decent facility.. enjoyed my stay. Would stay again. Had a tub and plumbed in almost hot water....Good for shower.

Like most all rooms in Thailand, the lighting leaves some to be desired, mostly around the head of the bed.

Aged and basic. But clean, good value for money and staff are nice.
