The owner is a very nice lady and she greeted me upon arrival and showed me to the apartment personally, which I really appreciated. The apartment is very good for solo travellers and it contains everything that you need. The location is excellent and you are no more than a brief walk to the bars, restaurants, shops and other places that you find in this particular city. There are two pools and a fitness centre, all perfectly fine. Security do a really good job also.

I am a light sleeper and the initial room was subject to the noise from the nearby bars. I was very grateful that the lovely lady was able to relocate me. Indeed, her good customer service really ensured that my stay was a pleasant one.

Just back home after a 9 night stay in the Base Condo, my 2nd time staying here in 4 months. The condo I was in was on the 19th floor, looking out on to Soi Diana, as you are high up you hear very little noise from Soi Diana at night. The host is very punctual, condo spotless just like the last time and on 2nd road, it is an ideal location as everything is within short walking distance. Will be back out just after Christmas.

The view from the terrace is amazing, I liked so much. The air conditioner was clean and worked perfectly. Very kind and helpful host. Overall I am satisfied with the accommodation.

In the bathroom, the sink drain is worn, in the shower the grout is clean, in the bathroom the lighting at the mirror is insufficient. The bed is very, very hard, which can be confusing for those who are not used to it.

Everything was perfect. The host is very kind and helpful, after security took a copy of my passport she met me in the lobby to show me the room and explained everything (tip: add her Line before check-in to ensure smooth communication). About a month before arrival I requested a quiet room facing away from the party noise. The request was granted and after the first night the host checked if I was happy, which I really was as the room was very quiet at night. The room was great and tastefully decorated with a comfy bed, cosy living area and kitchenette with everything needed to cook and eat, and it was incredibly useful to have a washing machine. Some reviews mentioned there was no drinking water and no toiletries upon arrival, but in my case I had both. Cleaning and change of bedding available on request for a small fee. The location is unbeatable, just a few minutes walk both to the beach and to the nightlife. Would definitely book again.

Very nice location in the heart of everything can be kind of confusing. Not the quietest place but reasonable with a lot of different people coming and going

If you are just arriving you will get confused in which Tower is which and can get stranded on floors if you choose the wrong elevator.

The condominiums are very nice - small but all that you need for a holiday. The location is great - short walk to Beach Road, close to the bars are Soy Diana, Tree Town, Myth Night & Soy 8 & 7. If you want Walking Street that’s not too far either, and Soy 6 is a short Bhat bus ride from right outside.

Can be a bit noisy at night with some idiots playing music on their balcony at 4am

Fantastic apartment, comfortable and with everything I could need. I requested a quiet room if possible and was given that, as you are in the centre of Pattaya, it is the busiest part, so some noise is to be expected. Everything from the gym to the pools were perfect and I couldn’t have asked for more. Extended my stay and communication with the landlord was perfect.

Perfect location! Room is clean and cozy! Great for solo or couple! I loved the fact that the room had washing machine! Great public pool at building A and in building B. Friendly owner!
