Great Location and Comfortable Stay We had a pleasant stay at this resort. Our room was clean, comfortable, and very well located—close to the center yet far enough away to avoid being right in the middle of the festivities. That said, we could still hear people celebrating at night, but it wasn’t too disruptive. The resort itself has a lot of potential and is very well maintained in terms of cleanliness. However, some areas could benefit from a bit more maintenance. Overall, I recommend this place for a stay in Païs, especially if you’re looking for a balance between convenience and a bit of tranquility.

Duplex bungalow with river view and exclusive entry. Very colorful interior and dingy wall construction really fed the bungalow theme. A lot of shutter windows to allow in airflow and ample amount of natural light. Mini fridge for cold drink and food storage. An extension cord long enough to be strung over door frame to rest on headboard shelf to allow electronics to be plugged in within arms reach while laying down. There was even a shutter window between the living area and the bathroom that would allow face to face interactions with someone on the toilet lol. Didn't get around to using the pool, however, there is a decent swimming pool with a proper seating deck along the riverview side of the property.

The entry door was a two-door shed style door that was shimmed very tight and used a pad lock and latch to secure the room from unwanted entry in your absence. Also, a potential hazard for someone who might want to be nefarious and lock someone in. The windows contained no glass, so no real insulation nor protection from outside elements like mosquitoes. The pool was above ground flexible material and I wasn't sure of how old the material was or how well maintained it was from being damaged from normal use.

I booked this as a single night between two long mountain races. I needed a quiet place to sleep, but Pai was crazy loud with an extended holiday. The owner was amazing and tried to find me a new place to stay. No luck, every place was booked due to Loy Krathong. But he was so nice and understanding, driving me around Pai on his motorbike trying to help me. In the end I stayed at this hotel because it was late and I had run 65km that day and needed sleep. I put in earplugs and was fine. But honestly, I think this place would be wonderful without the big party across the river. The owner is wonderfully nice too. I would come back for sure.

Note that during a Thai holiday, there will be a loud party at the restaurant on the river. The owner doesn't like the noise either, but there's nothing he can do about it.

This is the second time that I have stayed here. It is a nice funky hotel, set in a nice garden by the river. There is also a nice swimming pool. There was no kettle, cups or coffee and tea in our hut. They supplied a kettle and cups when I asked for it. There is also a nice terrace with two chairs, nice to sit out.

The hotel can het noisy from surrounding party place's. It was also really cold. The next day, we asked for and got extra blankets. There was just the minimum amount of furniture. No cupboard or night table. Limited hanging places for clothes.

The location is excellent, close to the party street but far enough away to not be disturbed by the noise. I also really enjoyed the coffee area which overlooked the river (even if the river is not that pretty). It was also a big bonus having a yoga studio there and the pool in front of my room.

Very little as a great value stay. The pool area could do with a little TLC but appreciate many places in Thailand are still recovering from lack of tourism and funding due to COVID so don’t have the money to fix up their properties

This property is nestled along a passage of water, set beneath a gorgeous view of the mountains. You can relax on the hammock and enjoy it. It’s set in a more quiet area of town, but it’s still just minutes away from the action. We were pleasantly surprised by how gorgeous our bungalow was. The bathroom is really nice and the bed was comfy. They gave us water and anything else we could need daily. The staff were genuinely lovely and friendly. We would recommend hiring a scooter to enhance your experience. There’s plenty of space for parking.

Nothing! Lots of good memories and times in Pai.

I took the room with the river view and it was perfect. The room was pretty basic but the value for the money is great. When I wanted to extend the stay they did anything to let me stay. Honestly, I didn't want to leave the balcony in my room. They bring you everyday new toilet paper and water bottles and the staff is really nice.

The water in the shower was either too hot or too cold, I couldn't make it right but maybe it was just me.

Really cool space, really loved the interior of the rooms. Felt like cute private bungalows with outdoor seating and right on the pool. Pool was cleaned daily and just a really cool hostel. Location was perfect and right near everything and they have bike rentals next door. The guy was super nice and accommodating since I think his family owns the hostel so that was great.

Not the hostels fault but there was a lot of construction going on in the river at the time. Also there were quiet a few ants in the rooms because there were gaps in the doors. Also could use a few more chairs at pool.

I was a great room, decorated with a sweet mural which makes it so much more homey. The room was spotless clean and I liked the design of the bathroom a lot. The private balcony overlooking the river was gorgeous.

Across the road was noisy. It drifted into our room. That was annoying and should have been more clear before booking. Otherwise it was a great hotel.

Super cute bungalows. Next to the river. Staff was very friendly and they have a small shop where you can get a coffee in the morning. Room was clean and spacious. It’s was not 4m2 like it said on booking. It was bigger. Bathroom and shower were good. There was a hook above the bed where you can hang a mosquito net. I brought one, but actually didn’t need to use it. Location is perfect. walking distance from Pai walking street.

You can hear what is happening outdoors, but it wasn’t a problem for us.
