Beautiful pool, great location, great value for money, staff very helpful. Exceptionally clean, great facilities in the room, and a lovely bath.

This hotel is close to the airport and is on a quiet street. Noise was not an issue. Our room was large and clean. The bed was firm. YIPPIE! The pool was clean and in a beautiful setting. We had our evening meals there as it is a bit away from any major eateries. The food was good and tasty. We ate only Thai food. I do have food allergies, celiacs, and the staff was aware of what I could and couldn’t eat. What a treat! We did have to extend our stay as the airlines had lost my husband’s luggage and we needed to stay in Bangkok to try and resolve the problem. No luck😢 We were not able to get the same price as we had initially got from Booking, but the place was so nice we didn’t want to move. Yes I will come back here and stay again.

It perfect place to stay if you have connecting flights the next day. We didn't stay long enough to use any facilities but there is a pool that looked nice enough and breakfast starts really early in the morning. We used it to sleep for about 6 hours before taking the hotel's airport shuttle at 6am. Early in the morning the shuttle runs on the hour and costs 80 baht per person. When you arrive at the airport and want picking up you need to go to the 2nd floor entrance number 4 and look for the name of the hotel on a sign. Ask the person there about the shuttle and they'll ask you to wait until it arrives and then take you outside to the shuttle, nice and easy with about a 15 minute wait for us.

Well organised shuttle collection from Suvarnabhumi airport which is not easy. Friendly efficient staff. Pleasant restaurant with good range of beer, snacks and food. Easy 6am shuttle service back to airport.

Aircon unit did not work until I turned the batteries around. Nice swimming pool but lots of mosquitos so need repellants if you like to sit by the pool in the evening.

The hotel was near the airport which was great after a long day of travelling. A big plus was the bathtub in my room which was really needed after my journey. The next morning I had to take an early flight again so I used the shuttle service the hotel offers. I only stayed for the night in this hotel and for this purpose this place was a good choice.

Because I had to take a really early flight the next morning, the staff told me they would prepare a breakfast box I could take with me. Unfortunately they didn’t prepare this box so I’ve paid for breakfast but didn’t get any.

Good location near the airport for an overnight stay before an early departure or after a later arrival. It was neat and clean, staff was friendly and professional, assisted our group with the check-in. The restaurant menu was long and prices very affordable. The rooms were very basic and haven't been refurbished for quite a while, but they were clean and fully functional. The pool was open until 11pm, which is nice for late dip.

If you're looking for something else than an overnight stay related to transfers, you'll probably want to go somewhere further from the airport and look for something more comfortable.

Very friendly staff, easy to extend room use for late check out for a reasonable extra fee. Pool was nice. Food was pretty good, breakfast was tasty with a decent selection buffet. Room very comfy. Upgraded to executive suite due to miscommunication with hotel requesting a twin room on booking. They apologized immediately for the mistake and upgraded my mum and I to the suite and included breakfast. Good wifi throughout hotel. Airport shuttle included. Really close to the airport (about 15 minutes' drive)

Daytime/evening restaurant menu was okay, but we weren't that excited by it. A minor issue.

The kettle didn't heat the water to boiling hot, so I had to use bottled water for tea and coffee just to be safe. I had to leave for the airport already at five, so it was a pity that breakfast was not available so early. There were also no grocery stores nearby, where you could have picked up breakfast for the fridge
