The location, the price, the room and the staff. I was super stressed after missing my flight to Sydney/Auckland and didn't know where to stay. I found the hotel on line with an excellent price. The taxi from the airport was reasonable (170 Baht). Next day returning to the airport reception called a taxi for me - priced at 130 Baht. Staff very friendly, and close by are some great authentic local food stalls, a 7 11 (and a competitor store (sorry can't remember name) which takes credit cards with NO minimum purchase amount). And a big KFC close by too if desired. ATM's are outside these convenience stores which is helpful for cash - but all have a surcharge of 200 Baht.

There were no cups, or tea coffee/sugar sachets in the room by the kettle.

I was a little bit skeptical because of the bad reviews other visitors wrote, but from my perspective, those are located somewhere between total bullshit and complaining on a high level. The place is super affordable and provides a nice atmosphere with outside sitting facilities to have a beer or a coke. The staff is extremely friendly, helpful, and fluent in English, there is free water every day, the room is rustic but cozy and clean, there are a 7/11 and some nice street food restaurants around the corner, and it is only 20 min. from the airport. We stayed two nights after arriving in Bangkok to relax before starting our adventure, and it was simply perfect. Now we are in a place inside Bangkok that has way better reviews...I don't know why. Perfect place to arrive or to get ready to leave...highly recommended!!!

Great location. What I describe as cheap and cheerful. You get what you pay for. Rooms were basic, clean, and comfortable. Staff were really friendly and helpful. The guy on the front desk lent me his charger in the middle of the night. There was a 7 11 at the end of the road, a five minute walk next to a little cheap cafe serving very affordable local food, which I took back to my room and ate whilst watching tv. Im sure I could have accessed international streaming services, but I'd just come off a long-haul flight and needed to eat and sleep. The front desk came and knocked on my door early in the morning for my outward bound flight. Right on time and made sure I had some breakfast (instant noodles and coffee). Then ordered me a taxi to the airport, which was a stones throw away. For approximately £20 a night, it was perfect

Bit concerned about security. Balcony and room door didn't seem to close properly. I told reception and they came and showed me how to lock them properly. Nothing was too much trouble.

It was open late and close to the airport, the staff were helpful and could see we were tired so I think this is a good place close to the airport for people needing a quick place to stay. It had 7/11 close by

The elevators are a bit difficult with heavy luggage as there are still stairs up and down to each floor but I’m sure the staff can help

Just stayed for the night before a flight as it is really close to the airport, wouldn’t stay too long though as there really isn’t many things around like shops or restaurants etc, room was clean pillows and bed was comfy, staff was friendly.

Not a lot around to do, only useful for a quick stay before a flight.

I just wanted a night sleepover because I had a flight early in the morning, so I found this hostel. The reviews weren’t good at all, but arriving at the place I was positively surprised. I don’t know why the bad reviews, because I got everything better than expected. Great location (near the airport), clean room and very fair price.

Maybe only that even though it seems to be close to the airport (even walkable when you look at the map), in reality it’s about 13,5 km if you want to walk (or 11 km by car).

Staff were super helpful and indeed front desk was open 24 hours, which was great after arriving at BKK after 2 am. Basic facilities, exactly as expected, lots of good street vendors nearby for morning coffee and breakfast.

Proximity to the airport makes it a good location. Very good size room. Clean and airy with a balcony. Reach the airport in less than 15 minutes from this location.

There is nothing interesting in the surroundings. Only 7 eleven close by.

Close to Suvarnabhumi Airport, clean and quiet.

The property is not accessible. The lift stops between floors, so you have to drag your suitcase up or down a flight either way. Not suitable for wheelchair users or families with young children.
