i like the location very much which is near the convenience/grocery store and the Holy Redeemer church which is my main place of interest for the trip. i find very helpful the availability of the parking space which facilitated keeping of a private vehicle.

i initially didn't like the thought of not having a restaurant/breakfast included, but it seems it's not needed anyway as we need to rush with our itinerary. i was looking for some restroom in the lobby area, but could not find one and have to go to the parking area restroom which is somehow under maintenance.

Great little hotel close to the main BTS line and a nice friendly atmosphere. A 7/11 just up the road was very convenient too for any shopping that was needed. Staff were kind and kept the room tidy for us. The aircon in the room was a life saver! And the beds were very comfy too. Nice marble floors and the whole experience was great. Thank you to all staff!

If I was being picky, the only things that were slightly annoying was when having a shower you have to really fiddle with it to get it just right because it goes from super hot to super cold but as soon as you find the sweet spot - you're golden. Also the 'ping' from the elevator going off all night was a bit loud but you can drain the noise if you sleep with the aircon on :) overall, highly recommend!

We kept our expectations low, considering the property was nestled next to higher-end counterparts like The Conrad and The Quarter. But the place was spotless and our room spacious and very comfortable. All staff were great. Next door, All Seasons Place had a 7-11, grocery, pharmacy, Dean and Deluca, White Story, couple of restaurants, ATMs and money changers. It also has a shuttle to Phloen Chit station!

The kitchenette only has 2 tea cups and saucers, 2 teaspoons, 2 water glasses. It would be nice to have a set of plates and utensils.

No breakfast served.Toilet is too close to the wall. Unable to sit down to use it.

No shower curtain. The bathroom floor got very wet and slippery during a shower. Dangerous to walk in the bathroom after showering.

Location is perfect, WiFi worked , price was good. Can smoke on balcony, the staff are good , AC works Overall 7.5

Bath/shower head had mold around I had to buy bleach and try clean myself. Dead cockroach in room. No washing machine on site. TV was only Thai channels no smart tv.

The location is epicenter of everything - Chatuchak, near Pratunam / Platinum, Iconsiam, Pattaya, Ancient City & Erawan museum. There's also a nearby 7/11 store and the neighborhood is quiet and calm. The space of the rooms are biiiiiiig and it was very generous. We booked family rooms, 2 beds room and the space is amazing.

The room wasn't as clean and as new, but it's okay.

The room was spacious and big bed. No slippers tho so had to walk barefoot first night. You can ask for one at the reception. Balcony was nice. 10 minute walk to BTS subway station. Not too far but not near either. Lots of fancy restaurants nearby. Japanese, Thai, Italian cuisine and coffee shops. The Riddler was a good resto.

The noise of passing cars and motorcycles. Room isn't sound proof.

5 minutes walking from the train station. Lots of restaurants and brunch places in the area. The room is big enough. They have room card system.

When entering the room there was an interesting smell. They do not provide breakfast. Pool and gym are under reconstruction for a long time.

This is in the area of Phloen Chit and high end malls, embassies and yet, you can walk a few blocks over to Nana Plaza and the Sukhumvit streets. BTS is a 10 minute walk and MRT Blue line a 26 minute walk. The room was spacious with a sofa, refrigerator and wonderfully comfortable bed. There's a working elevator but no pool or fitness center.
