The place was extremely clean the cleaning stuff was excellent and when we arrived we had a problem with our aircon. No sooner, we mentioned it, and the maintenance guy came and fixed it straight away. In fact, as my partner is Thai, we ended up having a laugh with him. I found everybody very welcoming. Also the guys at the front the doorman they were brilliant, every time we went to get a grab they would ask us where we are going and made sure that we had got the best price as well as gave us little hints of places perhaps we could go and nothing was too much for them even when we were leaving they helped us with our luggages to put it into the vehicle I will be back there without a shadow of a doubt next time I'm back in Thailand

When we arrived there had been a little bit of a mix-up due to payment and the receptionist at the desk was a little bit of hand and sarcastic. To which my partner being Thai didn't appreciate at all. In the end, it was sorted as unfortunately my account had been hacked through booking.com, and this is what caused the problem

The place was amazing. It was near to all the main attractions & for the few people complaining about the distance from main road to the hotel, it was a 5 minutes walk on top of that they provide a shuttle service free if charge so no big deal. Pool & gym was great. 7/11 supermarket just behind the property for all your grocery needs. Cleaning staff cleans on daily basis. Massage centre (luxe massage) located 2 minutes from property where i had the best massage (descent place not dodgy) don’t forget to try the coffee & choclate croissant from the coffee shop “Zen den” at the reception area, it was amazing. overall 10/10 top tier place. Will stay here again whenever i visit in BKK.

There wasn’t anything at all tbh that i didn’t like. I was happy with everything that the property provided me with.

Place is near to everything. Soi 4 is famous for its bars and pub.

Breakfast is not worth taking as there is nothing to eat except eggs. You can save your money if you don't have the breakfast. You can make it your self

Room was good, the swimming pool and the garden area was good. Good access to 7 eleven, it was very helpful.

Breakfast was almost the same everyday, could have variations. For guests staying for short trips may be ok but for longer stays it became too boring. Kitchen utensils and amenities may need to increase for eg. number of plates, a small pressure cooker. Since we were travelling with an infant we needed to prepare food for him. Some toilet seats are little too old. Rest all fine. Some guests staying opposite to our room came and confronted due to the toddlers noise, which wasn't expected, but the hotel staffs assisted and gave us a better room, which was a good gesture.

Amazing location. Right near Nana Plaza, and the back exit opens to Sukhumvit Soi 4. It's a heaven for food & bar lovers and just a 1 km walk will bring to Street 11 & on to main Street Sukhumvit where the party scenes are happening. There's a big Park if ur into running and cycling and LOHAS provides you complimentary bike rides. They also provide you complimentary pick up drop daily to the main Street. The room itself is good, with a washing machine, refrigerator, cooktop and decent bed & bathroom. Quite Spacious. I enjoyed my stay, for it's functionality and super location.

The PILLARS bar where breakfast is served in morning is totally DEAD. In such a lively street, this is a dampner, and if the property develops it to a decent pub & bar or even a lively cafe, it could be amazing. As of now it's totally dead, and I didn't choose breakfast option as there are plethora of options on the street. While coming from airport or anywhere from the front side, there's tremendous traffic and u always get stuck.

Roof top pool and garden. Tuk Tuk is brilliant call hotel it comes back to collect you until 10pm

To start the location is great cant beat it, down side street 5 minute walk to the nightlife. Room had decent kitchen size with large fridge and washing machine , cooker and microwave. The 10h floor is were all the amenities are swimming pool and chill are , also gym and sauna area. They is coffee shop in hotel next to reception.

They is three thing I didn't like , but their are small thing. First the restaurant does not have large choice for breakfast and only black coffee . No coffee machine. Second thing is separate sauna area for male and female. If your a couple it does not work. Third thing is no bar anywhere in hotel.

Location Location Location Great pool and sunbathing deck Washing machine and stove were a plus! The free use of hotel’s bicycles to ride all day was nice; biggest park in BKK was just 5 mins away. Awesome price and value for your money! Breakfast is just right with various food choices and staff are so polite and professional. Overall, hotel staff are super friendly and helpful.

The stationary bikes in the gym need to be improved, perhaps the sun beats hard and melts the handles area; other than that nothing else to complain.

the Location was great, walking distance from bts and mrt. the staff was nice and the room was spacious, clean and comfortable, the pool is a nice addition. we did not use the breakfast so cannot comment on that. the cafe in lobby was good quality. the fridge was a good size and the washing machine was absolute Joy to have. overall would recommend and will likely stay here again myself.

it was so moist in thailand that the aircon unit would sometimes drip water on the floor but it was easily solved by a towel.
