The hotel is brand new. The manager apologised in advance in case there was any teething problems, he need not have done so. Staff were amazing, kind and friendly. Room amazing, great room and amazing pool and gym.

Everything was great! The room was spacious and light. The bed was so comfortable. The design of the hotel is very beautiful and modern. We are already planning our next stay at DusitD2🫶🏻

Modern high rise with chic decor. Swimming pool on the 16th floor overlooking the city is small but refreshing; a wonderful place to chill. Pool bar served a great spicy gin & tonic, and the service was just so kind, professional and friendly all over the hotel. The room was modern and smartly designed, with luxury touches and great views of the city. Lovely shower with good water pressure (even on the 21st floor!). We didn’t experience eating in the hotel restaurants as we took a short tour of Chinatown nearby for food and drinks, and opted for room service breakfast. Room service breakfast was excellent! Both the eggs Benedict and the Thai breakfast were absolutely delicious and on the better end of hotel food I’ve had anywhere in the world. Loved having the option of breakfast in bed, and the execution didn’t disappoint. Also loved the hotel’s free tuktuk shuttle to the ferry port across from Iconsiam, a nice amenity for tourists. We did have a drink in Mimi’s, the Miami-themed roof bar, and while the drinks were a bit too sweet for us we loved the vibe and the fun atmosphere. The customer service was simply excellent everywhere we interacted with it.

The property was amazing with a very beautiful, cozy and modern design with fantastic facilities and superb, efficient and friendly staff. Close to the city center with two 7-eleven shops and mini food market across the road. The room was very clean, spacious and cozy. Perfect for resting after the busy day/night in Bangkok. The mini birthday cake and the birthday card for my boyfriend was a nice touch to our stay. The swimming pool with a resting area had fantastic view. Also, the hotel offered the roof top bar “Mimi’s” with fantastic staff and great music. The DJ had really good mix. Special thank you to Tong, Nok, Tae, Bell and Thip for making our evening very special. We had delicious cocktails and snacks. It was a really beautiful evening. All the staff did everything to accommodate our needs. Thank you so much for your great hospitality.

Excellent experience overall! Room, pool, food, staff, beds, shower, AC, noise....and the list could go on! We did not want to leave the hotel for much of the time. Room service, and even bar services by the pool with plenty of clean towels at all times, crew drying the wet floor around to make it safe and nea a al times, it all was so nice to see and gave a nice feel. Also, tuktuk to shopping center was nice, fun and reliable.

Limited services in the neighboorhood. Nice hair dressers which we did use and were very happy with plus some 7Eleven walking distance for late and safe last minute deals. Distance to shops could be easily offset by the tuktuk service provided to nearby shopping malls (MBK for cheap goods plus another walk to Paragon for high end).

DusitD2 Samyan Bangkok is a fantastic hotel that perfectly blends modern style with Thai hospitality. The rooms are beautifully designed, spacious, and equipped with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The staff are incredibly attentive, going above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience. The hotel’s location is ideal, close to shopping, dining, and public transport, making it easy to explore the city. The rooftop pool and gym are excellent additions, offering a great spot to unwind after a day out. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers!

The staff was just amazing. Beyond expectation. The hotel was super clean. Early checkin with no fee. While waiting to complete the check in we were offered a free soft welcome drink. The bed in our deluxe room was super comfy, and the room was spacious. Great view from the 22nd floor. The room was perfectly sound proof so we had a very pleasant stay. Breakfast is just perfect.

They have a free tuktuk that will take you to the subway station or the iconsiam pier! They don’t even advertise it! That was so nice. The staff were all very kind and helpful when navigating first time Thailand travelers!! Our room was very clean and classy. Samyan mall just nearby has a GREAT food court.

The toilet is in a stall within your room- so your partner will hear you poop. Bring noice cancelling headphones or get used to going downstairs. Also the location close to a subway station is nice, but overall I think Samyan is a little out of the way of everything else. I would probably stay in sukumvhit next time.

The room was spacious. Location was good. Samyan near to Chula area and Bantat Thong. Was there during the recent earthquake. Staff was super helpful. Even prepared food and drinks and ushered us to nearby low rise sister hotel for refuge. Kept all the guests updated and got us back to the hotel as soon as circumstances allowed. Remember none of the staff experienced this situation before. The alarm was raised in a very timely manner following the first tremor. I saw that the staff even went above and beyond what was required. Saw them buy change of clothing for a couple who were in bathrobes, counselling guests who were in shock etc. Thank you for taking care of all of us! 💓

Nothing to dislike. But if I was forced to mention one it's that the location is not near the BTS. There's a free tuk tuk service to BTS Samyan, Sala Daeng, River City and Bantat Thong which was super helpful but it's in high demand and you have to book like more than 1 hour early for it.
