Loved the friendly staff, great location - just 5 minute walk to Patpong Night Market and 20 minute ride to Soi Cowboy. I also loved that there is a great Thai restaurant in the hotel near the 2nd floor lobby, and downstairs right next door there is a 7 Eleven shop.

Didn't like that there was a problem with the window's latching mechanism in my room (722), which allowed outside heat and noise into the room. I thought the AC just couldn't keep up, and that the window was too thin for the noise... I didn't discover the latch issue until the morning I departed :(

Value for money, price is good compare with its location. (Although it is not located close to the train station, but you can walk 5-10 minutes. Another good point is the parking, plenty of parking lot which is good for business stay.

Bed and pillow are not comfort enough The soap/shampoo dispenser is not in a good condition. It ripped off when we tried to press the dispenser. The amenities are to improve. There is no toothbrush set provided in the room and no drinking water provided in the room too. Understand that this is budget hotel but drinking water and toothbrush should be the basic thing to have.

Great location.

Air conditioning unit very temperamental & if using temperature settings, or any fast cooling mode, the unit would sound like a noisy fridge after about 15 mins. Only way to overcome it and get a relatively quiet night's sleep, was to select the teardrop symbol (uncertain if outside mode or dry mode), with the fan on low. A/C remote control was awful and many times was unresponsive. To switch the unit off when I left my room in the morning, this would involve multiple attempts at pressing the power button, having to remove & reinsert the batteries & finally it would accept the command to switch off after 5 - 10 minutes of trying. I'd never stay in that same room again!

I liked the hotel, it is located in a beautiful business district, there are many tourists and entertainment venues. The hotel is not very big, but cozy, the rooms are not too big, but well-equipped, clean and comfortable. There is a 24-hour 711 on the 1st floor There are a huge number of expensive and cheap cafes and restaurants around. The hotel is worth its money

Clean, efficient. There is 7-11 just below the hotel at the main road. Easy to grab, walking distance to Samyan Mitrtown. Good selection of tv channels.

Not near BTS. Need to go 2nd floor for registration. When you order grab food, they tend to leave at 1st floor table instead of going to 2nd floor. Didn’t provide amenities like room slipper, tissue in the hotel room.

The staff at greetings were all very kind and helpful. They didn't allow us to do early check-in but did allow for it about 30 mins before 2pm which was nice. The rooms were nice and clean. The bed were comfy enough.

The rooms are too small and some parts looked aged. The bathroom had very little amenities and there were no water in the hotel rooms, but there was a kettle there. There were no glasses for bathroom usage.

I like the fact that this Red Planet provides a kettle, safe and a small fridge, none of the Red Planets in the Philippines provide this. The is a small desk and chair which is perfect for setting up a lap top and doing whatever is required in comfort.

Modern hotel in a good location in central Bangkok. Small but comfortable rooms. The bed was so good that I had my best sleep in a long time.

No bottles of water provided for the fridge, which seemed slighrly mean even though a 7-11 is on the ground floor.

The location is great, and I'm really comfortable staying at Red Planet. The environment suits me well, and the best part is that there's a 7-11 nearby. It's so convenient for me to grab a drink or some bread whenever I want.

It would be more ideal if the room space could be slightly larger. The room I'm staying in feels a bit small, especially when there are two people sharing it. It can feel quite cramped.

Central location. Walking distance to BTS station. Lots of eateries around. Polite staff.

Very noisy as the hotel is close to a main road, especially when my window handle was broken and I couldn't shut my window completely.
