A beautifully presented hotel, right in the middle of town but set far back from the road and very quiet. The grounds were peaceful, 2 pools to choose from and the views from the top pool were stunning. Many great restaurants, and the beach, only a few minutes walk. We were booked to stay 3 nights and ended up extending to 12 nights. Would definitely stay again

The only slight issue was that the TV in the room didn't work. However, they did do their very best to try and fix it.

We booked the queen and wow the views were absolutely amazing. Golf buggy on demand to take you to and from your room. Breakfast as an add on was pricey so we opted to buy croissants from 7/11 each night to have on the balcony for breakfast

Splendid and relaxing The room that I selected was away from street and noise.. the staff very informative, friendly, and helpful The room is big enough.. wifi was amazingly fast.. the cleaners were really professional The location is amazing because you would be in the heart of Ao Nang Krabi with the center of shops and restaurants and the beach lying there waiting for you along 3 mins from Tipa Resort yet it's so quite and relaxing the moment you enter the hotel you forget the noise of the downtown There's a golf car (a buggy) to give you a ride between your room or suite and the entrance reception that I think i was calling them 5 or 6 times a day never come late nor counting for me the times.. they always come within 2 mins with a big smile The swimming pool was relaxing I'm very grateful for this resort as it's really worth it

The sheets are clean but outdated so you can see a very old stain here or there so I think they should buy new stock The TV (although you don't really need one in Krabi) but it wasn't smart so I couldn't mirror my phone to watch something at night

Spectacular view, super spacious room and bathroom, awesome day bed and wirl bath tub on balcony, very clean, Infinity pool amazing and staff was also very friendly. Location is great too everything in minutes walking distance.

We missed hangers for the towels, especially at the wash basin and light in bathroom much too dark.

This is a beautiful hotel in such a good location and the staff are lovely! The rooms are really nice and the surroundings are beautiful, such a good view from the infinity pool! Being able to walk down with Ao Nang beach was perfect! The staff couldn’t do enough for you and were always there to help

The only thing that let this property down with the cleanliness around the pool area as close up it looked a bit un kept and the filters in the pool had mold on them! We ate lunch here once after a long travelling day and that was a let down, we found the quality of the food by the pool to be poor but given the location you would rather not eat at your hotel anyway so this certainly didn’t ruin the stay!

We enjoyed the infinity pool overlooking the islands & ocean, also the view from our hotel room (we had the highest room with a jacuzzi on the balcony). Amazing waking up with such a spectacular view. The location was in a PRIME spot, walking distance to everything with great restaurant options nearby. The reception staff was very helpful & friendly.

The tables by the sunbeds were always full of dirty plates and glasses... the service at the pool is really not attentive, staff just standing behind the bar instead of cleaning the guest areas. In one day we had to ask them 2 x times in 10min to please clear the table at the beds so we can use the table and sun chairs. The beds should be bigger in the rooms. Cleaning services should be done earlier in the day and not around 5pm only. The bathroom is also a bit dark and needs brighter lights by the mirror.

The price / the value for money - for Thailand it is perhaps on the high side. Breakfast wasn’t included and when we were offered it, it’s an additional 400b per person per day. No pier/wharf pick up - the hotel will arrange a pick up for a very inflated price. I suggest having Bolt or Grab and booking transfers that way. It was more than half the price.

The property was very well placed for access to all the local amenities . What makes this hotel amazing is the staff. Everyone was absolutely amazing and very helpful and always smiling. The buggy guys were great very friendly and chatty. The pool bar staff were lovely but didn’t engage very much , I think it could be brilliant if they were more engaging and could bring a bit of atmosphere to the pool area. Housekeeping were great our room was nice and clean, just lacked towels. I would stay here again

Not enough storage in the room. We ordered food from the pool bar but it was not great. It was very bland and tasteless.

We stayed in room 116 which was between the lower swimming pool & the infinity pool.Very close to Bars & Restaurants,7 Eleven right across the road from the entrance.5 mins walk to the beach and the longtail boats.Took trip to Railay Beach for lunch in The Grotto(fabulous).Hired private speedboat(there was a group of us) to take trip out to the islands.Amazing.Package included lunch on an island,snorkling,swimming,returned in evening after sunset on an isalnd(spectacular)Climbed 1260steps to Tiger Temple.Beware the monkeys.Tough climb but worth it for the views.Need to be relatively fit.Eating out & drinking cheap.

I thought the breakfast was a bit expensive.We didn't choose it as an option when booking so we had breakfast a few mornings in hotel in comparison to eating lunch or dinner out in the local restaurants..

Our executive ocean room was waiting for us clean. The bed was very comfortable, as well as the resting bed on the balcony, which we used a lot to enjoy the awe-inspiring views. Staff is young, friendly, always smiling, we got a great vibe from them. They were accomodating and helpful. We liked the spacious shower cabin, good sized mini fridge, powerful AC unit. Position of the hotel is perfect. 7/11 100m from it, beach 400m from it, everything was so easy and convenient here. Combine that with one of the most spectacular view you can get from a balcony room, and you have Tipa.

It's true that the beach towels could be better, cleaning could be more detailed, but its nothing that will ruin your stay experience. "Smell of mould" that the guests are ceaslessly complaining about is nothing more than the occasional smell of sewers ever so present in Asia and it shouldnt worry you.
