The location was great. Nearby everything that is to do in Aonang, near the beach, shops, restaurants, longtail ticket office to go to the Islands. When we booked we've already asked for a room at the quiet side of the hotel with a nice view, so we were happy when we arrived we had a room on the 4th floor with a view to the forest where we could see squirrels and monkey's. Across the hotel there is good restaurant, people often wait outside to eat here. It is cheap and good, the name is Family restaurant. We ate often at Mama kitchen restaurant, it was a 20 minute walk towards and past the mosque. Very good restaurant and cheap and a very friendly owner. Breakfast in the hotel was less, cost 200 Bath so you can better walk out the street to Cafe 8.98 at the corner to have a proper breakfast, they look expensive but go inside and you will see that they have good breakfast/food for good prices. On the main street towards the mosque and past the mosque we've rented a scooter from Mook Motorbike without giving our passports. We didn't want to give our passports because legally it is not allowed. We paid a deposit of 3000 Bath but it depends what kind of motorbike you rent for the heavy ones he want's your passport also. The scooter rent was 200 Bath for 24 hrs. In the main street you also find some bus stops for going to the nightmarket or to Krabi etc, costs 60 Bath one way. You can go most of the time with 10 people in it, the driver waits until all places are occupied. We rented a car for 2 days at Krabi JR Car Rent, the owner Joe brought the car to our hotel. We were very satisfied about the service, price and car.

The hotel cleaners. We stayed 12 nights in this hotel. By hanging a card on your door you can let them know that you would like your room cleaned. Our experience was that after 6 days I noticed that if you wish that they come to clean, they do a little bit of sweeping the floor and making the bed but they didn't change the bedding so I had to tell them! They also never cleaned the toilet bowl, only the seat. It is a fairly new hotel but with this bad cleaning I wonder what the hotel will look like in a few years.

everything was amazing! the room was beautiful and spacious and perfectly clean. very modern hotel and a lovely little balcony with table and chairs to sit outside. the staff were super friendly and said hello every time we passed. the whole hotel is very well looked after and maintained and spotless throughout. the hotel itself never felt busy and had a very relaxed vibe. this hotel absolutely made our stay in Ao Nang!

I wouldn’t necessarily recommend the breakfast if you’re a non meat eater like myself as I was limited to eggs and toast or jam and toast as there was noodles etc but all had meat variations. could do with some simple cereal or more fresh fruit on offer. Everything else was perfect perfect perfect and I will definitely book here again if I return to ao nang.

Fantastic location just off the Main Street. Lovely comfy bed (soft for Thailand) and good facilities. Great restaurants nearby. Minimal street noise despite being so central

Doors slamming throughout the night - could benefit from door stoppers/slow close mechanisms. Noise from corridor travels. Breakfast was ok

Great location close to beach, nice big rooms, you get also beach towels and beach bag in room, pool area is nice and quiet. In lobby you can buy drinks and snack at good price,breakfast is basic but good. Staff is very nice and we would visit again. Family restaurant just in front of hotel is must do- for us it was best food in Krabi.. do not worry if you see a lot people waiting it goes so fast 🙃

Some hostels which are close play loud music until 2,3 in the morning so better ask for pool facing rooms,they are on the other side and more quiet..

There is a hostel very close by which plays very loud music until around 1AM, this did disturb our sleep - but didn’t detract from an amazing stay

This hotel is centrally located with lots of restaurants nearby and the beach is minutes away. It also looks like it is a newer, modern looking hotel. It is Immaculately clean and the staff work very hard to keep it that way. They are also very friendly and helpful

I gave this hotel 9 stars and not 10 only because the Koko Hostel across the street was so noisy late at night and although most of the noise was blocked by the windows i could still hear some muffled sound. I am a very light sleeper so I use earplugs at night which helped to cancel out the remaining sound. For my husband it was not an issue. There seems to be two sections to the hotel, front and back so if you are a light sleeper maybe it would help to ask for a room in the back. However, everything else about the hotel was truly excellent.

The staff was kind and helpful. The hotel is near the beach (5 minutes walk). It has a rooftop with a view of the surrounding cliff and the sea.

Breakfast was not really worth it as it was not served buffet style although the hotel has a room for it, but for order. In this case we had the opportunity to choose from 3 types of eggs served with two toasts, salad ham, sausages and marmalade every day. There were no air condition in the elevator and the corridors, but our room had it.

Pros: 1. Quality Breakfast: The hotel offers a delicious and abundant breakfast, with a wide variety of options to cater to different tastes. 4. Comfortable Beds: The beds are soft and equipped with high-quality linens, ensuring a good night’s sleep for guests. 5. Pleasant and Clean Pool: The swimming pool is very enjoyable and well-maintained, adding to the overall positive experience at the hotel.

Cons: 1. Room Cleaning Service Needs Improvement: The housekeeping service requires significant enhancement. They often fail to remove all trash from the room and do not adequately replace used coffee dishes. 2. Inadequate Room Sweeping: The cleaning of the rooms is not thorough enough, particularly regarding sweeping. 3. Language Barrier at Reception: The reception staff, especially the night attendants, need to improve their English proficiency. Communication is currently a challenge, and this is a critical area for improvement.

The location was great, had free parking and lovely lovely staff! They right next to a famous local food eatery, so that's an added bonus, but that also makes parking harder and possibility of no parking if you are back late.. maybe for motorbikes its okay but not cars. :)

The walls are thin you can hear the doors of your neighbours and when they shower

Great cost benefit! Rooms are new, clean, comfortable and the hotel is very well located. Short walk to the beach.

Breakfast almost has no western options other than eggs, toast, butter and jam. The housekeepers and the ladies at the breakfast were lovely, but there were two specific ladies at the reception that were a little bit unfriendly in all the interactions we had with them. Couldn’t forget to mention that there’s a huge sign in the entrance saying “cocktails for 120 baht” and when we asked one of them where we could get it, she limited herself to answer that they didn’t serve cocktails.
