Clean rooms and amenities, especially kitchen and kitchenette was really good

Horrible in the summer, I requested a lot for table fan but no proper response. I stayed for 2weeks not a single day I slept peacefully. Daily temperature was around 30-35 degrees and it was horrible at night times

The bed was comfy and street was quiet and pretty plus close to the centre. The room wasn't big but had everything we needed, and the apartment was quite soundproof, except for when people walked on the stairs. The wifi was fast and the shower was okay. The room temperature was comfortable.

The curtains were see through, and there was just 1 curtain not big enough to cover the whole window. Also our bed only had 1 blanket which was for a 1 persons bed. It was warm when we stayed there, so we didn't feel cold while sleeping, but still would've been nice if we had a right sized blanket or 2 small blankets.

Very calm and pretty neighborhood with a nice view from the window. Check-in and checkout processes were super easy, the bed was very comfortable and the room was overall quite spacious. We also were impressed by the small but well equipped kitchen. Friendly and helpful staff that responds round the clock by text, although there's no hotel staff on site.

The room was a bit too warm with no visible possibility of temperature control to reduce the heating. Especially the bathroom was almost unpleasantly warm and the exhaust fan doesn't work. Bathroom walls need repainting. Some staples like salt, sugar and oil would've been great.

Nice street, very green, clean, which meant nice window view. Was very good shower. Small kitchen made our stay very comfortable. Fridge was big enough to keep food and drinks, not typical hotel fridge for a couple of bottles.

Communication via Booking.com was really bad, no feedback to questions. I'd advise to just call support line, then you get assistance quickly.

The self-checkin process is very convenient. The room is big with good wifi. The apartment is close to the Basel main station and there is a tram stop nearby. There are also a few supermarkets nearby. The guests will each receive a free Basel card during the stay.

The room facility is a bit old.

How clean and straightforward accessing the accommodation was. Trams and buses all so close by and easy to use to get into the city.

I would've liked to have someone on hand for questions, although I did get a response in decent time from the booking.com chat service

Location- a few stops by tram no. 16 to the main railway station. Transportation is free on the day of arrival by showing the hotel reservation. On the day of arrival, the host sends you Free Travel Cards, for free travelling inside the city, for the whole period of your stay. You only have to contact them a couple of days before and send them some details of the travellers.. The apartment is very clean. It has a microwave, Wifi, toiletries. You get inside the building by using a code, which you receive from the host. And for the room, the same. It's spacious. Cutlery- for 2 persons. It was warm enough. Although the sockets look different, my charger fit perfect. Extra blanket.

Communication with the host is not so good, but if you are writing them via email, you will definetely get an answer. The noise from outside. It's like sleeping outside. But, thanks to some old reviews, I knew this already, so with some earplugs, everything was fine.

Good experience, good location and apartment. The only thing that not went well was that i did not receive the Baselcard and when i asked to resend to me they did not send or respond to me about that matter anymore. All the rest was a good experience.

Great localization, close to several tram station and with the walking distance to Bahnhof (central railway station).

Very uncomfortable bed that looks nothing like in the picture. Not enough cleaning products (diluted remnant of dishwashing liquid for one week stay, one garbage bag, 3 toilet paper rolls, no brush). With longer stays, the room is being cleaned one time per week, after 6 days, that is not enough.

It was clean, room came with shower toilet and mini kitchen. Good value for the price It wasn’t fancy but it was comfortable. The surrounding area seemed safe too

There’s not a lot near the apartment so we had to drive out even to find a convenience store. Nothing was in walking distance. But we had a car so it was ok
