Breakfast was nice, but we were expecting a buffet where we could choose for ourselves. Additionally, there were no pictures of the dishes, so we had to rely solely on the descriptions. This made it difficult to try new foods and fully experience the variety.

Unfortunately, the amenities advertised online were not available during our stay. We expected to enjoy certain activities, but they were not provided. Additionally, the swimming pool was closed, so we couldn't even take pictures. Essentially, we were just there to sleep, which was quite disappointing and not what we expected.

Peace-filled surroundings, lovely patio overlooking the gardens. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were friendly Will definitely stay again when next in Pretoria

Only one aspect was that the Lodge was closing for a months 'break' the very next day - so packing up had already begun. Breakfast was available and enjoyable, but not a significant choice.

it is like being on safari near the city. For me it was a great location for the Lombardy business park where Inwas for the week. the breakfasts were lovely and very filling, can’t believe they weee in with the price With the exchange rate in my favour there was no issue using the mini bar which was stocked. Tea and coffe in the room also as well as still and sparkling water. Ossie, the host, was attentive without being obtrusive. It was peaceful and very relaxing nearby good shops and plenty of varied restaurants within a 15 minute drive.

Would have been nice to have a restaurant for evening meals, but probably not sufficient demand.

The garden is beautiful and peaceful

the swimming pool was covered throughout my stay. There's a beautiful mountain at the back but couldn't have access to it. I was told it's the owner's house and guests are not allowed that side. Guests are deprived one of the best views on the property.

Well received, friendly staff. Breakfast awesome. Everything around us was just beautifull.

The swimming pool was green, the Sunday we stayed in and it eas very hot, but I was not going to swim in a green pool.

Ozzie and Liza are super hosts! Facilities are decorated tastefully and the breakfast and coffee is out of this world! I also took home some yummy frozen prepared meals so cooking is sorted for the week!

It was spacious, comfortable, and beautiful. It surpassed my expectations and I wish we stayed longer. The staff, including Ozzie, were friendly and helpful as well.

Helpful team, stayed overnight after a wedding. We loved Jock. He visited with us on our stoep all night . The Black sheep bistro seems popular with locals , breakfast was excellent, there was a steady stream of people.arriving for brunch

The conditioning shampoo is not conditioning, left my hair like straw .

It is a beautiful hotel, grounds and facilities, breakfast and staff. I loved it all and they were all very good to me.
