Very comfortable to sleep over on a long trip in the Northern Cape. Good value for money.

The road to the entrance of the property was a bit hidden, really bad and neglected. But I do think it falls under the city responsibility for maintenance and repairs. We confirmed breakfast time, at 7am, for the following morning with reception on check in the previous evening, but unfortunately the basic set-up was not ready when we arrived at 7:15am. Was a bit disappointing but we were assisted within a few minutes. Thank you.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Room was very neat and tidy. Bed was comfortable, although only a normal double bed, not King size. Hotel is beautiful and comfortable.

It is a shame that the location is so dodgy, prostitutes standing close by and my wife almost made me turn around on our way there the first time, but we were pleasantly surprised once we got there. . .Breakfast could have a bigger variety warm dishes, like Mushrooms or Potatoes etc. The items that were there, were tasty, but not a big variety.

Very modern, very, very nice - it exceeded my expectations and so much more. At first glance, you wouldn't have guessed it was a hotel. Definitely stunning and staff were friendly. Will come back for sure.

The dinner meal was a set meal, with no menu for options so I didn't land up eating here. It would be nice if there was more than one option for dinner (so a little more variety).

The professionalism of the staff, location and the neatness of the premises and the rooms. The hotel is closer to the shops which makes it easy for what one needs and access. Unfortunately, I can't comment on breakfast as we left early for the meeting.

There's nothing I didn't like about the hotel.

The hotel is very beautiful inside, uniquely design. I wish I could have stayed longer.

We requested breakfast packs coz we were leaving very early, it was prepared on time which was good; however the sandwiches were too dry.

Beautiful place but not well taken care of. Some furniture is wearing out but one can tell its not really old. The breakfast was good

The eception area was empty no one to attend to us. We had to wait until somebody came from nowhere to say can i assist, with no apology or anything.

What a great time my family and I had. The staff was so friendly and even during load shedding they were so helpful because I travelled with an 8 month old so they helped me clean his bottles and prepare water for his bottles. My family and I had an exceptional time. We will definitely go back again. The breakfast was filling and for lunch you are right opposite The Village Mall which is convenient for lunch and dinner. And once again, thank you Poloko for your hands on help.

You might need to look into the ant infestation and definitely buy a new baby cot.

Modern, very clean and the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Rooms were well equipped and the bed was great.

Behind the hotel is a road that is used by heavy vehicles. Inside the hotel, the noise from the traffic were nor audible, but it was audible outside, next to the pool. The road to the Hotel’s entrance was in bad shape, but the local municipality is to blame.

Lovely modern hotel with comfortable beds and good breakfasts. Staff are super friendly and a special mention for Tembi the receptionist needs to be made. Tembi is the epitome of customer service and a Gem in the Aha Crown who went out of her way to assist us.

The entrance is quite tricky to find and the road to the entrance is sand and not great. Definitely needs to be tarred and better signage to direct visitors.

The reception ladies and all staff in general were nice. They took their time to address a few issues I had. Also, the dinner was great. The atmosphere in general is just welcoming.

The bathroom is a bit cramped. Especially the toilet at room 213 – it's too close to the wall, meaning one has to sit at an angle. but it's not a biggie in the greater scheme of things.
