Location is good. Stuff are friendly. But there are some flaws. First thing, there is no kettle in the room or at least in common public area or a water cooler. Yes there are vending machines, but how without coffee or tea ? No tiny fridge in the room as well. Second thing, which I think also a bit wrong. Once the guests is checking in and you know there is reservation, isn’t it better to let him in and them proceed with documentation process and key. It’s a little bit ridiculous to stand outside and wait until the whole process is done. Covid time is over, no need to make the guest wait outside. Even if it’s in terms of security, if reservation is confirmed and id is checked. So, let the guest wait inside. Thanks.

The property is ideally located in the Green Point area and is an affordable option. I found the rooms very clean and the beds are some of the most comfortable I have slept on in any hotel. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. The air conditioning was a welcomed addition to the room. I would definitely rebook again when in Cape Town.
Both times I stayed there the issue was mostly with other noisy guests. I had to on one occasion ask the folk to be quiet since it was past 10pm. The rooms seem to let more noise in than an average hotel room. It would be nice if the hotel management would bring to the attention of the guests a quiet time say from 10pm till 7 am.

Room was clean and comfortable
I had no hot water in the morning to shower. I reported it to security as it was still too early for reception (06h00) I sent them a whatsapp message and had no response when I can see they read the message...

The property is clean, well maintained, the bed is comfortable and the linen is of good quality. The staff are excellent, especially reception. The cleaning staff and security were also good. The room was comfortable for what I needed for my stay. The location is great. I loved that there were parking on site and Security as well. The reception staff are really excellent and very helpful and friendly.
The use of vending machine for coffee or snacks. There is not much space to keep your suitcase especially for longer stay. The shower nozzle is not the best. It would have been nice to have a kettle and coffee and tea in the room and maybe a small refrigerator. These are however found in reception and there are a variety of vending machines to choose from In terms of drinks and snacks. The vending machines and communal space in reception seems to work well for the hotel though. I prefer different, to make coffee or tea in the room as appose to the vending machines. Especially if you return back late in the evening after work or have to leave very early in the mornings.

The room was very basic but it fulfilled our needs for one night. Both the room and bathroom were very clean. The downstairs vending machine were well stocked. The location was excellent and literally across the road from where the Gun Run started and finished.
Although it stated parking is on a first come first serve basis the + - 12 bays are not nearly not enough for such a big establishment. Street parking is not always a good idea, but we had not other option nearby. We were a family of 6 occupying 3 rooms and unfortunately the roof top area was not available for us to just relax and enjoy a coffee (although there are plenty of restaurants in the area one does not necessarily want to visit the one after the other and therefore we had no option but to wander the streets)

Very clean hotel and friendly staff. Close to everything we needed. The rooms are quite small, but if you are on holiday you are spending your time exploring and only needs a place to sleep and for that purpose 10 out of 10!

My room (Room 101) was in a very quiet part of the hotel. This was perfect. The room had NO kettle or cups but there was a vending machine down the passage so if you wanted a coffee you could pay R 15 to sort yourself out. The room was reflective of the price.
I did not like that there was not enough parking inside the hotel. I had to park on the pavement. I had hired a car and was cheap and did not take extra insurance. The excess if the car was stolen was R 30 000. I was very nervous that the new car I had hired might be stolen so it made it challenging to sleep at night!

The room was spacious and there's wardrobe to hang clothing. Tight security. Lot of vending machines for tenants' needs. Ice cubes also available for free. Two bottles of water every day.
No kettle in the room. There's boiled water at the reception but it's a whole lot of work if you are coffee/ tea drinker. There's no lift. I go there as a runner and it's difficult to go up and down the stairs to shops and collect boiled water with aching muscles. No bed lamps so you have to walk to switch off at the door and come back in the dark.

The location was perfect as we attended a concert, the rooms were comfortable even though small it was enough space Staff were very friendly and helpful Water was hot and pressure was good I liked the water bottles on arrival, great touch on a hot day Also really like the vending machines options
The bathroom needs a mat for the floor as showering makes it wet & slippery Aircon didn't work well and it was very hot but it worked as a fan and staff did try assist as much as they could - room 132 might need top op of gas! We own an aircon company if you ever need help Parking isn't great BUT there is more than enough parking in the street so wasn't a huge problem

The location was great and the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was basic but thoughtfully planned and well appointed with a wide and comfortable bed. The vending machines were useful and handy. There were free styrofoam containers and cups.
Information on whether the hotel can provide cups of hot water (for own tea, flasks etc) would be appreciated. Also whether it can assist with fridge storage for small items, and a central ironing facility. A small shelf would be very useful in the shower to hold shampoo and soap. Also a towel/mat when getting out of the shower as one could slip on the tiled floor. The sink in our room had a drainage problem.
