Lindo at reception was very helpful, patient, and showed interest in assisting us even though he was alone on duty.

Great location, great interior, super friendly staff, room was spacious, clean and fairly well equipped. Thought it was a bit expensive but I suppose it depends on the demand and time of year.

Breakfast was overly expensive, but there was Bootleggers close by as an alternative. Booked 2 x executive rooms and requested to be adjacent rooms, which was confirmed but not possible due to only one Exec room per floor, which was disappointed as we could net get to each others rooms due to the access card restrictions,

The location is ideal. Helpful and friendly staff. Shout out to Geoff for his patience. The breakfast options are great. The room is spacious and the bed is very big and comfortable.

Consider having a fridge in the rooms. The coffee bar was hidden in the drawer, I only discovered it on day 4 of my stay. It would be nice if they can inform us during check in. No adapters for international travelers and all 4 phone charging points in the room are USB. Consider including c type USB ports.

Beautiful room, everything needed already there. Iron, water. Extra blanket. Location perfect everything is in close proximity. Restaurant and restaurant staff were excellent. Overall help desk staff were also very pleasant and helpful. Safety stood out for me.

Sharing male and female bathrooms. Noise from tigers milk and laparada at night. When booking on booking.com did not give option to include breakfast therefore had to pay both days of our stay. Packing also not inclusive

It was evident that the staff took great care in maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Special thanks to Shakeena from housekeeping, whose professional and kind demeanor made our stay even more enjoyable. The access to services provided in the room exceeded our expectations, reflecting the hotel's commitment to excellence. Overall, we had a truly pleasant and memorable stay at Century City Hotel Urban Square. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a wonderful experience in a convenient location. Check in was quick @main desk. Hotel was alive with music and entertainment because its a Saturday.. rooms has difrent lights ..oh i especially liked the wellcome msge on the tv for me.. lol.. it was cute thank you..i liked the shower and water got hot quick very nice.. bed was a bit too big..lol.. i had to travel to get to hubby on the other side of bed.. I enjoyed the stay and walking distance from canal walk..

This is now my second time staying here and the accommodations were once again superb. Quiet rooms, loadshedding protection, and some of the most well-trained and professional staff all make staying at this property a delight.

The check-in process felt like dragged on longer than needed, and could have been smoother, especially as a returning guest. Apart from that, I felt that 250 ZAR pp for breakfast was a bit much.

The ambiance was 10/10 ,when you just walk in there was this clean nice fresh scent and the staff were very welcoming and friendly Geoffrey to be specific

The coffee cups were too tiny like it only restricts to espresso lovers.. The restaurant only restricted to card only so we rarely ate from the property and opted to go to other restaurants within the location

I loved the ease of access to the locations, the amazing shower and the comfortable bed 😄

The service from housekeeping and room service was extremely poor. I had to call to remind them about replenishing the coffee station and had to wait nearly an hour, let alone asking for fresh towels that also took an hour, when they eventually pitched they didn't even apologise for the delay but rather looked confused as to what was requested and constantly came back with 1 item at a time.

There is a breakfast suitable for everyone. The location is a little outside the city centre. However, it is one of the safest areas of the city.

It was annoying to be charged for 1 night's room 40 days before check-in date. According to Booking.com rules this had to be done 5 days ago. There was no shaving kit, slippers, toothbrush and paste, cotton buds, sewing kit and tea-coffee maker in the room.
