The staff were fantastic, very accommodating and friendly. Nothing was too much for them, even when we wanted to order dinner quite late!! Thoroughly enjoyed our meals too. Room was newly decorated and very nice, anda good size for our one nights stay. Buffet breakfast was very good and set us up nicely for the day🙂
Personally, we didn't find the mattress firm enough for us. It was far too soft and we didn't sleep too well.

The room was fine, although a little cramped. The bathroom was considerably tiny and not really suitable for an elderly or large person. Breakfast was delicious with everything provided, although not included in the room charge. The location of the hotel was first class, being central to all Haverfordwest sights and also train and bus depots. Waiting out the front for people to pick me up was also handy.
Climbing to the second floor several times/day. Perhaps I should have been more specific in my request for a first floor room. Also there were no clothes hangers at all for my clothes, which I found really strange.

Hey everyone! This place is a great place to stay in Pembrokeshire! The room was spotlessly clean. We stayed in a cosy double room. Faye gave us a warm welcome whilst checking us in, along with another friendly and happy lady behind the bar. Our room was beautifully finished, and we slept so well during our stay. The shower was lovely too! On our last morning we opted to have breakfast before we set off, we didn't catch the wonderful ladies name but she was an absolute star! Breakfast was delicious and her fantastic sence of humour along with recommendations of where to head to see some of the local beautiful beaches really was great. Thank you so much ladies for giving us a wonderful stay whilst me and my partner collected his dissertation samples from St David's head. If we are ever back in this area, we'll definitely stay again and couldn't recommend this place enough. I hope your manager reads this and knows just how lucky they are to have such a fantastic team that look after the guests so well. Thank you ladies! Xxx

The hotel was easy to find and very close to the town centre. The staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The decor in the bar and breakfast room was great,I read it had recently been refurbished.
Everything was great apart from the bar was closed early on the Saturday night,we had been at an event and it would have been nice to have had a drink when we got back to the hotel but the front door was locked (we did have a key to the front door),the bar was closed so we had no choice but to go straight to bed. After talking to others of our event this wasn't the case in other hotels such as the Castle hotel.

It was quite easy to get to. At the time, I think I had originally planned to be able to explore a bit more on the arrival evening, but if I remember correctly, it was a little late, and I’d failed to consider the change of light, so it was pretty dark, and the room was SO-O-O toasty, that I didn’t want to leave and was just enjoying that really, on the basis that I’d seen that part of the country. Having looked at the pictures I remember I arrived in light, but I didn’t need to go out to eat, and following that, it soon did get dark. The room, looking back at the pictures was well appointed.
I didn’t like what wasn’t in their control mainly which were the roadworks, and I did think it was a tad expensive given as I say I didn’t really have much of a walk about the area, and it wasn’t in the middle of lush fields or anything. I did notice some easily addressable spots of scuffed paint, but I didn’t include the picture, because although I feel it was probably a bit beyond my current budget it wasn’t extortionate, and I wouldn’t want to be churlish .

We had a 2 night stay at this hotel. It was a great location for us . The breakfast in the morning was well worth the money.
Unfortunately I suffer from back pain . The mattress in our room was solid . In other circumstances would of been ok . We wouldn't be put off about this and would definitely book again. Also I would look at the location of the table . It as a solid piece of metal on the corner. With the bed where it is , it doesn't leave much to get by without catching yourself . This box is not to moan or be unreasonable. It is something I would ask the team to look at . Other than that we really did enjoy our stay

The hotel is right on the high street and close to the river, so it is very easy to walk to a restaurant or cafe. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room was fully serviced each day. Check out is at 11 a.m., so it allowed us a nice slow start to our final day. We enjoyed the breakfast options. It was hot and cold at one price. Overall, the hotel has a nice feel throughout. The public areas have a county pub vibe, but the room was decorated in a more modern style.
The room is called a 'cosy double', and it is very small. I wouldn't recommend anyone booking it who has mobility issues. The bed was very hard. As a side sleeper, it was uncomfortable. The restaurant doesn't have many vegetarian options, so we only ate there one night.

Breakfast was self service with was great because you could choose your portions on how hungry you were. My room was excellent apart from the toilet was quite difficult to get to because it was wedged in between the sink and the shower. The location of the hotel was great as it was in walking distance to all the local pubs.
The only thing I didn't't like was the access to the toilet which was in a small space between the sink and the shower but this is a minor point given the fact that the price of the stay was so good value.

Very happy with our stay thanks. Good clean comfortable room with a great shower. New carpets throughout gave it a very welcoming feel. Staff pleasant and good breakfast £6.50 each on departure. Close to facilities and restaurants in town. Would definitely return.
Not so much didn't like. Just advice. If you travel to Hotel past Lidls go right around the small roundabout past the Hotel. Your will return to the Hotel entrance. Don't take the right turn at the Hotel. It basically takes you out of town.

The Hotel was very lovely, room was what felt like newly refurbished, with kettle. Town is very quiet, bus stop was just opposite the hotel. For additional fee breakfast is available which was very good. River and town center is just few minute walk away, though most of the places was closed already after 5pm. There was one grocery store nearby that was still open later.
The TV was not working. And somehow someone was able get to our First floor window to start banging there and ask to help him get in late at night. That was a bit scary.
