Incredibly helpful, friendly staff with big smiles. They went out of their way to help me out as I had to wait 6 hours from check out to boarding the bus for Bangkok. They allowed me to check out a little later, kept my bag for me so I could wander around unhindered, let me sit in the foyer and use the toilet. Had this not been possible then it would have been quite hellish. Multiple breakfast options for all tastes, very quiet and comfortable room and you literally step out of the hotel and your at the bus depot. Found a short cut to Central Plaza shopping centre where I burnt up much of the waiting time. Thankyou for all your help.

The room was clean and spacious. The industrial style design is very unique and the rooms have everything that is needed for a comfortable stay such as fridge, TV, sufficient racks to hang your clothes and a table that is big enough for 2 to 3 people to have their meals together. What was amazing was that the hotel provided 24 hours water, orange juice, coffee and tea, biscuits and bananas at the cafe area and that allows travellers to sit back and relax after a long day of travelling around. Staff was nice and helpful.

Location is in a quiet area near the Surat Thani bus station. The Central Surat Thani mall and 7-11 is walkable and you can even borrow a bike for free from the hotel if you want to. The deluxe twin room was very spacious. You have enough room even with pieces of luggage. Air conditioning cooled down the room quickly. Water heater worked well too. The beds and pillows were very comfortable especially compared to other Thai hotels.

Internet speed was fast (roughly 60mbps) but was intermittent. We'd drop out of video calls and had to reload web pages every now and then so it might not be recommended if you're planning to work while staying in the hotel. Other than the mall and 7-11 there's not much in the immediate vicinity of the area. We had to take a Grab to go to cafes, restaurants, and the night market. Lastly, breakfast options were a bit limited.

Clean Spacious room. Comfy beds. Good price. Friendly Staff. Location is very close to the Bus Station. Or not expensive to get grab/ bolt to Sea Tran Office / town - for Koh Samui etc. 10 min walk to Mall. Breakfast was good. Free small snacks. Stayed here before. It is a great place and good value. 10 out of 10 - again 🙏

Nothing not to like.

The hotel feels quite new & luxurious. Our room with 3 beds was so spacious, clean, comfortable, and beautiful. We stayed for a night on our way to Khao Sok Lake & it was so refreshing to stay at one of few budget hotels that feel luxurious with immaculate attention to detail. Also, the front desk staff were so helpful in helping us book transportation. Highly recommend!!

Nothing to complain about the hotel at all. Watch out for scam at the main bus station ticket office. We asked about bus tickets to Phuket. Was told by the Ladies who work in the ticket office to go across the road to a travel agent who booked us a 07:30 bus for 320 baht. The bus didn't turn up and the public bus arrived 09:30 and is 250baht at the kiosk where the bus arrives at the bus station. Takes 5 hrs 30 mins.

This is a high quality hotel right nextdoor to the Bus terminal for the Bangkok bus. Breakfast included with Thai and continental food. Central shopping and food mall on 5 minutes walking.

You have to go to the Central mall to eat. No minimarket around.

Stayed overnight prior to catching the ferry the next day. It’s a perfect place to stopover, very clean and comfortable beds. Breakfast was traditional and delicious. Not much food choice but we weren’t expecting 5 star anyways. It’s located adjacent to the bus terminal but not a busy place. Good transit location.

I need to catch the early Bangkok bus at Surat Thani Bus Terminal which was located directly opposite from the Hotel. The location was excellent to me. It is recommended for those who need to catch early bus at Surat Thani Bus Terminal. There are no decent restaurants nearby so I have to go to Central Surat Thani for food which was 600m walk from the Hotel (food is not a problem as we can do Grab Food now a day). Miss Arm, the reception staff was kind enough to draw me the short cut route to walk to Central Surat Thani. The Hotel is new and well maintained. Keep up the good work !!!

Only a minor issue, the Hotel do not provide hair dryer. It would be good for the Hotel to have at least one or two hair dryers for guests use in case of need.

Beautiful new hotel right next to the bus station. Great A/C and breakfast and a few minute walk to the huge mall for anything you might need! Very clean comfortable at a fantastic price!

Bed's are a little firm for western tastes but we're used to that in all over Thailand.
