Staff were friendly and helpful, the place was simple clean and tidy and great for a short overnight stay. Close driving distance to the mall. No tea and coffee services in tim but have some in the reception with free bananas.

The location on Google was hard to find and both our taxi and a grab pick up had trouble finding it which meant we had to walk out and find the grab which was inconvenient with young kids. No places close by (walking distance) for buying meals, but about a 10-15 minute walk there’s an Amazon cafe and some small local options.

Wow, the value is incredible. Super clean, big bungalows, sofa. Space to park. Great if you're passing through the port.

If you're without your transport and fancy checking out S.T then you will require a taxi. It's so far from the center and no way to walk there, it's 45 mins and you can't walk down the highway so you're pretty stuck. There is a 7/11 though, and one very small food place near. By the hospital

I booked at Paragon Hometel because I needed to sleep over at Surat Thani to move next day to Koh Phangan. One of the closest stays around the train station that could meet what I am looking for, good price and clean room, bed, toilet and hot water. The space also had a living room, which is suitable for a longer stay. Staff were amazing and very helpful.

It's at the outskirts of the city and there aren't many things around, but again, it wasn't my plan to check Surat Thani so that was suitable for me.

A nice quiet location and lots of space in our unit (bedroom plus a front room with sofa, fridge, tv). The staff were also super friendly and helpful which was really great :) Soap & shampoo also provided in the shower.

Good location, near city for the next day departure.

Near hospital, although it's quiet. AC did not work properly in the living room, but the AC in the bedroom worked fine. No windows except the doors.

If you're going to stay there for just one night before departing to Samui on morning ferry, it's ok.
