From the booking ,arrival ,reception area,waitress,waitors,spar was absolutely brilliant. Choe,jake debbie james Eva. I would like to name everyone but I cannot member the names of every person that I met. On the 24 we learned and I noticed that there was not enough staff and everyone in the resturant worked extremely hard to try and give everyone the best experience that they could despite the ciircumstances. My husband and I enjoyed our dinners. People were complaining and it was sad because they were trying there best. They worked as a team in the resturant that day The directors need to recognise what a wonderful team that they have. That is very dedicated to providing a brilliant service. These individuals need to be respected and given a pay rise for the hard work that they do

There was nothing that i did not like. My husband and I felt sad to leave .we left relaxed We enjoyed the spar it was lovely We enjoyed everything. Good job to all the staff at the hotel You are all doing a fantastic job

The hotel is self contained and in a lovely location. The lady who checked us in was very warm and friendly so we felt very welcomed.

We ordered room service which was a bit disappointing. We ordered a cheese and ham and a ham and tomato triple decker sandwich. When they arrived the guy who delivered them said they'd forgotten to make them triple decker so had added a cheese and onion sandwich! We sent that back because we didn't want cheese and onion! They changed it for a rather dry plain ham sandwich made on supermarket bread ... sandwiches are £11 each! They also didn't have ready salted crisps...

The hotel has such a beautiful setting. I was able to meet up there with my family, all of whom live in the Southampton area. We had afternoon tea one day and dinner another day with the family. My sister was in a wheelchair and the staff were very helpful. We had breakfast every day for five days. All the food was very good. Our room had a luxury retro feel. It had a lovely view of the grounds and was relaxing in the easy chairs. The bed was very comfortable and we really enjoyed our stay.

Unfortunately the spa was closed for renovation.

A little out of the way but easy to get to and beautiful grounds. Perfect place for a wedding reception. Bathroom was outdated but perfect. Loved the floor tiles. Bedroom could have been organised better, wouldn't take much to have everything in a more relevant, efficient place. Tea and coffee was awkward to use, having been put in a low cupboard. Selection of coffee could gave been better, would have liked a hot chocolate too. Biscuits good quality but should double the amount. And fridge, if you had stocked water and a couple of beers, I would have paid for them. Curtain was not hung properly, needs fixing. Spa not easy to find, poolside disappointing, could do with a makeover. Very welcoming staff and room was spotlessly clean.

The room was lovely and the bathroom! Both were spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. The swimming pool was lovely and the staff were very polite, and happy to help.

The spa treatments are way too expensive, and not much variety. There also is not much variety at breakfast either, i think a few more options would be ideal considering the price yet what was available was delicious! I didn't like the tray charge for room service on top of room service charge which is already expensive! The ironing board was also broken in the room but apart from these minor things everything was lovely.

Friendly and very helpful staff. Comfortable room, very comfy bed. Enjoyed my time at the hotel. Other facilities great too unfortunately didn't have time to use them all

Room was very comfortable, however this is the 21st Century, I needed plugs near bed or usb/usb-c connectors. Wifi in the room was flakey which was annoying. If you want to switch, it's the best place. Pool timings close 8.30pm, sorry this is too short especially working all day, wanted to swim or sit in sauna after 9pm.

Amazing hotel. Room spacious and bed super comfy. Additional bed was accommodated for little one. Reception man Rob (I think that’s his name) couldn’t do enough. He was really helpful. Breakfast was nice.

Swimming pool was cold and it was a shame the jacuzzi had been emptied. If I could give any feedback to the pool it would be to limit the 7-10 swim for children to be families only as the pool isn’t huge and there was a man doing aggressive lengths today which meant the children couldn’t really move away from the pool edge.

The room was nice, like new, it was warm, comfortable and very clean, the hotel was very nice, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel was equipped with a Gym, swimming pool, dance studio and probably a lot more, we didn't get to use any of the facilities though as we arrived quite late after the Southampton boat show and only stayed for 1 night, the Breakfast was really nice, great choice of food and it was nice and hot, the hotel also has charging points for EV's although you need to pay seperately for that. the Wifi was good too.

literally the only thing we didn't like is the double bed was 2 single beds bolted together with 2 single mattresses so there was a gap down the middle of the bed which made it a bit uncomfortable.

This property is in the middle of the nature, staff friendly, room very clean. All perfect! I highly recommend it. Spa and swimming pool and treatments great. Coffee machine room is great. Great parking.

Breakfast expensive ( price) Bar area or other areas with drinks and glasses in the table doesn’t have a good aspect is better to have all clean once guest leave the table asap! Sofas at the entrance are very old and they need a change of furniture because you can see the holes and it is a shame.

The atmosphere was relaxed, our room was comfortable, clean and spacious. The dining room was intimate and stylish and our dinner delicious. The garden and surroundings were delightful and provided a quiet calm atmosphere to the guests. The afternoon shift Receptionist, Robert, was exceptional warmly greeting us, arranging for our luggage to be delivered to our room and ensuring we were able to dine in the restaurant as it was close to finishing time and ensured we were able to freshen up first.

If I had to identify something it would be the water pressure of the shower, but that is a very British thing around this country.
