Absolutely loved our stay with Ent Terrace Asakusa. Our family of 5 arrived late at night and staff were on hand to greet us and check us in almost immediately as we were exhausted. Room was clean and cleaned everyday with fresh towel service. Beds were extremely comfy. Each floor of the hotel has just the one room so brilliant for privacy and no noise from other guests. All of the balconies have a view of Tokyo Skytree which was a bonus. The location was fantastic, metres from the Ginza metro line. 7-11 located just around the corner and equipped with all the essentials. Senso-ji Temple within easy walking distance from the hotel. We also walked to Tokyo Skytree for a night viewing and got to see lovely parts of Asakusa. Front desk staff were very helpful showing us the nearest shopping centre (ROX, Mega Don Quixote) and which trains to catch for various sightseeing (which you get the hang of very quick). We were sad to leave, honestly could not fault this hotel at all.

The fact I didn't book in for longer! Asakusa is a beautiful part of Tokyo, old school but super clean, safe, friendly. Highly recommend this hotel as a base for seeing the wonderful districts and areas that make up Tokyo. Would definitely stay here again!

A great location - 1 minute walk to Tawaramachi underground and the Oedo line. And about a 8-10 min walk to Kuramae station on the Asakusa Line. A perfect base to explore the city. It is in a quiet and safe neighbourhood surrounded by a number of very tasty and affordable restaurants - there are two small ramen shops right next door and a bakery around the corner. Plus several 7-Elevens, Family Marts etc very close. The Sensoji shrine is about 10 min walk away as well. It has a private family bath/onsen you can reserve for 90 minutes at a time. There is also a small gym onsite. Our room was made up of two single beds and two bunk beds for the children. A washing machine/dryer is in the room along with a small table and chairs and a microwave and full fridge. Pyjamas and toiletries like toothbrushes, shampoo etc are provided

Sometimes the reception is left unattended but someone usually shows up after a couple of minutes wait.

Close to Donki and many other shopping areas as well as some famous restaurants such as Benizuru and Kura Sushi. The Ramen restaurant next door is amazing! The room was great for us (2 adults and 2 children aged 13 & 8). We had a huge king size bed, our daughter slept on the fold out sofa and our son on the futon (there were two so we doubled it up) and the Ginza train line is just out the door and 7 eleven also. It was great to have a kitchen and the bathroom supplies were fantastic. It took a bit to work out the washing machine and please note, it doesn’t fully dry. There is also a great view of Tokyo tower from the balcony. Loved that you have the whole floor to yourself so you don’t have to walk down long corridors and it felt safe to leave the kids when we went next door to eat.

Very very child friendly. We got that japanese room and we love everything about this place! Spacious room, very clean, complete amenities, has a microwave, eating and cooking utensils, big bathroom, wash and dry washing machine, 2 dining areas, a fire exit that doubles as a balcony and a modern onsen that can he rented at the 2F. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Sensoji shrine and restaurants are really close, malls are close as well. Overall truly enjoyed our stay and this hotel will. Be at the top of my list when I go back to Japan.

Would be great to have option for breakfast but this isn’t an issue at all

Wow, everything about this place was AMAZING! Great location - steps away from the Ginza Line, walking distance to Sensoji Temple and all the shops in Asakusa (including Don Quixote which is opened 24 hrs and we were getting up at 3am everyday as tourists). FANTASTIC and accommodating staff. HUGE rooms - we are a family of 5. We each had our own bed and we were able to lay out 5 large suitcases and still have room to walk around. This place far exceeded our expectations!

Nothing - we couldn't have asked for a better place!

The space and the beds were great. One unit in each level was kinda of nice and quiet. Bonus to have washer of our own! Shower, bathroom sink & toilet all separated were well designed for a room that could fit 6 people. Everything was nicely set up. The big bonus was for sure the onsen that we could book for just our family. It was so nice and relaxing to use after a long day of walking and the 5 of us could wash ourselves there after, so we didn't have to wait long time to share the bathroom in our room. That's very convenient!

Always better if it's cheaper LOL. First night we arrived, we had to wait for 10 mins for the receptionist to show up.

The room was very large. Lots of room for a large family. The rooms were clean and the staff super friendly. The staff speak a little English. Enough to communicate necessities. We had our own kitchen for feeding fussy tired kids on nights we didn't feel like going out. The beds were very comfy. We had a bonus 'office room'. The hotel is super close to the Ginza line as well as 2 family marts, a seven 11, and heaps of local restaurants. Very convenient location. Really close to Asakusa and easy to get to Harajuku and other fun places.

Was easy to bump heads on the ceiling on the high beds. Just have to be careful when climbing the little stairs. Not a big problem as it was fun for the kids and adults didn't need to go there much. The bottom beds look like doubles in the photos, but they are singles.

Good location, with a spacious room that was able to comfortably accommodate our family of six adults. Staff kindly assisted us with our requests and queries, and we also enjoyed using the family "spa" room on one of the nights during our stay.

Nothing. However, one minor thing to note is that the accommodation does not have their own on-site parking. Nevertheless, there are plenty of paid parking lots in the area for those who are driving around in Tokyo. We had no issues parking during our stay.

The room is very spacious and perfect stay for the family. It is close to train station. There is a 7-11 around the corner which is perfect for times when you don't feel like going out for dinner or too early to get breakfast. Our room was missing a kettle, and we could not work out the microwave until our second day so we had cold dinners from 7-11 (we did not get them heated up at 7-11 because we knew we had a microwave). Tried to ring reception for assistance but due to language barriers, we could not get the help we needed. We were too tired to go down and use Google translate. The person at the reception was very welcoming and tried to help though. We also boiled water using a pot on the stove which did not take long. Once we found out how to work the microwave, it was fabulous! It played guitar music! Washer and dryer were very good just make sure to put it on the correct setting (I used Google translate) so as not to shrink knit clothes like I did 😁 All in all, we loved our stay at this hotel. The staff were all good and helpful.

After a full on tour of Japan it was lovely to return to Tokyo and have our own spacious apartment. We had baths, washed clothes, cooked breakfasts and chilled out with a glass of wine watching Netflix! When we wanted to return to site-seeing and the crowds, the subway and location were extremely close to Asakusa/Senso-Ji Temple, Tokyo Skytree for sunset, Ueno Park to try the Swan Paddle Boats and to catch the last of the Sakura and Ueno Zoo for Panda viewing! The staff at reception were helpful, respectful and arranged taxi transfers to the airport with ease. They also very kindly accepted our luggage transfer and safeguarded our belongings until we returned to Tokyo.
