Xanadu is a great development with 12 apartments, and a shared pool and sun area. The apartments and facilities are spotless, and well maintained (and new as of 2021). We seriously had to choose between the beach and the pool! Ravi and his team are super friendly and helpful and made us feel at home. Xanadu is part of the Blue Bay resort, and by staying there you also get access to the semi-private beach area, including chairs and umbrellas.

It's not specifically about Xanadu, but if you go to Blue Bay you really need a car or you are a little stranded. Blue Bay Beach is a nice area, although a little crowded at times.

We spent a full week at one of Ravi’s apartments in Curaçao, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! From the moment we arrived, Ravi welcomed us warmly and personally took us to our spacious, modern two-bedroom apartment. He explained everything about the island, gave us great recommendations, and answered all our questions with patience and kindness, making us feel truly at home. The apartment itself was huge and spotless! It had a large dining area with a big table, and the kitchen was fully equipped with all the appliances we needed. Each bedroom was very spacious, with plenty of storage, and the beds were extremely comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day at the beach. Every room had its own air conditioner for maximum comfort. One of the best features was that each bedroom had its own private, spacious bathroom with a shower, making everything so convenient. The terrace was also big, offering a great view of the pool area. The entire complex is extremely well maintained, and everything has a modern design, giving it a stylish and welcoming feel. You can definitely feel the difference when an accommodation is managed by an owner who truly cares about the property versus a management company. Ravi’s attention to detail and his dedication to his guests make all the difference. The common areas were very relaxed, featuring a nice bar, a beautiful pool, and plenty of sunbeds. One of the things we loved most was that the pool area was never crowded during our stay, making it the perfect place to unwind. A major highlight is that the community has its own private beach, which is truly one of the best beaches in Curaçao! The water is crystal clear, the sand is soft, and it’s never overcrowded, making it the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the island’s beauty. The apartment is located in a gated community with guards at the entrance, adding an extra level of security and peace of mind.

My stay at Xanadu was nothing short of amazing! Blue Bay’s location was incredibly convenient, making it easy to explore the area. Checking in was a breeze, and we were warmly welcomed with a refreshing cold drink—a thoughtful touch that set the tone for our stay. The apartment itself was beautifully appointed with everything we needed. The towels and sheets were sparkling white, and the inclusion of beach towels was a nice bonus, especially since we had full access to the stunning Blue Bay Beach. The atmosphere at Xanadu was serene, thanks in part to the respectful and considerate guests. However, the real highlight of Xanadu is its incredible hosts—Ravi, Sanchez, and Carlos. They went above and beyond to make us feel at home, offering great local tips and engaging in fun, memorable conversations. Their warmth and hospitality truly made the experience unforgettable.

My group of 5 friends stayed at Xanadu for 5 days. Everything was perfect! The apartments were designed beautifully and we loved the pool and close proximity to Blue Bay beach. Ravi, Sanchez, and Carlos were great hosts. Also, close proximity to a grocery store was very convenient.

As it is a large gated community, there is sometimes a line of cars to get into Blue Bay, but mostly around check-in time. This is something out of the control of Xanadu. The lines are mostly avoidable if you arrive before or after 3:00-3:30 PM. If you have your QR code ready it will go smoothly.

We loved it! The appartment is in a perfect location and it was very relaxed, clean and spacious. Also the checkin and out process was perfect. Good thing to know: the owners can arrange a rental car, if we knew we would have done it. Sanches and Ravi (the owners) realy took good care of us!

I wished I could have stayed longer. :) When we came back it was rainy.

We had a very nice stay at Xanadu apartments at Blue Bay. The apartments are very spacious and have a modern design. In fact the entire premises is just a few years old and are being maintained very carefully. The owner, Ravi, is a true host and is very interested in the guests, making sure that you feel comfortable and that everything is okay. There is a nice clean swimming pool with enough sun beds. It has a great central location as it is from there easy to drive to the nice beaches, such as Porto Marie and Cas Abao, but also further to Westpunt. It’s also a short drive to Willemstad and Mambo beach. Blue Bay itself also has a nice beach and various restaurants. We stayed there for one week with 2 adults and 2 kids and I would definitely recommend to stay at Xanadu!

My 2 daughters and I stay at Xanadu from the 7th till 18th of July 2024. My daughter had sent me three choices to choose from, I started reading the reviews on this place, and at first, I was a bit sceptical. I was thinking, could all these positive reviews be true? Anyway we chose this guesthouse, and let me tell you something it was more than what was said. We arrived a bit earlier than our check in time, we were met by Ravi, I felt welcomed immediately by his kindness. He showed us to our guest house. The first thing I noticed was how cleaned and modern it was. There was everything available that was needed to make our stay comfortable. The next day, we met Calos. He was a sweetheart. He made sure we weren't short of anything, from beach towels to bathing towels. The bed rooms are very spacious, with their own bathroom, airco also fans in each room, it was just beautiful. Anything we were short of Carlos made it happen. we didn't have a car, but we didn't miss anything, Carlos and Ravi made our stay an awesome one. This will be our spot whenever we visit Curacao again. 100% hospitality, a 10/10. I wanted SourSop leaves to carry back home to Belguim, Ravi made sure I got some. I was so happy. "It was our first encounter with Curaçao, so we were on the lookout for the perfect location and base to explore the island. I can immediately say that Blue Bay Beach Resort was, in many ways, the perfect choice for us. We stayed for 2 weeks in one of the beautifully decorated and tidy Xanadu apartments with a view of a private pool, a spacious balcony, and private parking. The location is ideal, just a 4-minute walk from the private beach. The entire crew is friendly and welcoming, but it's the warm personality of owner 'Ravi' that captivated us from the personal welcome. The man has a natural flair for connecting his guests - a delightful mix that spontaneously led to some 'magical' happy hours by the pool. Thank you, Ravi, for this highly appreciated personal touch! Especially in humid weather, there are some small, almost invisible mosquitoes on the island that enjoy feasting on tourists and giving them itchy bites. In the evening, it's advisable to apply a 40% DEET product to exposed body parts when outdoors.

We loved everything about our stay. Ravi the owner was the best host we have encountered in all our years of travel. He is truly kind and gracious. The Xanadu property is well located within the upscale Blue Bay resort and an easy walk to the beach with complementary access to the beach club. The apartment is brand new, elegant and offered excellent A/C and WIFI throughout. We enjoyed many meals on the spacious outdoor balcony overlooking the beautiful pool. Blue Bay is centrally located on the island and offers easy access to the beaches on the west coast as well as the city center.

We loved everything about it. The apartment was spacious, kitchen was great, nice patio, comfortable bed, and large bathroom/shower. The pool area was beautiful and it was short walk to a blue Bay Beach and a convenient location to town and other beaches. Also super close to a grocery store. Ravi was an excellent host.
