Second time at Holistika, super magical beautiful place.. beauty and tranquility everywhere your eye sees. The art works throughout the property and seeing artists actually working on new pieces was amazing! There is a real vibe of creativity everywhere! Unlike anywhere I’ve been before..I’m not vegan but everything on the menu was delicious! The staff were super kind especially at the front desk, Diego was super kind and supportive to me which is so much appreciated when travelling far and solo!

I would say the rooms could do with a paint job! Looking a little tired and worn out!

One of the best places I have stayed in my life. Holistika delivers what they promise with a high quality. It is really a place to reconnect, recharge and relax. The facility is incredible. Rooms are imersed and totally integrated in nature. I stayed in the shared room and it was a positive surprised- the size is big, very organized with lockers, lights, curtains and attached bathroom. The restaurant inside the room is a must try. With vegan and vegetarian options in a organic menu - everything i tried was delicious And, of course, the well-being activities perfect. I had yoga sessions, sound healing, cacao ceremony and temazcal- high level professionals, very qualified, kind and dedicated. It is a place - you will not want to leave.

The location is a little far from the city center/ beaches - but to be honest, you will not want to go there, as the hotel offers you everything The only point is that the road in front of the hotel is full of holes - take care when you drive!

I came for a 3 day workshop and stayed in room 21 top floor opposite the pool, perfect room with a view to the tops of the trees and watching the tropical birds every morning was heavenly! Really quiet! Big space, large bathroom, with THE most comfy huge bed! They cleaned daily! Even though the humidity and heat was extreme I didn’t need the air conditioner on, very rarely, the ceiling fan was sufficient! Beautiful property in the jungle! The restaurant was delicious, not being a vegan or vegetarian I thoroughly enjoyed the creative dishes and flavours! Amazing vegan ice cream! Breakfast was the best! The staff really relaxed and friendly! Great atmosphere!

The property itself nothing not to like! Maybe they could improve the hotel gift shop, with more Mexican crafted products..The mosquitoes were an issue but with repellent and not staying out in the evening it was manageable.

The property was beautiful and the reception staff were very accommodating and helpful.

It is true throughout Tulum, but DO heed the warnings about the poor quality of roads if you are driving a rental car. Even along main streets throughout the town, and (when my mom and I stayed in November 2024) along the entrance roads to Holistika itself, road surfaces have *tremendous* potholes and bumps (beyond tope-variety bumps), and can pose real risk to car axels/bumpers/tires etc. if you aren't extremely careful. Also, it surprised us that the property is a wellness retreat but they only had 2 masseuses on staff , and therefore the availability for massage times was very restricted? Perhaps we misunderstood but it did mean that we weren't able to enjoy that experience since our time in Tulum was short and we chose to visit the ruins (which were fabulous).

Great hotel with a great pool and atmosphere. The food at the restaurant is amazing. The pool with the hammocks is awesome and very chill. The art walk, the difference work shops and classes they offer. I loved that whole experience. Will be back for sure! The staff is very friendly and everything-especially the rooms are spacious and super clean. My room had a hammock inside and a balcony.

I have nothing to criticize! To round up this whole resort they could use a full (crossfit) gym. It would fit perfectly into this whole atmosphere! :)

I came to Holistika after reading their amazing reviews on the platform, hoping for a transformative experience which it supposedly offered. Yes, the place itself is great but the prices don’t reflect and justify the quality of the activities. I shared the dorm with 5 other ladies who came to Holistika on an organized retreat. One of them was extremely noisy in the morning and at night, completely disregarding the the fact that I was sleeping (yogis should know better?). I woke up at 6 and waited till 8 to have breakfast at their restaurant, only to learn that they are reserved and closed for the next 3 hours (no notice on that anywhere any earlier). I needed to go out and look for the venue that would be available (note: cellular data doesn’t work on smartphones in this area) All classes I’ve attended were great, but the price range is between 15 and 70€ for each of them (after discount), which is a huge ripoff given that often times there were 20-25 attendees. The massage was amazing, the ceremony too. I read that the place attracts like-minded people but sadly during my stay there I only saw hipster wannabe yogis and just a few authentic souls. All in all I had a good time there but I would not return to Holistika again - it’s a tourist trap unless you have an organized retreat or you’re their priority.

The hotel and facilities are great if you are into yoga 🧘🏻‍♀️ They have amazing classes and ceremonies every day. Spa centre is ok but very expensive massages. There are not too many people on the territory so it feels very secluded which is nice. The restaurant food is so yummy and affordable. Overall I like this place and would be willing to go back

Staff at the reception can just ignore you (not everyone but most). My bike got stolen from the hotel. They kept promising to check cameras, it took me 3 times to come to the reception and insist on checking. At the end, they gave me a weird reason that there was no one on the cameras

I stayed in Holistika in January 2024. Holistika was truly amazing experience for me. I first booked it for 4 nights but then decided to stay till the end of my holidays. For me it wasn’t only a fantastic hotel with absolutely the best food in Tulum and great yoga, but also the place where I met a lot of interesting people. Holistika has its spirit which attracts fascinating people. I was happy to discover this place and would definitely come back. Special thanks to the receptionist Manuelle who was so helpful and supportive with any question I could possibly have.

Property is beautiful and Holistika offers a wider range of activities from morning to night. Great vegetarian restaurant for all day meals. However gets a bit repetitive after a few days. Everyone is friendly. Massive pools, great for laps. Rooms clean and large but rather spartan. Would go back again!

Missed bolsters in the yoga studios. Also I dont think the cleanliness is that great. Most yoga mats dont get cleaned. I was recently at Yoga Barn in Bali and they have a much better process where all mats are cleaned after every use. Also I did not find the yoga instructors very friendly. They almost never came in and said hello or said their names. Often they arrived late to class after all the students. I am used to the other way around. This is based on some 10 yoga classes over a weeks time or so.

Holistika is honestly one of the most beautiful, visionary, and authentic properties I’ve ever visited. I think it truly represents the best elements of the Riviera Mayan community and design culture. Every pathway perfectly curated to blend with its environment. Every building, structure, art installation, swimming pool—organic and beautiful within its environment. And all incredibly comfortable and stylish at the same time.
