The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was excellent and so was the staff.

The hotel was amazing! The rooms were big, bright, and super clean—lots of space. The lobby and pool area were AMAZING!! This is the best Hotel I've stayed in. I will definitely book again when i travel to Florida

Breakfast had a nice variety. It was very hectic and out of several things and the wait was a bit longer to replenish than I would have anticipated.

The transportation to the cruise terminal was b-a-d. Unorganized and the wait was quite unreasonable.

It was clean, and AC was efficient. The location was good. The breakfast was decent.

I reserved 2 suites with a king-size bed and sofa bed along with a balcony. What I got was a room with 2 queen beds, no balcony, and no sofa bed. I went back to the front desk to let them know it was not the room I had requested, I was told it was due to electrical wiring issues. If that was the case, why wasn't I informed at check-in. I then inquired about the price difference in rooms and was told that the rooms were the same price. I honestly don't believe that to be true, but this was a trip for my grandson, and I didn't want to make a big deal of it. My honest opinion is that I believe I was overcharged for the room I was given, and for that reason, I will not be returning.

Really attractive place, doggy friendly and super clean. Staff were great, as well as friendly and helpful. They even gave our pup a toy and treat! The room itself was very comfortable and had all the supplies in the kitchen and bathroom that you would need. Location is perfect as it's close to everything, and you can easily get to the Kennedy Space Center. Overall, we would absolutely stay here again and it was a great experience!

The breakfast was awesome. The room was better than a 4 star at Las Vegas I stayed at. I admit I am hard to please, and I have not 1 complaint about this hotel. Parking was superior. Everything worked as it should. Honestly, it was a great value and I would definitely stay again. I wish it was on the beach, but that would drive the prices up. Check in is 4 pm. I used the app to check in 24 hours in advance like was suggested and my room was ready by 7 am. Also the room key was on the app. And plenty of room. How much better does it get.

One negative comment. The sofa bed is not a bed. You could use it as such but Marriott could have done better on that.

The breakfast is ok, not great! The front desk staff we talked to wasn’t very welcoming, just gave us the room keys but nothing else. I had to ask him about breakfast hours. When I asked him if he had a seafood restaurant to recommend in the area, he had nothing to say.
