Very professional and courteous from the 1st day to the last night. When we lost power to the locks to get into the room. From 11/28 to 12/1 There was nothing they can do. Because the company that they used was closed for the holiday. Motels 6 staff had to run around like chickens, with no heads on to open every single door that was occupied with customers it was full Very, very good service. Under pressure thank you Caesar, Jennifer Candy & Carol. Especially Carol very accommodating thank you to all @ Motel 6

Door locks went out.from 11/28. 12/1 it was a nightmare there was nothing that the staff could do since it was out of their control.

Room clean and TV working.

I've an ambulant disability and the rooms available only had "$ 250" Fine parking spaces outside them. I don't know who administers the Fine, however, it would be helpful if Motel 6 could provide a temporary "Disable Badge" for such Guests in certain circumstances. I'm not sure of the legality of such a "Badge" to avoid the fine. There was a large number of designated disabled parking spaces, however, I only saw one in use during my total of 7 days in a room.

The beds were comfortable and clean. The staff was ver friendly. Check in was a breeze and took only a couple minutes. I really enjoyed my stay.

When I got to my room I opened my fridge to put some drinks in and there was a Taco Bell box with someone’s old tacos. That was gross and made me check the overall cleanliness of the room. The room was clean it was obviously just an accident. Apparently the housekeeper forgot to check the fridge.

Beautiful location so close to beach and short walk. The staff were really nice and helpful. Also, I enjoyed the swimming pool after the short beach trip. The parking was easy access.

I asked for more towels due to their were 4 in the room and only had 2 towels. They didn't have any extras. It was close to 6 in the evening and I didn't understand why. The floors turned our feet black. I understood the sand but not the dirty floors. Everything else was okay. Overall, it was great.

Entrance doors to room 239 did not open and close correctly,and door latch didn't work correctly because door was hitting door jamb.walk way railing had yellow caution tape all over like don't touch it!??Actually think there was some renovation going on before we came thru didn't see any signs posted or workers etc.Great location to go to the beach

was easy access to everywhere .manager on reception went above and beyond to help us out sorry forgot your name .even reopened the pool for us

took a while to check in but think it was the new lady on the reception and never had coffee on r second morning .thenagain we probably drunk it all the morning before was beautiful thank you for that julius!!

The staff was very friendly. The location cannot be beat, only one block from public beach access. No this isn't a high end hotel, but for the price we paid, it was totally fine. Besides, when you're a block from the beach, what are you doing hanging out in your room anyway?! Go explore!

It would've been amazing if the room had a mini fridge. In an effort to save a little money we wanted to make lunch in the room. We ended up buying a small cooler to refrigerate some lunch meat. Also, the cable didn't work. I mean, it did but nearly all of the channels were too fuzzy to watch.

Rooms are clean and staff very helpful, Christi was truly accommodating, it was quiet at night, just b aware they do have some long term stays and some have dogs, hotel is old but rooms have been upgraded and clean and ac units are new, least expensive hotel in that area.

First, the location is wonderful. 2 blocks to a nice beach. Across the street is a mini golf course; next door is a Waffle House. Across the main highway is a Dairy Queen and a block away is a I Hop. Room was large, wifi worked fine and pool was warm (it was June!)

Absolutely no breakfast and exterior look needs some upkeep.

Being an older, Low chain motel it had its usual disrepair But you have to look Past all that to TRULY enjoy what this location has to offer. We had 2 rooms, with a full fridge and microwave. Beds were comfy Loved how close it was located to the beach access (reason I picked it, cheap and close) The pool! OH MY GOODNESS!! I've stayed in many MANY motels and hotels (4-5 star hotels even) and the pool was AMAZING! Was clean and warm, even after a rain storm it was still warm compared to the theme park resorts we went to after our stay here, those pools were freezing after the rain and cold before the rain. Staff was amazing. I forgot her name, but she was very close to having her baby. She was nice and genuine. I could have chatted with her all day. I hope all is well with her and her new baby boy! I did end up getting locked out of my room, I was in the pool, kids went to the room to get their goggles (room was by the pool) and the kids shut the door with BOTH room keys inside. I knew we should have kept one of each room key in each room. They guy in the office was nice and helped me out, I did come back to prove I really was the person I said I was and he was appreciated of that, told me it wasn't necessary since he believed me. WHEN we come back to Cocoa Beach, we're definitely staying here again!!

I didn't like how we had to leave. I couldn't honestly find anything wrong that made my families vacation less appealing. Like I already mentioned, for the year of the motel, and for the price, cosmetic things should be over looked unless it honestly effected your stay and not just because it looks unappealing. Honestly, unless you specifically looked for something wrong, you wouldn't find anything.
